1.1 Product Features

The product is designed and manufactured according to DNV2.7-1EN12079-1

IMDG CODEASME Div.1Its design review & type test is approved by

Classification Society of DNV, and manufactured under supervision of DNV

surveyors.

1.2 General Application

Its designed to ship liquid goods in accordance with requirements of IMDG

CODE 2010 UN T11. It can be used in marine, and offshore transportation.

3.1 Structure

It consists of two primary parts, the Carbon Steel Frame and Stainless Steel

Tank Body. It includes 17 main components (refer to 3.2).

4 Operating

4.1 Input Liquid Goods

When inputting Liquid goods, Open the manhole cover. And then input the liquid

goods into the tank through manhole.After inputting, close the manhole cover and fasten the nut.

WarningADo not input liquid goods exceeding 3800L. Max. Payload is 7680KG.

Refer to diagram 6.BBefore inputting Liquid goods, confirm the Bottom Discharging Valve isclosed.

CautionAPlease check the compatibility of Liquid goods to Tank body and seal gasket.

After ensuring the compatibility input the liquid goods.BOperator should be careful. For instancedo not climb on the tank body in

thunder storm weather in case of lighting shockdo not climb the ladderin snowing or raining in case of falling down.

CBe careful the ladder safety load is 200 kg.

4.2 Discharge Liquid Goods

Open the Air vent as shown below(Diagram 7),both of the two ball valves,

remove the Cap and connect the Pipe. Open the Discharge Valve(Diagram 4) to

discharge liquid goods. Close the Discharge Valve and Air vent, fix the Cap when

finished.

6 Maintenance & Repairing

In the first 5-year period after initial tests, the tank container shall

be carried out the fixed term of 5-year routine inspection and test. In

the middle of the 5 years (2.5 years), a periodic test and inspection shall

be carried out. It shall be finished in three months of the given date.

All the valves function shall be checked at daily operation. When any thing

abnormal happensshall stop work and check. If it can not repaired,

please replace it.

7 Transportation & Storing

7.1 Top Sling Lift

The tank container shall be top lifted by certified sling sets. All the

components, steel ropebow shacklemaster link, shall comply with the

DNV2.7-1 2013 or EN12097-2 2006.

CautionThe required shackle is8.5 tons shacklepin diameter is 29.3mmThemax. Sling Angle is45between Vertical Plane.

7.2 Bottom Fork Lift

The tank can be stacked and short distance moved by forklift. It is four

ways entry. The forklifts minimum capacity shall be10 tons. The fork

pocket dimension is 300X100mm, fork pocket center distance is 1000mm

CautionPay attention to the fork-prong dimension and their center distance.

7.3 Storing

Full loaded stacking in static status shall be no more than 2 highin

transportation only 1 high required.
