（吉隆坡）隆雪中華總商會會長丹斯里鍾廷森說，雲端計算（cloud computing）是近年來全球最熱門的討論議題

之一，根據國際數據機構（IDC）調查顯示，雲端服務未來5年的平均年成長率可達26%。

他指出，雲端計算代表新的計算模式，它製造了一些新機會，不過也伴隨著一些新挑戰；雲端服務不僅惠及電腦

使用者，就連手機、機器人都可從更聰穎、更迅速的服務中獲益。講座會的協辦單位包括巴生中華總商會、大馬

中國經濟貿易總商會、大馬創業促進會、大馬中小型工業公會及星洲日報。

賴敬達：不再仰賴平面媒體

社交媒體助全球行銷

P1網絡有限公司首席執行員賴敬達說，現代消費者的消費模式已不再完全倚賴報章及廣告的資訊，當前的趨勢是

消費者購買某產品與否的決定因素，取決於社交媒體用戶的反饋。

他指出，調查顯示66%網民已使用面子書（facebook）、推特（twitter）及部落客等社交媒體，它是互聯網上第4

普遍的活動，更排在傳送電子郵件之前。

“你（企業）的客戶及競爭對手已使用社交媒體，你呢？社交媒體行銷不僅能協助企業建立實體口碑行銷（word

of mouth），而是全球口碑行銷（world of mouth）。”

他週六在“全球商機，科技領航”講座會上說，社交媒體的其他功能包括公共關係、忠誠建設、客戶服務、成為
