Priča vinarije Marijanović priča je o obitelji, tradiciji i ljuba-vi prema vinu. Smješteni smo u mirnom hercegovačkom selu Služanj, nedaleko od Čitluka i Međugorja, u kojem već 4 gene-racije njegujemo dvije autohtone hercegovačke sorte (žilavku i blatinu), a u novije vrijeme i dvije francuske sorte (syrah i cabernet sauvignon).

Dva hektara naših vinograda prostiru se na blagim padinama mostarskog vinogorja, južne su ekspozicije, što omogućava maksimalnu osunčanost.Posebnosti ovog lokaliteta su specifični mikroklimatski uvijeti, te mješavina crvenog i bijelog tla, što utječe na izraženu svje-žinu, mineralnost i kompleksnost naših vina.

Podrum je u sklopu obiteljske kuće izgrađen 1936. godine, a novi 2008. godine. Suvremeno opremljen podrum nalazi se u središtu naših vino-grada, što je vrlo važno u proizvodnji vrhunskih vina jer ubra-no grožđe u vrlo kratkom vremenu dospijeva u podrum na preradu.Podrum je djelomično ukopan u zemlju, opremljen najnovijom tehnologijom za preradu, kontroliranu fermentaciju, te hladnu stabilizaciju vina. Kapacitet podruma je 30 000l.U inox bačvama nastaju mlada, svježa vina bogate arome, a zrelija, tijelom jača vina u ‘barrique’ bačvicama.

Obitelj Marijanović strast i ljubav prema vinu pretače u vrhun-ske kapljice koje pružaju nezaboravan užitak.

The story about the winery Marijanović is the story about family, tradition and love for wine. Our winery is located in Služanj, a peaceful Herzegovinian village, not far away from Čitluk and Medjugorje. For the past four generations we have been nurturing two autochthonous types of vine (Žilavka and Blatina), and lately two French types as well (Syrah and Ca-bernet Sauvignon).

Our vineyards extend across two hectares of mild slopes in the wine-growing area of Mostar, with southern exposition, which provides the highest level of insolation for them. Special qualities of this site are its particular micro-climatic conditions and the mixture of red and white soil, and this is what affects our wines’ freshness, minerality and complexity.

The wine cellar was built with the house in 1936, and the new wine cellar was built in 2008. Modern wine cellar is located in the center of our vineyards, which is very important when producing top-quality wines. This way the grapes arrive in cellar in short time, ready for processing. The wine cellar is partially under ground and it is equipped with the most modern technology for processing, controlled fermentation and cold stabilization of wine. The capacity of the cellar is 30 000 liters. New, fresh wines with rich flavo-urs grow ripe in inox barrels, and mature, full-bodied wines in small barrique barrels.

Family Marijanović converts love and passion for wine into excellent droplets which offer unforgettable enjoyment.

Žilavka Marijanović je vrhunsko bijelo suho vino, žuto-zelen-kaste boje, prepoznatljiva sortnog mirisa, te harmoničnog okusa.Proizvodi se od visokokvalitetne autohtone hercegovačke sorte žilavke uz prateće sorte benu i krkošiju.O visokoj kakvoći žilavke svjedoči i povelja bana Tvrtka iz 1353. izdata u Suhoj (Čitluk). Žilavka vjekovima odolijeva sun-cu, žegi, kršu i škrtoj hercegovačkoj zemlji.Pije se rashlađena na temperaturi od 10-12 °C, te pristaje uz raznovrsna jela.Kušajte žilavku kao dar hercegovačkog krša.

Žilavka Marijanović is a top quality dry white wine, yellow-green in colour, recognizable in scent and harmonic in taste. It is made from high-quality autochthonous herzegovinian sort Žilavka with accompanying sorts Bena and Krkošija. The charter of ban Tvrtko from the year 1353 published in Suha (Čitluk) speaks of the high quality of Žilavka. For ages Žilavka has resisted the Sun, heat, karst and scanty herzego-vinian land. Ideal temperature for drinking is 10-12 °C, and it is suitable to divers meals. Taste Žilavka as a gift of the herzegovinian karst.

Blatina Marijanović je vrhunsko crveno suho vino, renomira-no i cijenjeno, tamno rubin-crvene boje, bogate sortne arome, snažna puna i harmonična okusa.Proizvodi se od grožđa viskokvalitetne autohtone hercegovač-ke sorte Blatine, a prateće sorte su Alicante Bouschet (Kambu-ša) i Trnjak.Pristaje uz raznovrsna jela od mesa, ribe, suhomesnate proi-zvode, divljač, te sireve.Servira se na temperaturi od 16-18 °C.Kušajte blatinu kao dar hercegovačkog krša.

Blatina Marijanović is a top quality dry red wine, renowned and admired, dark ruby-red in colour, rich in scent, strong and har-monic in taste. It is made from the grapes of the high-quality autochthonous herzegovinian sort Blatina, with accompanying sorts Alicante Bouschet (Kambuša) and Trnjak. It suits with di-vers meals, such as meat, fish, dried meat products, deer and cheeses. Ideal temperature to serve is 16-18 °C. Taste Blatina as a gift of the herzegovinian karst.

Syrah je sortno, vrhunsko, crveno suho vino, Iransko-Francu-skog podrijetla.Prvi Syrah u BiH proizveden je u obiteljskom podrumu Mari-janović.Vino je tamno crno-crvene boje, alkoholno, ekstraktno, moć-no, voćnog mirisa i okusa. Spada među najplemenitija crna vina, te ima sposobnost dozrijevanja dugi niz godina.Pristaje uz mesna jela, roštilj, divljač, suhomesnate proizvode i sireve.Kušajte Syrah kao dar hercegovačkog krša i servirajte ga na temperaturi 16-18 °C.

Syrah is a top quality dry red wine, iranian-french in origin. The first Syrah in BiH was made in the family cellar Marijano-vić. The wine is dark black-red in colour, with blackberry and spice flavours, alcoholic, extract, bold. It belongs to the most noble red wines, and has the ability to maturate for years. It suits best with meat, barbecue, deer, dried meat products and chesses. Taste Syrah as a gift of the herzegovinian karst and serve it at 16-18 °C.

Cabernet sauvignon je sortno, vrhunsko, crveno suho vino, pro-izvedeno od istoimene visokokvalitetne sorte francuskog po-drijetla.Odlikuje se jakom zagasito tamno-crnom bojom, s puno zre-lih zaokruženih tanina, alkohola i ekstrakta, specifična sortnog mirisa, te punog, snažnog i bogatog okusa. Izvrsno reagira na dozrijevanje čime njegova prirodna surovost mladog vina pre-lazi u neodoljivu privlačnost.Pije se uz raznovrsna bogata jela na temperaturi 16-18 °C.Kušajte Cabernet sauvignon kao dar hercegovačkog krša.

Cabernet Sauvignon Marijanović is a top quality dry red wine, made from the french origin sort with the same name that is high in quality. It is characteristic for its strong dark-black colour, with a lot of smooth tannins, alcohol and extract and is specific for its scent and for its dense, strong and rich taste. It responds excellently to maturation through which its natural harshness of young wine transcends into irresistible attraction. It is suited best with diverse rich meals at 16-18 °C. Višnjevača (Cherry Brandy) je prirodni visokokvalitetni voćni liker proizveden od višnje Maraske po tradicionalnoj hercego-vačkoj recepturi. Sadrži 30 vol.% alkohola, slatkastog je okusa i izražene prirodne arome višnje. Poslužuje se kao aperitiv ras-hlađena na 8-10°C.

Dunjevača je prirodni voćni liker dobiven maceracijom do-zrelih plodva dunje u prirodnoj rakiji lozi. Zlatnožute je boje, slatkastog okusa i izražene arome dunje. Sadrži 30 vol.% alko-hola. Poslužuje se kao aperitiv rashlađena na 8-10 °C.

Orahovača je voćni liker dobiven maceracijom nedozrelih, ekološki uzgojenih plodova oraha u prirodnoj rakiji lozi. Bogat okus i intenzivan miris zelenog oraha zadovoljit će i najzah-tjevnije ljubitelje vrhunskih likera. Izvrstan je aperitiv, a pripi-suju mu se i mnoga ljekovita svojstva.

Loza je prirodna rakija dobivena destilacijom mladog vina i provrele komine sorti Žilavke, Blatine, Syraha i Cabernet sau-vignona. Kristalne je boje, finog mirisa zrelog grožđa te bla-gog i zaobljenog okusa. Sadrži 40 vol. % alkohola. Preporuču-jemo je servirati prije jela dobro rashlađenu kao aperitiv ili kao digestive nakon jela.

Višnjevača (Cherry Brandy) is a natural high-quality liquor made from the cherry Maraska according to the traditional herzegovinian recipe. It contains 30 vol.% of alcohol, it is sweet in taste and with a bold natural cherry aroma. It is ser-ved as an aperitif cooled down to 8-10°C.

Dunjevača is a natural fruit liquor made by maceration of ripe fruits of quince in natural wine brandy. It is golden-yellow in colour, sweet in taste with a bold quince aroma. It contains 30 vol.% alcohol. It is served as an aperitif cooled down to 8-10 °C.

Orahovača is a fruit liquor made by maceration of unripe, eco-logically cultivated fruits of walnut in natural wine brandy. Rich taste and intensive scent of the green walnut will please even the most demanding admirers of top liquors. It is excellent as an aperitif and is ascribed many therapeutic properties.

Loza is natural brandy obtained by distillation of young wine and boiled husk of the Žilavka, Blatina, Syrah and Cabernet sauvignon grape varieties. It is crystal clear and colourless, with fine and strong odour of ripe grapes and soft and roun-ded fl avour. It contains 40 vol.% of alcohol. We recommend Grappa be served well chilled as an aperitif before or as a digestive drink after dishes.
