    When construction starts, the contractor must perform the followingrequirements:

    1. Set up a quality management system in which every individual, theconstruction department must follow

    2. Perform materials testing, building components, constructionequipment, technological tools prior to construction and installation inaccordance with construction standards and design requirements3. Set up and test implementation of construction methods, constructionprogress

    4. Create and keep updating a works diary

    Works diary is the original document of construction works inorder to exchange information between

    contractors clients, contractors and architects

    Diary consists of two distinct parts:

    the first part is recorded by contractors the rest is for clients and supervisors

    Contents of works diary

    list of technical staff of the contractors involved in constructionworks (the titles and duties of each person),

    situation of the construction every day,

    situation of the construction for each type of work,

    details of the entire implementation process,

    brief description of the construction methods,

    the actual situation of materials,

    components used,

    the deviation from the construction drawings, specifying thecauses and correction methods

    review of the quality management department on site aboutconstruction quality

    6. Before requesting client acceptance, the construction unitmust check the construction works, construction components,construction process, the construction items and work with theparticipants as follows:
