    Gii php iu khin nng h, truyn ng h thng cntrc thp dng bin tn Hyundai N700 Series v PLC S7-300 (Phn I)

    Gii thiu chung.

    Cn trc thp nng h v dch chuyn, c cu quay l mt loi thit b c c tnh ti nng n,hot ng ihi chnh xc vi an ton cao.

    Trc y ngi ta thng dng ng c in khng ng b rto dy qun cho bi ton thayi tc da trn phng php thay i cc cp in tr ph rto. Do , bi ton ny khngc gii quyt trit v c tnh iu khin vn l theo cp v mt khc v s dng ng crto dy cun nn thit b iu khin cng knh, gi thnh cao do ng c kh ch to, chi phbo dng ln do s dng c gp-chi than,..

    Ngy nay vi s pht trin vt bc ca k thut in t cho php ch to ra cc b bin tnbn dn iu khin ng c khng ng b rto lng sc vi rt nhiu u vit, n dn dnthay th cc phng thc c in trn.

    Hyundai N700V Series l b bin tn AC. Chng bin ng c AC tr thnh b truyn ng c

    th thay i c tc vi chnh xc cao. Cc dng bin tn ny c thit k s dngtrn ton cu. Chng ph hp vi tt c cc ngun in p cung cp t 230 V ti 690 V v ckim nghim trn ton th gii.

    Hyundai N700V Series l mt h thng nn tng. Chng c chia thnh nhng m-un khcnhau ph hp vi tng loi ng dng v c th s dng c trong mi lnh vc cng nghip.Chng c b iu khin vng h ti u cho mi nhu cu, v c b iu khin vc-t vng kncho kh nng p ng ti ng tt nht.

    Hyundai N700V Series c thit k mt cch hon ton thng nht: Chng c b vn hnhiu khin ging nhau, chng c th c kt hp li vi nhau thnh mt khi theo yu cu, cc

    B lp trnh PLC

    S dng b lp trnh PLC tc x l cao, chnh xc trong iu khin, an ton v tin cy trongqu trnh lm vic. PLC c lp trnh ng vi yu cu cng ngh v s thay i cng nghv phng n iu khin cng rt d dng i vi ng k thut.

    Bin Hyundai N700V Series vi ch iu khin vc-t c mch vng phn hi tc encoder gip cho iu khin v dng ng c chnh xc v momen ln khi hot ng tc thp.

    Ngoi ra, vi chc nng iu khin phanh c kh gn ngoi chuyn dng c sn trn bin tn s

    phi hp iu khin mt cch nhp nhng v mm mi gipchng c s tri ti u chutrnh khi ng v cui chu trnh hm.

    Bin tn iu khin 5 cp tc ng nh cc Joystick. Ngi vn hnh c th iu khin ringrcc c cu truyn ng.

    Bin tn cho c cu quay cn

    Vi c cu quay cn, i hi ch hot ng chnh xc, m du, v kh nng chng lc, rungcn. Bin tn Hyundai a ra giI php dng mm trong qu trnh tng v gim tc rt hiuqu trong ng dng cn trc thp.

    1. Hm DC Injection:

    o L phng php hm ng nng dng dng in 1 chiu.

    o Cch thc thchin l ngt ngun AC cp cho ng c v ng ngun 1 chiu vo cho ng c.

    VD: hm ng nng dng dng 1 chiu cho ng c ng b 3 pha.+ u tin ct ngun AC ca ng c.+ Cp in 1 chiu cho 2 pha ca dy qun Stator.+ Dng in 1 chiu i qua dy qun Stator, to ra t trng khng i trong khe kh. Lc ny ng chot ng nh mt my pht in 1 chiu khng c gp, ngn mch u ra.+ Rotor do vn cn qun tnh, nn tip tc quay trong t trng 1 chiu , dn n trong dy qunRotor cm ng mt s v dng in cm ng.

    Dng in cm ng va sinh ra tc dng vi t trng Stator. Kt qu to ra moment hm chng li chiu quay Rotor.

    o Phng php ny ch dng dng ng c, moment hm gim dn.

    o Thng thng cn ci t dng 1 chiu vthi gian hm.

    o Vic iu chnh moment hm c thc hin thng qua vic iu chnh in p DC t vo 2cun dy Stator (dng bin tn).

    o ng c, Rotor ngn mch ta khng th thm Rham, nhng Rotor dy qun ta c th thmRham tng moment hm.

    o 2 Bus DC ca bin tn c nhiu ng dng:

    + Nu dng hm th cn lp thm 1 b hm (c c in tr hm) v nu ly thng DC Bus ra dnghm th nng lng tr v ln chy, hng DC Bus.+ C th tit kim nng lng tr v li bng cch lp b hm ti sinh Genertive Braker.

    o mt s bin tn c tch hp sn 2 u ra 1 chiu (khng phi DC Bus) bn trong c IJBT. Khihm, IGBT iu ch PWM iu chnh cng sut hm (khng phi PWM iu ch dng sin cabin tn).

    2. Khi nim Catch on Fly:

    o L hnh thc bt theo cng tc ang quay ca ng c.

    o V d nh khi ng c mt in hay restart, ng c s khng bt u t tc 0 m bin tn so tn s thc t ca Rotor ang quay v bt u xut pht t tn s .

    o u im: khi ng li ng c ang chy s khng b git, khng li.

    o Vic ci t c thc hin bng bin tn.

    3. FreeWheel Stop:

    o Khng tc dng bt c g khi ngt ng c ra khi li in, ng c quay dng t do.

    4. Hm ti sinh dng nghch lu ph thuc:

    o Phng php : lp thm b nghch lu ph thuc song song vi b chnh lu, nghch lu phthuc hot ng tng t ng c 1 chiu, pht in v li.

    o Khi tc ng c ln hn tc khng ti, ng c s nh l mt my pht a in ngctr li DC Bus, t C tch in, cu hm ti sinh s chuyn in trn DC Bus (khi cng Gate ckch hot) v li in xoay chiu.

    o u im: tit kim khi ng c thng xuyn hm.

    o Nhc im: Chi ph ban u cao (do thm cu ti sinh);Ch thch hp khi ti thay i tc vchiu chuyn ng thng xuyn.

    5. Ni cc DC Bus ca cc bin tn khc nhau.

    o Nhc im: nu tt c cc ng c ny cng hm th phi b tr thm in tr hm.

    o Vi bin tn cng sut khong 0.551.5KW th khng cn cu ch DC Bus.

    o Trng hp trong h thng c nhiu ng c hot ng lin tc trn h DC Bus th khi ngunca mt bin tn s l khng . Trong trng hp ny s c thm bin tn kt ni vi dyngun.

    o Hm ng nng qua in tr: khi ngt ngun AC ca ng c, cht hm IGBT s t ng mtrn DC Bus. IGBT c ni vi in tr hm thch hp (in tr cng sut). Nng lng tng c tr ln DC Bus qua in tr hm v do s khng nh hng ln bin tn.

    o u im: n gin.

    o Nhc im:+ Tn in (khng tn dng c in tr v).

    + Tn in tr.+ Ch thch hp vi thit b hot ng lin tc, t hm, o chiu.

    7. Tnh in tr hm cho bin tn:

    o Chn R c cng sut bng cng sut hm.

    o Mun ng c chuyn chuyn t tc 2 v 1 trong thi gian t:

    J, 2 1 , vi J l moment qun tnh quy v trc ng c.

    o Cng sut ng c khi hm:

    PM = 1/2 (22 12)1/T .T: thi gian hm.

    o Cng sut in tr hm:

    PR = U.I = U^2/R

    o bom an ton khi hm th:
