原来是个非常有才华的少年，但由于长期颠倒睡眠时间，过度挥霍

青春，脑细胞几乎已经死剩无几。在所剩的脑细胞完全灭亡前决定

创立medium rare，在此刊物身兼多项职位，突破了他有史的能

力的局限，是medium rare全团队的唯一领袖，唯一员工。

自从有banquet的创作概念开始我就像个活在马

来西亚的美国人一样每天日夜颠倒。讨厌临睡前

涌上脑中的灵感，它们跟我一样，非常爱迟到。黑

眼圈的状态就是雪上加霜。

banquet是我家品牌medium rare的附属刊

物。寓意是场medium rare每期发布盛宴，是场

盛装的夜，是狂欢的夜，是你可能会艳遇上你心

仪对象的夜。在这刊物希望每人都能享受当中的

欢乐，都可以遇到自己喜欢的，得到自己想要的。

banquet每期除了会有medium rare的衣着发

表之外，也会为大家介绍些团队喜欢的一些物品

或人物。介绍的未必是潮流的。团队不是非常赶

得上潮流的那群。但选上的都是团队认可值得推

荐与赞赏的。往后也会找上身边团队觉得有意思

的朋友发表他们作品。

目前为止banquet或medium rare有一个领

袖，一个员工，虽然很难称上团队，但由于我个人

非常喜欢团队这称号听起来很势力浩大的感觉，

所以接着你在这看到所谓团队其实指的就是我

一人。

品牌创立期间看steve jobs说：提醒自己快死

了，是我所知避免掉入畏惧失去的陷阱里最好

的方法。人生不带来、死不带去，没理由不能顺

心而为。这像是一声雷打在我头上，原来steve

jobs跟自己那么像，不害羞的说。。现阶段对于

有个平台给自己说故事同时推荐自己品牌。过程

没人监管，做自己喜欢的，这感觉是前所未有的

过瘾，大满足。

展望medium rare和banquet会越做越好，不

断进步，和大家一起见证它的成长。

服装搭配像料理。新鲜原料，简单调味，宁可把肉

烤成没口感的全熟，不如半熟，保留肉质的松软

鲜嫩口感，既入味不乏味。medium rare就是如

此的穿着品味。在成熟与年轻打扮中找个舒服的

平衡点，成熟中不失纯真。

medium rare捍卫自我风格，是活着的一种精

神，一种信仰。不盲目追求时装，认为穿着说的是

让人家因为衣服而更了解你，不是只记得衣服忘

了你。medium rare的单品中有清纯可爱，也有

浓妆艳抹,鼓励大家把它搭配成属于自己的一套，

衣服是由你给它冠上生命的。

medium rare团队会不定期在国外为男士们限

量选购造型、材质良好，适合在本地穿着的衣物

与生活用品。品牌当中的rare就说明我们只会带

罕量的同款衣物回国，所以没有撞衫的顾虑。

而每期 banquet的发布都会用上medium rare

的物品搭配出不同的造型，示范物品拥有的搭配

可能性。

banquet会在每期的medium rare的发布同

时刊登。给大家有更好的网上购物体验。尽情享

best coast是团队工作时最爱播放的音乐。喜欢主唱慵懒的

唱腔在配上节奏强劲又老老的配乐，两者看似如此唐突却

又如此合拍，两者得结合是团队喜欢的前卫曲风。所以工

作时听着会有干劲之余也因为音乐非常有画面变得很有

灵感，相信是能够被主流给接受及欣赏的。我大致了解他

们的歌词。因为实在没什么歌词。大多数都围绕说着爱情

故事，但就非常生活化，并且不断重复哼唱，非常洗脑。其

中曲目boyfriend当中的歌词已把它列在下面，

整首歌接近就是如此完成。没任何大道理，却又让人过目

不忘,曲目的目，到youtube搜寻搜寻他们，可能你也会想搬

来吧生，虽然我懂吧生一点也不像LA的说。

best coast来自美国Los Angeles, California，曲风被归类为garage rock , surf pop

, and lo-fi 。团队里都没人到过LA，猜想该是跟团队驻的吧生类似的沿海城

市。 Bethany Cosentino女主唱负责乐队的歌曲， Bobb Bruno是当中玩多种乐

器的一员, 还有前身Vivian Girls的鼓手Ali Koehler，他们的单曲“Boyfriend”被列

入 Pitchfork Media 的最佳的新曲目，他们的专辑“Crazy For You“在”Pitchfork’s

list“的 Top 50 Albums of 2010排名第39

现在推荐此片可能有些来得太迟，你们就当喝红酒，越久越醇就好，是2007年产的电影，是团队们一直很喜欢的电影之一，

是户外探险电影，就很自然把它跟127 hours做比较，团队一致认同较欣赏男主角chris的角色。虽然跟127的aron有着一样

有着无惧的冒险家精神中带点温和的叛逆，aron有的是可爱，chris (Emile Hirsch饰演 )有的是浪漫，像海报座在被废置

的卡车上遥望远景，那么有诗意。emile hirsch能演绎的角色线路非常广，脸上能长出堆超浓密的胡子与鬓角，虽然不懂是

不是化装，但看来很好看就是了。他不高却壮硕，片中看他日渐消瘦盲的都会看得到那显然的对比。当中有twilight女主角

Kristen Stewart饰演chris在旅途中的其中一个过客。必须马后炮说句当时团队就知道她会大红。有着张那么非主流的个性

脸，虽然她还是走上了主流的说。这是一部半自传体的电影，整部剧情根据真人真事，对死者周围的朋友访问的方式拍摄

而成。千万别抱着看indiana john那种冒险电影心情观赏此电影，你会失望的。以下是故事的大纲，有兴趣者记得观赏。

Chris的父母在社会上有一定的身份地位和财富，他在学校不但是高材生，还是一位体育

健将。Chris从反父母到反对一切以他们为原型的社会模式，所谓婚姻，金钱，地位，名

誉，名车，他都想放弃。他向往一种简单的原始的生活，没有现代的文明。他于是把所有

的积蓄捐给一个慈善机构，他拒绝父母赠与的礼物，他剪掉信用卡和现金，他拒绝与家

人联系，一路以反文明漫无目的方式搭便车旅行。他一路上因为随意搭便车，遇到不同

的人，尝试各种不同的人生

他的理想主义色彩让他越走越极端，他渐渐有一个梦想，那就是他要一个人到阿拉斯

加过着完全原始的生活。剪掉所有身份证件的他，途中他试着用水路（在激流中Kayak)

也试着跳上载货火车通渡海关，最终来到他向往已久的阿拉斯加。他找到一辆荒废的

bus,以那里为家，渡过了阿拉斯加严寒的冬天，他过着野人般的生活，打猎，摘野菜充饥，

每天他写下日记，记录他当天做的事以及吃的东西。。。
