MESSAGEWelcome to the Faci Application Package for the second National Conference of AIESEC in Paraguay for the term 15.16.

This speci�c National Conference plays a big role for our organizational future, once it will be the �rst touch point with the new local leadership body but also it will de�ne the road we will need to travel until the end of our MC term.

What will happen in Natco will shape AIESEC in Paraguay, we hope, you’re 200% willing to give us your contrivbution and help us to ensure that this year, it’s time for Paraguay.

INFOQuien se puede postular? Cualquier persona con experiencia de LCVP, preferencialmente que saipa hablar español y que no tenga un rol activo en el año 2016 en AIESEC en Paraguay (NSTs se pueden pos-tular)

Expectativas- Tener un buen entendimiento de AIESEC Globalmente y del progresso y desarrollo de la midterm ambition de 2020- Experiencia y entendimiento de GCDP- Conocimiento en manejo de equipo- Claro entendimiento del modelo de desarrollo de liderazgo de AIESEC- Creatividad que pueda ser usada en el delivery de la conferencia- Experiencia de facilitacion- Personalidad dinamica y inspiradora
