Before the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympic Games start this year, “SUPER NINTENDO WORLD” will open in Universal Studios Japan (Osaka City). This is

the world’s first Nintendo-themed area, where visitors can enjoy Nintendo’s unique worlds. By putting on a “Power Up Band” and hitting “Hatena Blocks,” it’s possible to collect coins just like Mario from the video game. Visitors can not only enter the world of the game, but also experience a new kind of theme park.

In short, a combination of two or more words is a basic sentence pattern. We will call this “casual sentence patterns” in this lesson. You can learn many different sentence patterns, from casual conversation, to textbook, to honorific (more formal) sentence structures, by only adjusting the basic pattern of “nani kore?” (What this?).
