Thch hp lu cho biu (Kiu file) din phn t kiu hnh cu, cc biu ca tnh ton im n, tnh ton bn kinh nghim. RGB Bitmap Ging nh .bmp, dng 24 mu. Kh hn ch trong cc ng dng khc khng c ch 24 mu. Khi ta tch chn Atoms, n v la chn nh nht chn nguyn t, vi cng c la chn, khi ta c th la chn cc nguyn t, lin kt v gc ring. Gii hn ny vn hot ng cho n khi ta chn Residures hoc Molecules. Ch : S dng la chn Atoms nu ta khng mun chn cc hp phn hay cc phn t.

Cch lu nh sau1. Nhp tri chut vo Save (lu) trong File menu. HyperChem s hin ln hp thoi c dng nh sau:

Vi cc cng c trong HyperChem, ta dng tri chut dch chuyn cc phn t theo h to ca ngi quan st. Cc phn t dch chuyn nh ta nag thay i v tr quan st ca mnh. S dch chuyn nh hng ln ton b h phn t.
