Description: This project comprises of producing web services that are consumed by other modules (iOS, ANDROID) to access and manipulate profile and coupon related data.

Responsibilities: Designed URLs for restful representation of web services. Created corresponding JPA Entities for SQL tables. Defined DAO interfaces and added contract documentation for various methods in DAOs. Following test first methodology, wrote Junit test cases using MOCKITO framework. Coded DAO implementations against DAO interfaces using hibernate integrated into spring. Defined Service layer interfaces and created test cases following test first methodology. Implemented service layer implementations. Created service endpoints using Apache CXF framework.
