ABSTRACT
The countryside elementary and middle schools will take the raise in the future the countryside worker and constructor's cradle,and play a vital role in raising the countryside talented person and in building socialism new countryside.Promoting nationality's hope lies in education, and promoting education hope lies in teacher. Only when we establish one to have the good politics professional quality, the reasonable structure, the relative stable teacher troop, can we impel our country education in the new historical beginning the scientific progress, speeds up from the educational great nation to the educational powerful nation, and make great contributions from the human resources great nation to the human resources powerful nation, contributing to the Chinese nation great rejuvenation and the human culture progress.However,at present, our country partial countryside school teachers actually face the working condition and the working conditionsdifference,For example, the wages and benefits are low, the social position is low as well as the occupation is unable to realize and so on present situations ideally, thus causes the countryside school teachers to drain massively, particularly the prominent teacher drains. That the countryside prominent teachers drain not only affects the school normal teaching order, but also creates the countryside teacher troop unstable and the drop in overall quality , Besides,it has created the present situation where the countryside massive distinguished student source outflows and quality of teaching wholly slids. Therefore, if wants to strengthen the countryside school teacher troop construction, improve the countryside elementary and middle schools quality of teaching,and promote the rural education development, we should expand the rural education investment, improve the teacher treatment; strengthen the scientific management, improve the teacher status, strengthen teacher vocational skill training, transform the teacher teaching idea, improve the teacher overall quality as well as expand the teacher source.effective measures stabilizes and constructs the countryside teacher troop, attracting more talented people to the countryside.
We believe that if the party and the government takes seriously, to have the entire society to pay attention together and to support, the educational reform system will consummate as well as the countryside teacher troop overall quality will be enhanced unceasingly, the countryside teacher troop certainly will be stabler, the countryside quality of teaching certainly will be improved greatly, my county rural education enterprise will certainly to be more magnificent tomorrow!
