    THE COURT: All right. Will counsel approach the

    bench before the jury comes in.

    TilE COUR'l': Before I came on the bench afte.r the

    recess I was handed a little message slip, you know, such as

    we have, and I forgot . to bring it on the bench, but this is

    the message that was left with my secretary. I have it. typed

    out now~

    It states: "Shortly after 1.2 P .l-1. this afternoon

    a person by the name of Gary -- G-a-r-y -- Sellers --

    s-e-1-1-e-r-s -- ca.lleq my chambers and SQOke to my secretary.

    Mr. Sellers indicated that he wanted to know wqether' a certidn ·

    unspecifieC:t piece of evidence had been introduced at the

    Watergate case.

    uHe wondered if evidence which }1ad·beeh introduced

    was available for public view and added that he might have

    something in his possession \'lhich should be inc.l\.ided in the case relevant to the piece· 'of unspeci~ied evidence which he

    earlier referred to ..

    little yellow slip which she just typed it up, so you can: take

    this if you want.
