Company Introduction:
Jiangsu Guoxin Investment Group Limited (Jiangsu Guoxin, JSGX), established in August 2001, is a large state
owned group in Jiangsu. Up to the end of 2015, the Group has obtained a total of 6.1 billion Chinese Yuan profit.
The Group business covers various areas such as energy, finance, real estate, social culture business and trade.
Jiangsu Film Distribution and Exhibition Company under JSGX is a professional supplier of film distribution and
cinema engineering technology. It is also engaged in film advertising, film and television production and other new
media businesses.
Jiangsu Sainty Corp. Ltd., another subsidiary of JSGX, was established in 1979, mainly engaging in import and
export business of textiles and garments. To the present, Sainty has expanded its business to garment production,
chemical warehousing, equity investment and other industries. Its products are exported to almost one hundred
countries and regions.
