The problem of management personnels work evaluation is examined in the article together with the importance of improving the efficiency and optimizing the quantitative and professional composition of this kind of personnel. The results of quantitative evaluations, based on the qualita-tive characteristics of management personnel, using a complex qualimetric model are also shown.
