3. Exhibitors' Information and e-Business Cards

The company profile and product information will

be automatically retrieved from TAITRA database.

You have to edit your e-business cards. To impress

buyers, we strongly recommend that you upload

your photos.

Platinum Level: 2 e-business Card;

Dimond Level: 3 e-business Card.

3-1 Teams Tutorial

To enable buyers from all over the world to

connect with exhibitors without a time

constraint, we use Microsoft's Teams as the

online meeting solution.

If you have a Microsoft account, you can link

your account to Teams ID and open your own

Teams room.

Every salesperson needs to link his/her own

Teams ID to use the function.

(Microsoft Teams tutorial supplemented)

※ Signing up to Microsoft Teams is free.

※ You can change your linked ID or re-link the ID.

※ Remember to SAVE the business card when you

finish setting it.

To enable all buyers to find booths faster and more accurately, they can use tag search when

visiting TIMTOS Online.

Fill in your official website link and the

system will automatically retrieve the

search tags.

You can choose and click on the

appropriate tags, and then they will be

automatically added to your tag

settings.

Exhibitors can manually add tags or

import tags. (See next page)


You can add tags manually. You can also edit tags in Excel, save them as

xml file, and batch input your tags.

5. Booth Decoration

There are three virtual booth packages.

Each package has different display and

interactive service.

The system is open and flexible, allowing

exhibitors to arrange their materials. In

order to save exhibitors' time and

manpower, the company and product

profile will be automatically retrieved

from the TIMTOS official website. So

please remember to upload product

profiles at TIMTOS official website.

＊Changing booth design option for

Platinum or Diamond will not be

accepted after Feb. 24, 2021. (Details as

following pages)

Diamond Booth A/B


There are more features compared to Platinum:

‧ 2 sets of Video Playing: Fill in the video links.

‧ 2 sets of Virtual Sales: Buyers can immediately talk to the sales staff when they click on the virtual figures.

‧ 2 sets of Machine Display: Exhibitors can upload a png file to display their machine. Clicking on the png will

link to a 3D display page.

The system will automatically fill in the company and product information based on the

TAITRA database.

The name of the product will be displayed automatically.

The number of display products is as follows:

‧ Gold Booth = Exhibitors can choose 3 products to display.

‧ Platinum Booth = Exhibitors can choose 6 products to display.

‧ Diamond Booth = Exhibitors can choose 10 products to display.


6. Teams & Im

There are two ways of interaction:

‧ Teams Scheduled Meeting: if visitors and exhibitors

would like to have a formal meeting through a video

conversation.

‧ Instant Message: every visitor can ask questions to

exhibitors when visiting TIMTOS Online.

The number of meetings are based on the number of

e-business cards of each booth package:

‧ Gold Booth = 1 Teams Scheduled Meeting + 1

Instant Message

‧ Platinum Booth = 2 Teams Scheduled Meetings + 2

Instant Message

‧ Diamond Booth = 3 Teams Scheduled Meetings + 3

The e-business card will be shown here.

Three different sales staff of one exhibitor can use the same account and password to log in

the CMS of TIMTOS official website.

※ You can enter and exit the room after linking your Teams ID.

※ You can change or re-link your ID.

Visitors can contact exhibitors actively via

Instant Message.

Exhibitors can answer the viistors' questions

here, and visitors can receive the reply

immediately.

These records will also be simultaneously

saved.

7. Exhibition Report

The system will track and record all visitors' behavior

when visiting TIMTOS Online once a day and provide

the report to all exhibitors. (Gold Booth can receive

the report of “Today’s Total Visits“ only.)

Exhibitors can download the records about visitors’

engagement according to the date, including e-

business card exchange, scheduled meeting, and

instant messages.

※ The list of potential visitors will be opened one

week after March 20th. Then you can contact

potential buyers in this system.19


8. Manage Your Bulletin

Exhibitors of Platinum and Diamond

packages can hold online events.

Whether it’s live broadcast online or

OMO activity, you can edit the event

information in this system.

The events are grouped by dates.

Exhibitors can modify the information

before the event starts.

You can edit：

Event time.

Event name.

Event external link.

Upload one event picture.

9. Manage Your Invitation

There are two types of invitation. Exhibitors

prepare the list of invitees and import them into

the system. After you send your list, the system will

automatically create: The invitation letter of your

choice, and the link to your online booth.

Invitees can make an appointment with the

exhibitor’s sales staff through this link. (Detailed

as follows)

This feature will open on March 1st, 2021.

6. Manage your schedule

Every sales staff (every e-business card) has 44 slots

each day, 30 mins per slot. Exhibitors can set available

slots.

The system will send a reminder to the sales staff 5

minutes before the meeting.

The number of slots for every booth packages:

‧ Gold Booth: You can choose 5 slots for appointments

each day.

‧ Platinum/Diamond Booth: You have the maximized

slots for appointments from March 15th to 20th.

This feature will open on March 1st, 2021.25

※ You need to link your Teams ID to manage your

schedule.


The number of e-business cards is based on your booth package. Each

card can be linked to the sales staff’s appointment schedule.

If a visitor is requesting an appointment:

Status 1: Email will be sent to both parties. It will show “confirming" in yellow in the sales staff’s email and the system. The sales staff

needs to check email to answer this request.

Status 2: If the sales staff agrees to the request, the system will send a notice to the visitor. The slot status will change to “Reserved”,

and the slot will be closed for the appointment.

Status 3: If the sales staff rejects the request, the system will send a notice to the visitor. The slot status will change to “Declined”, and

the slot will be opened for another appointment.

Contact again: The system will save the contact records. Exhibitors can use the records to contact the visitors again.

系統依據參展商瀏覽器自動

3、公司資訊與編輯業務電子名片功能介紹

本系統預設公司資訊由參展商當初報名的資料自動擷取，參展商無需再費時編輯。

電子名片需由參展商自行編輯線上展，顧攤業務的電子名片。業務同仁可自行填寫姓名、職稱、公司mail、公司電話與手機。為了加深買主的印象，建議業務同仁務必上傳自己的頭像。

黃金級別：1張名片；白金級別：2張名片；鑽石級別：3張名片。

電子名片除了在線上立即展示公司與業務資訊外，每日展覽結束後，更能讓買主完整下載記錄檔案。系統便利性的加深買主於線上展，商洽互動的印象。

3-1、Teams教學與說明

為讓全球買主，無時差地與參展商線上接

洽商談。故規劃“預約行事曆”功能(第N

頁介紹)。為求商談全球化與穩定進行商

談會議，本系統使用微軟的Teams做為線

上會議的解決方案。

參展商如果已有註冊微軟365的帳號，只

需在本系統輸入微軟的登入資訊，本系統

會自動綁定您的id，並開設業務的專屬會

議室，讓參展商在展會期間都能自由進出

會議室。

每張電子名片都需要綁定一組Teams的登

入ID。參展商的各業務，才能使用本系

統的”預約行事曆”功能，完成Teams的

綁定後，該業務可隨時由本系統，任意

進出會議室。

※ 微軟Teams基礎註冊，完全無需任何

費用。

※ 綁定帳號後亦可任意修改，重新綁定。

※ 參展商對於Teams的綁定、註冊如果

有使用上的疑問，參展商可參考此教學

影片。

※ 完成電子名片設定後，請記得要按儲

存鈕。


4、編輯搜尋檢索標籤功能介紹

搜尋檢索標籤是為了讓所有買主，在逛線上展覽使用本系統提供的搜尋功能

時，能更快、更精準、更有目的性的找到參展商的攤位。

於此區域欄位內，填入參展商的公司

官網連結。點擊”自動帶入”，本系

統會自動至參展商官網，抓取官網設

定的關鍵字。

此區域欄位內，是大會主辦方為所

有參展商，精心準備的搜尋檢索標

籤。選出貴公司適合的標籤後，

點擊該標籤，系統就會自動加入此

關鍵字到下方欄位內。

5、攤位佈置功能介紹

三種等級攤位處於虛擬環境中所使用

的空間坪數、展示互動功能都有所不

同。

本系統可讓參展商佈置，為節省參展

商時間與人力，公司介紹與產品介紹

皆從TIMTOS官網後台自動抓取。

2/24零時前，需選定白金或鑽石攤

位A or B款， 2/24零時後，恕不可

變更款式。

1、Teams預約會議功能：針對較為正式的

會議形式，讓買主與參展商業務能視訊對談。

2、 Im即時對談功能：此為純文字聊天功能。

1 此區域顯示的電子名片，為參展商各別業務的電子名片(黃金級一張、

白金兩張、鑽石三張電子名片)。

展覽期間於TIMTOS官網參展廠商後台，可使用同一組登入帳號密碼，

再分別由3名不同業務使用。

※ 已綁定TeamsID後，參展商業務快速進出會議室入口。

※ 可自行重新變更與綁定。

7、數據分析功能介紹

本系統會自動追蹤、紀錄參與線上展的各國買家

使用軌跡，以一天更新一次的方式，呈現給所有

的參展商。( 黃金級攤位只有”每日攤位總造訪”

數字 )

買主主動與參展商；交換名片、預約商談、im即

時對談的紀錄，參展商都能依據日期，分別下載

名單。

歡迎參展廠商自行舉辦線上活動。

不論是線上直播、線上線下整合活動，都

可在本系統內編輯相關活動內容。

真正做到虛實整合，活動無國界零時差。

每日想曝光的EVENT活動。

於活動開始前，參展商都可針對個別活

動修改調整內容。

共兩款邀請函可供選擇，參展商只

參展商的邀請對象，亦可以透過此

連結，直接跟參展商的業務進行會

議與商洽的預約。

10、管理預約行事曆功能介紹

每張電子名片，都以24小時每30分鐘為一場

次的規則，每位業務每日共可被預約44場次

(時段)。只要參展商有意願接受商洽的會議時

段，都可於本系統設定開放預約。

本系統也會在每場商洽會議開始前5分鐘，對

該業務作站內提醒。

1、黃金級攤位：每日可自選5個時段開放預

約。

2、白金/鑽石級攤位：每日不限時段，都可

自行選擇是否開放預約。

本功能將於2021/3/1開放使用。 57

1 此區域顯示參展商共擁有多少張電子名片。每張名片都會對應

該名業務可被預約的行事曆。

2此區域欄位顯示展覽期間(3/15-3/20)每日可

設定的商洽會議時段。

1、黃金級：每日5個時段，可供買主預約。

(開滿5個時段，第6個時段則無法儲存)

2、白金/鑽石級：每日不限時段，可供買主

預約。

※ 需要先綁定TeamsID，參展商才能使用此功能。

當預約行事曆功能開放時，只要有買主於網站上提出預約的請求時：

狀態一：有買主提出預約的需求時，系統會自動發信給雙方。該業務的信箱與本系統，都會呈現“黃色-確認中”

的字樣，該業務需至信箱內確認，是否同意該買主的預約邀請。

狀態二：當業務同意某時段的預約時，系統會自動發信給買主，該業務此時段的狀態就會變更為”已預約” ，

因此該時段無法再被預約。

狀態三：當業務拒絕某時段的預約時，系統會自動發信給買主，該業務此時段的狀態就會變更為”已拒絕”，

因此該時段，則重新開放給其他買主預約。

再次聯繫：凡是有買主曾經主動聯繫過參展商的業務，本系統都會留下紀錄。以利業務同仁日後能再次聯繫。
