GOOD DESIGN AWARD 针对“通过一次评审的参评作品”,以提交实物的方式,实施二次评审。

在二次评审中,评审委员将针对每件报名的实物作品,参照评审信息,确认通电状态下的动作、

实际使用的体验。对于没有实物的作品,也将通过展板和相关资料进行更深入的评审。此外,

二次评审的第二日,还将实施“对话型评审”(可选参加),通过评审委员和参评者的直接对话,

帮助评审委员更透彻地理解参评作品。

在以上评审流程的基础上,由专家组成的各评审组还将针对每件作品,以各种各样的视点,

展开激烈的讨论,最终以全组认同的方式决定二次评审结果。

因此,请各位通过一次评审的的参评者,参看本手册,将自己的作品调整至最佳状态接受评

审委员们的评审。

[二次评审的流程]评审作品搬入、搬出会场的方法,分为“参评者自己搬入、搬出”、“委托他人搬入、搬出”和“官方指定的搬入、搬出代理服务”三种。请参看以下的流程图选择合适的方法。※ 希望选择“官方指定的搬入、搬出代理服务”的参评者请在填写 2nd screening info 时勾选相应选项。※ 选择“委托他人搬入、搬出”的参评者请在 Entry Site 该选项的下方登记被委托者的各项资料。

GOOD DESIGN AWARD 的二次评审是通过观察、操作、体验参评作品的实物,参照报名信息,对作品的存在意义和合适性展开评价。请参看以下的要求,确认各自作品的分类,准备相应的待评审物品。※ 补充资料为自由提出,不做特别要求。

C.[ 必须 ] 展板· 展板为纵向 A1 尺寸(H841mm x W594mm),请装裱于厚度 5-7mm 的轻质背板(KT 板、发泡板等)。· 为能使展板自立,请自行准备展架。· 展板内容 :

①在理解 GOOD DESIGN AWARD 评审视点的基础上,用简洁的语言或图示阐述[最为突出的要点]。②内外装潢的照片(室内设计的报名也必须有建筑内、外部的照片)。③平面图(高层建筑等只需提出标准楼层便可)。④构造物,建筑物的构造种类。⑤能表明作品与周围环境关系性的照片、简洁说明。⑥清晰地表现出作品的概要、诉求点、创新之处和特别之处。⑦评审号码(标记于展板背面)。

D.[ 必须 ] 资料集①封面 :不算入总页数(10 页),右上角记入评审号码(Entry No.),可以插入图像。②简洁地总结设计内容,设计要领等作品全体概要。③所在地的地图以及能够表明其与周围环境关系性的照片、说明(工业化住宅等地址不特定的案件不用记入)。

④构造物、建筑物的概要书(用途、层数、建筑物高度、构造种类、主要部分的面积表、内外装潢表等)。⑤图纸(布置图、平面图、立面图等/缩尺自由)。⑥帮助理解设计要领与设计内容的对应关系的说明。⑦报名对象的照片(枚数自由)。⑧装订方法自由。⑨如果要在文件中说明 A1 展板内的内容,请写明其对应关系。⑩在制作资料时,请注重对象的整体形象、意图、要领等要素的清晰明了。

E.[ 必须 ] 展板· 无形的作品,可以用能够阐明作品概要和设计要点的展板作为替代品。· 展板为纵向 A1 尺寸(H841mm x W594mm),请装裱于厚度 5-7mm 的轻质背板(KT 板、发泡板等)。· 为能使展板自立,请自行准备展架。

2. 允许般入会场的产品宽幅 3m× 纵深 3m 以内(桌上放置 :宽幅 3m× 纵深 1m ;车辆 :宽幅 3m× 纵深 6m)。不需要特别施工或对会场造成损坏的产品。

3. 粘贴评审号码(Entry No.)在评审时有时要移动展品,请在所有的物品上粘贴记载有评审号码的贴纸。非评审对象(辅助物品)请贴“评审号码+非评审对象”字样的贴纸。贴纸原则上需以白色为底色,并根据参评对象大小由各企业自行设定,尽量不要影响到产品外观。

4. 有关电力供应二次评审会期间,并无 24 小时供电,请制作简单的开关机说明书,如有 PC、平板电脑等需要输入密码的辅助审查展示设备,请制作包含 ID / PW 以及操作方法的说明书在进场设置展品完成后交由事务局工作人员。

03 二次评审信息填写

通过一次评审的参评者需在 6 月 27 日至 7 月 4 日之间,登录 Entry Site,在“2nd Screening”中填写关于二次评审的相关信息。

1. 二次评审方法的选择请根据自身的情况,选择合适的评审方法,

① Regular 2nd screening ( 一般评审 ) 二次评审费 :57240 日元(含税)

② 2nd screening for unreleased entries (未发表评审) 二次评审费 :57240 日元(含税)+ 102600 日元(含税)= 159840 日元(含税)

2. 待评审作品类型的选择请参考待评审作品的相关说明,选择以下相应的待评审物,

① Submit actual product(提交实物) 产品类作品适用于该选项 * 如有补充资料(展板、视频等),请填写至方框内

② Submit substitute(提交实物替代品 :A1 纵向展板) 家居、建筑、景观和无形的参评作品以及因尺寸问题无法搬入会场的产品适用于该选项 * 如有补充资料(模型、视频等),请填写至方框内

3. 送展方式① Come to the venue with your entries and install/dismantle by yourselves. ( 自己搬入、搬出 )

② Request assigned forwarder by organizer to install and dismantle your entries at your cost. ( 官方指定的搬入、搬出代理服务 [ 有偿 ] )

③ Local agent will bring and install/dismantle your entries instead of you. ( 委托他人搬入、搬出 ) ※ 选择该方式时,请在空格中填写被委托者的联系方式

4. 展示方式、所需展示空间(1)展示方式

待评审作品类型为“Submit actual product”时,将会有①置于桌上、②置于地面、③车辆专用 三个选项可供选择

未发表评审 :设置封闭的评审空间,确保搬入、搬出以及评审过程不会被评审委员及相关工作人员之外的人士看到。该评审方式适用于①评审的时点,还未发售或发表的作品以及②被其他参评者看到后会产生不良影响的作品。※ 二次评审信息填写截止后,事务局工作人员会联系选择“未发表评审”的参评者,详细确认。※ 未发表评审的具体搬入、搬出时间,会由事务局单独通知。

待评审作品类型为“Submit substitute”时,只提供“置于桌上”的选项

(2)所需展示空间所需的展示空间将以“宽幅 x 纵深”的方式提供。

一个展示空间(1m x 1m)免费申请两个及两个以上展示空间时,每个单元空间追加 17280 日元(含税)

①置于地面 :9 个展示空间(3m x 3m)为止②置于桌上 :3 个展示空间(宽幅 3m x 纵深 1m)为止③车辆专用 :18 个展示空间(宽幅 3m x 纵深 6m)为止

5. 电力针对希望以通电状态进行展示以及使用视频播放设备的参评者提供有偿的电力服务。电力申请时,需填写“电量”和“接线板(两套插孔)数”。

“电量”0.5kW 以下 7500 日元(含税)1kW 为止 12900 日元(含税)1kW 以上 每 kW12900 日元(含税)

“接线板数”接线板(2 套插孔、最大容量 1.5kW)一个 1700 日元(含税)※ 申请电源时,必须申请一个接线板。

电力申请例请事先计算所有用电设备的用电量,再按需求申请电力。

例 1 :使用一台笔记本电脑(60W)申请内容 :0.5kW +接线板(1 个)= 7500 日元+ 1700 日元= 9200 日元(含税)例 2 :使用两台笔记本电脑(60W)、一台打印机(1.2kW)申请内容 :2kW +接线板(2 个)= 25800 日元+ 3400 日元= 29200 日元(含税)

※ 因香港会场只提供英规插孔接线板,申请电力使用的参评者请自行准备插孔转接器。

6. 其它辅助设备香港会场将不提供以下辅助设备

- Blu-ray Player and monitor 蓝光播放器和显示器- DVD Player and monitor DVD 播放器和显示器- Shelving for the table 播放器搁置台- Panel stand 展板支架- Internet access 无线、有线网络※ 如需使用以上设备,请自行准备。

主办方将在各评审会场设定“对话型评审日”,由评审委员通过和参评者进行交谈来加深对评审对象的理解。

1)对话型评审概要・对话型评审将于 8 月 7 日在中国香港大屿山香港国际机场亚洲国际博览馆 HALL5 进行。・因为是辅助评审项目,所以参加形式为任意。・参评者需按照指定时间参加对话型评审,指定时间外不得进入评审会场。・实施时间在 Entry Site 的 Entry List 页面的“Interactive hearing”项中查询 ( 暂未显示 )。事务局将

在 7 月下旬邮件通知具体时间的查询方法。

2 ) 对话型评审基本规则・每件参评作品允许一名解说者参加对话型评审 , 同一个解说者可负责多件参评作品的解说。・解说者应站于各自参评作品旁,按照评审委员的要求对参评作品加以解说。・含解说时间和评审委员的对话时间在内,每件参评作品的对话型评审时间限定在 3 分钟以内。・对话型评审的使用语言限定为英语。

3 ) 对话型评审流程・通过一次评审的参评者需要在 6 月 27 日至 7 月 4 日之间登录 Entry Site,在“2nd Screening( 二次评

审信息 )”处选择是否参加对话型评审。如果选择参加,就必须遵守主办方的实施规则。・7 月下旬,事务局会向参评者发送邮件,通知登录 Entry Site,在相应位置下载“(对话型评审登录证)”。・ 按 照 指 定 时 间 抵 达 会 场,凭 “Interactive Hearing Registration Card( 对 话 型 评 审 登 录 证 )”和“Interactive Hearing Pass(对话型评审入场证)”入场,并到各自的作品摆放处等候。

・评审委员将按顺序来到待评审作品的位置,请遵守秩序等待评审。・对话型评审结束后,解说者应迅速退出评审会场。

4 ) 对话型评审内容首先请参评者用约 1 分 30 秒的时间介绍设计特点,剩余的时间以评审委员提问 - 参评者回答的方式进行。请注意,介绍设计特点的时间会根据审查委员的要求有所增减,但整体时间固定为 3 分钟。

5 ) 对话型评审注意事项・8 月 7 日进入对话型审查会场时必须出示“Interactive Hearing Registration Card(对话型评审登录

证)”,凭该登录证(需附名片)换取“Interactive Hearing Pass(对话型评审入场证)”入场。

・禁止拍照、摄影及录音。・禁止采取妨碍他人的行为。

凭 Entry Site 上打印的“对话型评审登录证”和参评者的名片,在会场前台换取“对话型评审入场证”。对话型评审结束后,需归还该入场证给会场工作人员。

按照 G Mark 事务局 7 月下旬的指示,于 Entry Site 打印出该登录证并贴上参评者的名片,带至会场前台。

入场前,请确认并准备以下的物品

 ①评审号码(Entry No.)  ②参评公司负责人名片 ③待评审物品(展示物)

评审号码 (Entry No.) 将决定待评审物品的摆放位置,请从 Entry Site 和结果通知书等处确认该号码。具体的摆放位置可以事先通过 Entry Site 确认,事务局会在 7 月下旬发邮件通知具体的确认方法。

  从登记到搬入完成的流程

请按照以下的流程图进行搬入

关于搬入时的各注意事项・与评审无关的物品(包括包装材料、纸盒、木箱等)请在搬入后自行带出会场,会场不设存放处。・为了避免展示品的事故和丢失,尽可能请参评负责人自行搬入、设置并搬出。・严禁在没有申请代理服务的情况下,将物品寄往会场,事务局一概不予收取,由此造成的一切损失和后

果,事务局概不负责。申请代理服务的参评者,也请按照要求寄送物品。・通过车辆搬入的参评者,请填写好 P12 的入园申请表,在 7 月 19 日之前发送至 [email protected].

1. 未能出示有效货车许可证之车辆一概不准进入亚洲国际博览馆(" 博览馆 ")范

a. 在进入博览馆范围前,所有车辆必须根据货车许可证之指定时间前往博览

馆货车等候区或调度区登记并等候,听从现场工作人员的指示 ;

b. 由现场工作人员确认许可证后,根据当时交通情况指示司机进场并向司机

发出一张车辆进出入记录 ;

c. 在博览馆范围内,司机必须时刻遵从现场工作人员的指示。

2. 货车许可证及车辆进出入记录均不得转让给他人。

3. 该许可证必须张贴于贵公司所派车辆的挡风玻璃上。

4. 该许可证的复印件无效。

5. 博览馆或其授权人士有权在没有预先通知或给予理由的情况下,拒绝持有

此许可证的车辆进入。

6. 司机必须一直在车辆上。

7. 只限带有 40 英尺以下货柜及拖架的挂接式车辆进入博览馆范围。

Good Design Award implements the screening by the first screening, which is based on the information provided by the applicants, and the second screening, which is based on the actual physical items of the entries together with the registered information.

During the second screening, the physical items of the entries are displayed at the exhibit hall, where the Judging Committee carefully examines each individual entry to identify its values and whether the physical item matches the registered information, by observing, operating and experiencing it, even for such entries as architecture and services that use graphic panel or other materials to substitute for the physical items. Besides, on the second day of the second screening, the “interactive hearing”, where applicants could have direct communication with jury members to improve the understanding of the screening items, will be implemented. Through all these processes, the Judging Committee will examine the entries from various viewpoints, and decide the winners after heated discussion within each screening unit.

For subject entries that have passed the first screening, the applicants shall follow the following instructions to present the subject entries at their best to the jury members. Your cooperation will be highly appreciated.

3. Entry number representation requestedDuring the 2nd screening process, the entries might be moved. To avoid any mix-up or loss,please ensure to write or paste a sticker of your entry number anywhere inconspicuous position on your entry.

4. ElectrifyingDuring the 2nd screening, the entries of electric appliances will not be electrified for 24 hours, so easy switch on/off system is appreciated. In the case you bring any electrified information equipment such as laptop or tablet as the supplementary material, please make and bring an operation manual including login ID and PW to play or restart, for just in case unexpected shut down of the power supply happened.

Good Design Award implements “Interactive hearing”, where applicants could have direct communication with jury members on the site.

1) The implementation of the interactive hearing - The interactive hearing will be implemented on August 7, at the 2nd screening venue.- As this is supplementary screening measure, whether join or not is optional. - The interactive hearing will be timetabled. Applicants cannot enter the venue except the

2) Rule for interactive hearing - One person per one entry is permitted. In the case your company has multiple entries, one

person can join the multiple interactive hearings. - The explainer shall explain the subject entry upon request of the jury members.- The allocated time is 3 minutes at maximum per entry, including translation. It must be kept

by all the applicants.

3) How to join- During the confirmation period of 2nd screening information (from June 27 to July 4),

applicants are requested to register the necessary information for the participation on the entry site.

- In late July, the organizer will contact the applicants by email and inform them of the way to download the “Interactive Hearing Registration Card” on the entry site.

- The participants shall be present at the screening venue by the time designated by the organizer. After the registration at the entrance with the “Interactive Hearing Registration Card” and the “Interactive Hearing Pass”, enter the screening venue and stand by in front of your entry.

- As jury members will visit one by one, talk to them once your turn comes.- Once the interactive hearing finished, please leave the venue immediately.

4) What to talk- Generally, at the beginning, you are requested to explain the points of your entry for the

first half of the 3 minutes and Q&A for the second half. There might be a possibility the explanation part is omitted by the jury members’ principle.

5) Terms and conditions of the interactive hearing- To enter the venue on August 7, you have to first get the "Interactive Hearing Pass" by

showing the "Interactive Hearing Registration Card", and then enter the venue by the Pass.

- Photo shooting and recording is prohibited. - Please do not listen to other hearings and hold back from any other disturbing behavior.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:1. All vehicles without a valid Goods Vehicle Pass will not be permitted to enter into the

premises of AsiaWorld-Expo (hereinafter “AWE”)a. Before entering the premises of AWE, all vehicles must first proceed to the Expo

Goods Staging Area or Marshalling Area according to the time specified on the Goods Vehicle Pass, and wait for instructions from security personnel;

b. After confirming the Goods Vehicle Pass, the security personnel will instruct the driver to enter the premises of AWE and issue a Goods Vehicle – In-Out Record to the driver according to the traffic condition;

c. The driver must comply with instructions from the security personnel at all times within AWE.

Next steps after the 2nd screening07[Until the notification of the 2nd screening results]The results of the 2nd screening will be notified as from 13:00(JST) on September 4 on your Entry Site account. The entries passed 2nd screening are to be “Good Design Award 2019 winners” as from October 2, the day of announcement of award winners. The days during September 4 to October 2 are lead time for the award announcement. Applicants are requested to hold back to release the result before October 2, official announcement date.

[After the announcement of award winners]All the award winners are requested to participate in the “Good Design Exhibition” and be enrolled in the Good Design Yearbook. During September 4 to 11, all the necessary information for online gallery, Good Design Exhibition and Yearbook shall be registered on the Entry Site.

The Good Design Best100 winners can not only go through the screening for the Special Awards, but also get exposure in many promotional activities. Besides, complimentary “Good Design Best100” trophy will be presented. If your entries are selected, your cooperation will be highly cooperation.

Participate in the “Good Design Best100 Designers’ Presentation”All the Good Design Best100 recipients are requested to give a presentation at a presentation event called the “Good Design Best100 Designers’ Presentation” held on October 9 at Tokyo Midtown Conference. This presentation is one part of the screening for the Special Awards.
