The DBM-G II /T II measurement control system maintains a high level of stability even in poor conditions where there is a large amount of vibrational noise. In comparison with Shimadzu's long-selling DBM-D measurement control system, the difference in stability can be clearly seen. With the DBM-G II /T II, fluctuation is smaller and extremely stable measurements can be obtained.

适应外部环境的变化能力强 Resistant to Changes in the Surrounding Environment

Vibration signals detected by the pickup are quantized using an A/D converter and are then subjected to all digital processing to extract the vibration component. Performing all processing digitally makes it possible to change the filter transfer characteristics to a suitable form during measurement, thus enabling ultrahigh-precision measurement in very short measurement times (one third of that required by existing Shimadzu products).

由传感器检测出来的振动信号是由A/D进行数模转换,然后根据所有的数码处理来抽出振动成分。因为用全数码计算来处理筛选程序的传达特性,所以可以在测试中变成适当的形状,能实现超短时间(我公司比1/3)的高精度测试。

Due to customer demand, the software is equipped with the ability to generate three-plane and four-plane displays. The former simultaneously provides left-plane and right-plane (top and bottom) displays, as well as a static-plane display, while the latter also provides a couple-plane display.This makes it possible to view all the necessary information in one window.

Unbalance (U) occurs when the center of gravity of a rotating body does not coincide with the center of rotation. To correct this, it is necessary to attach a weight (of mass m) to the opposite side. If M is the mass of the rotor and R is the correction radius, then the following equation holds.

感应传感器Unbalance Detection Sensor工件回转时产生的振动通过高灵敏度检测出不平衡。Detects, with high sensitivity, the unbalance due to vibrations that occur while the work piece is rotating.

回转检测传感器Rotation Detection Sensor根据安装在转子上标记的光反射,检测出回转数�角度。Detects the rotational speed and angle by using the light reflected from a mark added to the rotor.

流动制止装置Axial Slide Stopper防止回转中的工件偏移和落下。Prevents the rotating work piece from sliding and falling.

准备对应工件种类和轴承部形状的轴承。Bearing parts are available depending on the type of work piece and the shape of the bearing.

■安全盖推荐对于安全盖需要考虑操作性等因素来决定最合适的构造。通常安全盖如果不关闭的话那么转子也就不能驱动,与电气接合并用。而且在卧式硬支撑的本体上,把不让转子飞出的安全防护作为标准装备。※高速回转转子的场合(按照劳动省令第6号规定周转速超过的转子)请您务必为使用者的安全考虑配置安全盖。

■Recommendations for the Safety CoversThe optimum design for safety covers must be determined by considering the operability and other factors. Usually, an electrical interlock is used with the cover so that the rotor cannot be driven when the safety cover is not closed. Also, horizontal hard-bearing machines are equipped with a safety guard as a standard feature to stop the rotor flying out. With rotors that rotate at high speeds (faster than the 25 m/sec specified in Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Ordinance No. 6), be sure to use a protective cover to ensure safety.

平衡优良度的显示 Indication of Balance Quality平衡优良度的显示是用修正面偏重心乘以回转体的使用最高角度速度的积再除以1000的值来显示的。The balance quality is expressed as the product of the specific unbalance, e (μm), and the maximum operating angular velocity of the work piece, ω (rad/s), divided by 1,000.

平衡优良度= eω/1,000(mm/s) 或者平衡优良度 = en/9,550(mm/s):在这里n是回转数(min-1)

平衡优良度等级  Balance Quality Grades 平衡优良度的等级以及对应其平衡优良度的上限值,如下表所示。The balance quality grades and the upper limits of the corresponding balance quality are given in the following table.
