Uleiul esential de sovarv are actiune antispastica asupra musculaturii netede si sedativa

asupra sistemului nervos central, in special asupra centrilor respiratorii.

Preparatele din sovarv au actiune tonic-amara, diuretic, imunostimulatoare, astringenta sicarminativa. Au si actiune antiseptica.

Se recomanda in infectii respiratorii si stomacale, traheite, bronsite, colite, gastrite

anacide.Uz intern:Se recomanda sub forma de infuzie concentrata, preparata din trei linguride planta la o cana cu apa. Se beau trei-patru linguri de infuzie inaintea meselorprincipale. Se poate prepara si o infuzie din doua lingurite de planta la o cana cu apa. Se

beau doua-trei cani pe zi, indulcite cu miere.

Florile au actiune usor

sedativa, diuretic-depurativa, laativa. !ai nou, sunt indicate si in hipertensiunea

arteriala.Fructele sunt antidiareice si diuretice. Au actiune astringenta si se recomanda in afectiuni

renale si in dischinezii biliare. "u prezinta contraindicatii.

Uz intern:se prepara o infuzie din flori #una-doua lingurite la o cana cu apa$. Se beaudoua-trei cani pe zi. Fructele se prepara sub forma de decoct, dupa cum urmeaza: se fierb

doua linguri de fructe timp de %& minute. Se beau doua-trei cani pe zi, neindulcite.

Din fructe se mai poate prepara marmelada, dar si sirop.

Cand il recoltezi:Florile se culeg in aprilie, frunzele in perioada aprilie-iunie, iarfructele in august-septembrie.

Uleiul esential deportocal are proprietati antiinflamatorii, antiseptic bactericide, carminative, hipotensive si

sedativ nervoase.

Pulpa fructelor are actiune antihemoragica si prote'eaza vasele capilare. A'uta ficatul sibila sa functioneze mai bine.

Uz intern:fructele se consuma ca atare sau sub forma de suc. (n scop laativ, se fierbco'ile a doua portocale, timp de )& de minute, intr-o 'umatate de litru de apa. Apa se

arunca si se fierb din nou intr-o cana cu apa indulcita. *o'ile se usuca pe o farfurie si se

consuma dimineata.

Uz extern:sucul se foloseste pun tamponari pentru stomatite, gingivite saudermatoze. Uleiul esential se gaseste in unguente sau in preparate aromoterapeutice.

*oa'a salciei contine salicina, substanta carecombate febra si are un bun efect antireumatic si antinevralgic. De aceea, in trecut, se

foloseau frunzele si coa'a ei impotriva frigurilor.

Salcia se utilizeaza si in numeroase afectiuni: raceli, gripe, rinite, reumatism, guta,hemoroizi, varice, afte bucale, menstre dureroase, diaree. !ai are efect sedativ,

vasodilatator, opreste secretia lactica la intarcare.

Uz intern:Se face decoct din doua lingurite de coa'a maruntita de salcie in +&& mlapa. Se fierbe +&-)& de minute. Se strecoara si se iau )- linguri pe zi. Se fierbe +&-)& de

minute. Se mai poate face un praf din coa'a maruntita si uscata, data prin rasnita de cafea

Are actiuneantiinflamatoare si sedativa, diuretic-depurativa, epectoranta si antidiareica.

(n medicina traditionala se utilizeaza in tricomonaza, candidoza si prostatita. Florile serecomanda pentru prodrietatile epectorante, emoliente si astringente. !ai este indicata

in tulburarile de ciclu menstrual, tulburari la menopauza, arsuri intestinale, diaree,

sangerari nazale.

Uz intern:(nfuzia se prepara din una-doua lingurite de flori la o cana cu apa. Se beauuna-doua cani pe zi.

Uz extern:(nfuzia concentrata #trei linguri de planta la un litru de apa$ se folosestepentru spalaturi vaginale sau pentru bai de sezut. Se poate asocia cu frunze de mur, de

nuc si conuri de hamei, toate in parti egale.

Partea intrebuintata:radacina,frunzele.

Proprietati medicinale:diuretic, sedativ, mucilaginos. emolient.(n cataplasme, da rezultate ecelente in tratarea locurilor inflamate, fiind etrem decalmanta si de emolienta.

(n tulburarile pulmonare, raguseli, tuse, bronsita, diaree sau dizenterie, se pune cate olingurita la o cana de apa, se fierbe in clocot mic timp de zece minute si se lasa sa seraceasca. Se beau una-doua cani pe zi, cu inghitituri zdravene.

(mpotriva iritatiilor vaginale, se foloseste la spalaturi si se administreaza si intern. D

oza medie zilnica este de o capsula sau doua.*eaiul este bun si pentru spalarea ochilor inflamati. Foarte calmant si terapeutic in once

inflamatii intestinale.

De mare pret in pneumonii, urinari lente si dureroase, litiaza once fel de afectiuni renale.

adacina este uneori intrebuintata pentru stimularea lactatiei femeilor care alapteaza.
