Инфраструктура комплекса устроена таким образом, чтобы обеспечить собственникам «клубный» формат, качественный отдых и уютную дружелюбную атмосферу. В комплексе есть свой подогреваемый бассейн с зоной отдыха, детская площадка. Внутренняя территория квартала и его освещение оформляется специалистами по ландшафтному дизайну.

Торгово-офисный центр
ЭЭскизный проект торгово-офисного центра был выполнен по заказу ООО «Архитектурно-проектная мастерская «Чупрынина» в 2013 году. Объект находится в городе Бийск. Торгово-офиссный центр представляет собой общественное здание высотностью в 3 этажа. Первый этаж со свободной планировкой предназначен для торговли. Второй и третий этажи отводятся под офисные помещения.

Residential area near the "Monument of Glory.” is of particular value for the architectural image of Novosibirsk. This place is full of monuments mrozhestvom Stalinist architecture. The buildings have varying degrees of preservation, among nihest and dilapidated housing in need of refurbishment and some even in the demolition. According to the results of my analysis, it was decided to demolish the old barracks on the second lane porhomenko and erect in their place, contemporary apartment building. New postroka stylistically inscribed in the environment and improves the functionality of mikroraynona as a whole.
Жилой район вблизи "Монумента славы". имеет особую ценность для архитектурного образа новосибирска. Это место наполнено мрожеством памятников сталинской архитектуры. Здания имеют разную степень сохранности, Среди нихесть и ветхое жильё нуждающее в реконструкции а некоторое даже в сносе. По результатам моего анализа было решено снести старые бараки по второму переулку порхоменко, и возвести на их месте современнное жилое здание. Новая построка стилистически вписана в окружение и улучшает функциональность микрорайнона в целом.
