Conclusiones
• La antiagregación plaquetaria es clave en el SCA, por lo que la DAPT es la piedra angular
• Sin embargo, a partir del 1er año del IAM, existe un riesgo CV residual
• Uno de los pilares fundamentales para reducirlo, es la prolongación del tratamiento antitrombotico
• Es clave una exhaustiva evaluación del balance riesgo isquemico/hemorragico
• El paciente con alto riesgo isquemico y sin elevado riesgo hemorragico es el candidato
• El paciente de alto riesgo (mayor 65, IAM recurrente, DM, EM,ERC) con IAM < 1-2 años y mejor sin interrupcion, es claro candidato a DA prolongada con Ticagrelor 60 mg
