This event will be held at the Fortune School gym. Scholars may dress in their “Sunday best” clothes. Scholars not dressed appropriately will not be able to participate. Friday, June 18 th 9-10am Fortune School Gym Class of 2031 Scholars may be signed out after the Promotion/Honor Roll Ceremony. Cap and gown will be distributed one week priror to the promotion in your kindergarten classroom. *Scholars with outstanding balances will not participate in this activity. Greeting Fortune Families! We are fast approaching the finish line for the 2014-2015 school year and we have much to celebrate as we head into summer. I'd like to personally thank all families who completed their 40 hours of volunteer service. For those families yet to complete their required service, you still have until the end of Field Day on June 19th. I will provide double hours for parents who help with this event and/or any additional events in June. When parents are involved, students achieve more. We all play a role in closing the achievement gap and parent volunteerism is a key factor in ensuring our success. DON'T LET TIME RUN OUT!
