Safety Performance in the Field Service of Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines &

Generators

During FY15, observed an increase in Recordable injuries

to union craftsmen.

Real Time analysis of FY15 data showed 64% of injuries

occurred to the 27% of the workforce that were “New to

Siemens.”

Prior to start of FY16, launched the “New to Siemens”

Program.

On the job, real time focused coaching and mentoring of

“New to Siemens” craftsmen - Resulting in significant

improvement in RIR & LWIR in FY16 YTD.

ZERO LWD injuries in FY16 YTD.
