Nc l ngun ti nguyn thin nhin qu gi, l yu t khng th thiu
cho s sng, u c nc c s sng. Tuy nhin, cng vi s pht trinca s sng, qu trnh th ha, cng nghip ha, v thm canh nng nghip
ngy cng pht trin c nhiu nh hng xu n ngun ti nguyn ny.
Nhiu ni, cc ngun nc b mt, thm ch c ngun nc ngm b
nhim nghim trng, gy nh hng xu ti cht lng ca nc, v nh
hng n sc khe ca con ngi v ng vt, lm gim nng sut v cht
lng cy trng. Mt trong nhng cht c tc dng gy nhim l cc kimloi nng ( Pb, Cd, Hg, As). Mt s trong chng khi c nng va phi
th khng c nh hng xu ti ngi v vt nui, thm ch cn c tc dng
tt. Tuy nhin, khi nng cao chng li tr thnh nhng cht nhim c
mnh gy ra mt s tc ng xu cho ngi, vt nui v c bit Pb, Cd l
mt trong nhng tc nhn gy bnh ung th.
Do vy, xc nh lng vt cc kim loi nng l mt trong nhng vn thi s ca ha hc phn tch, nhm p ng nhu cu pht trin kinh k,
khoa hc k thut v bo v mi trng.
Hm lng Ch v Cadimi trong nc l rt nh phn tch c th
trc ht cn phi lm giu.
V vy, mc ch chnh ca ti ny l tch, lm giu, xc nh lng
vt Ch v Cadimi c trong nc ngm bng k thut chit pha rn v phngphp quang ph hp th nguyn t k thut ngn la (F-AAS).

CHNG 1: TNG QUAN
1.1. Vai tr ca nc sch v tnh trng nhim nc
1.1.1. Cc ngun nc trn tri t [3]
Tri t c khong 361 triu Km2 din tch cc i dng (chim71%
din tch b mt Tri t). Tr lng ti nguyn nc c khong 1,5 t Km3,
trong nc ni a ch chim 91 triu Km3 (chim 6,1%), cn 93,9% l
nc bin v i dng. Ti nguyn nc ngt chim 28,25 triu Km3 (chim
1,88% Thu quyn), nhng phn ln li dng ng bng hai cc Tri t.
Lng nc thc t con ngi c th s dng c l 4,2 triu Km3 (chim
0,28% Thu quyn).
1.1.2. Vai tr ca nc [3]
Nc l dung mi tt nht trong tt c cc loi dung mi, ph bin nht
trn Tri t.
Nc khng th thiu trong cuc sng ca con ngi, trong cngnghip, nng nghip, cc ngnh dc phm, thc phm, u cn n mt
khi lng nc rt ln. Vi nhng tnh cht vn c, nc thc s l ngun
nguyn liu qu khng th thiu c.
Vi din tch chim 71% din tch b mt Tri t su trung bnh
4km bin v i dng, nc c tc dng iu ho nhit Tri t. Trong
lng i dng c n 40 nghn loi c sinh sng, tng sn lng hng nmhng chc triu tn rong bin, nhng ngnh thn mm cha Protit c gi tr v
cc nguyn t vi lng c s dng rng ri lm ngun thc phm cho con
ngi. V vy nc khng nhng quan trng i vi i sng, cng nghip
m cn khng th thiu i vi s sng ca mi ng vt v thc vt trn Tri
t. Hin nay con ngi ang tm cch s dng mt cch khoa hc cc ngun
nc mt ti nguyn v gi trn Tri t, gi cho chng khi b nhim bn,
nht l nhim cc loi ho cht c hi.

1.1.3. S phn b nc
1.1.3.1 S phn b nc trn Th gii
Tri t l mt hnh tinh nc. Tuy nhin nhn loi vn ang ngtrc nguy c thiu nc ngt do tnh trng khai thc nc ngm ba bi v
tnh trng nhim nc xy ra nghim trng.
Lng nc trn Tri t phn b khng u, chng hn sa mc
lng ma trung bnh l di 100 mm/nm, trong khi vng nhit i lng
ma c th t ti 5.000 mm/nm. V vy nhiu ni thiu nc, b hn hn.
Ngc li c nhiu vng thng xuyn b ma gy ngp lt.Lng nc ngt con ngi s dng ban u thng c ngun gc t
nc ma. Nc ngt dng cho sinh hot chim 8%, cho cng nghip chim
23% v cho hot ng nng nghip l 63% [6].
Tiu dng nc ngt trn phm vi ton cu tng gp 6 ln trong giai
on 1990- 1995, ln gp 2 ln t l tng dn s. C khong 1/3 dn s trn
th gii ang sng trong nhng vng thiu nc, ni m nhu cu s dngnc cao hn 10% ngun nc c th ti to c.
Trnh trng suy gim ngun nc ngt trn th gii c v cht v lng
ang l mt vn ni cm v mi trng v s pht trin trong th k ti,
khong 20% dn s th gii s khng c nc sch ung, khong 50% dn
s khng iu kin v sinh.
1.1.3.2 Ti nguyn nc Vit Nam
Vit Nam l nc nhit i gi ma nn c ti nguyn nc di do so
vi cc nc trn th gii, lng ma trung bnh tng i cao, khong 2000
mm/nm gp 2,6 ln lng ma trung bnh ca cc vng lc a trn Th gii.
Hng nm, lnh th Vit Nam nhn thm lu lng nc t nam Trung
Quc v Lo vi s lng khong 550 km3. Dng chy trung bnh Vit Nam
gp 3 ln dng chy trung bnh trn Th gii .

Ngun ti nguyn nc ca Vit Nam tng i phong ph, nhng
phn b khng u v tri rng rt phc tp theo thi gian, nht l cc mch
nc ngm. T lu, cc mch nc ngm c khai thc bng cc phng
php khc nhau. Theo nh gi ca tc gi [9] tng tr lng nc mch
thin nhin trn ton lnh th khong xp x 15% tng tr lng nc mt.
1.1.4 S nhim ngun nc
S nhim mi trng nc l s thay i thnh phn v tnh cht ca
nc gy nh hng ti hot ng sng bnh thng ca con ngi, sinh vt,
n sn xut cng nghip, nng nghip, thu sn.Ngun gc gy nhim ngun nc l do t nhin v nhn to:
- S nhim c ngun gc t nhin l do ma, tuyt tan, l lt, gi
bo, hoc do cc sn phm hot ng sng ca sinh vt, k c xc cht ca
chng.
- S nhim nhn to ch yu do ngun nc thi t cc vng dn c,
khu cng nghip, hot ng giao thng vn ti, do s dng thuc tr su, ditc v phn bn trong nng nghip.
1.2 Gii thiu chung v Cadimi v Ch [15]
Trong bng h thng tun hon cc nguyn t ho hc, nguyn t
Cadimi (Cd) nm s 48, thuc nhm IIB, chu k V. Nguyn t Cd c cc
obitan d in 10 electron. Cu hnh electron ca Cadimi (Z=48):
[Kr]4d10 5s 2 .
Nguyn t Ch c s th t 82, thuc nhm IVA, chu k VI. Cu hnh
electron ca Ch (Z = 82): [Xe]4f145d106s26p2.
Trong thin nhin, Cd tn ti dng bn vng l Cd(II). Tr lng ca
Cadimi trong v Tri t l 7,6.10-6 % tng s nguyn t (tng ng). Khong vt
chnh ca Cadimi l grenokit (CdS ), khong vt ny him khi tn ti ring m

thng ln vi khong vt ca Km, v ca Thu ngn l xinaba hay thn sa
(HgS).
Ch trong t nhin chim khong 0,0016% khi lng v Tri t, phn
b trong 170 khong vt khc nhau nhng quan trng nht l galena (PbS),
anglesite (PbSO4) v cerussite (PbCO3), hm lng Ch trong cc khong ln
lt l 88%, 68% v 77%.
1.2.1. Tnh cht l, ha ca Cadimi v Ch
1.2.1.1. Tnh cht vt l
Cadimi l kim loi mu trng bc, mm, d ko, d rn. Ch kim loi c
mu xm xanh, mm, b mt Ch thng m c do b oxi ha.

Cadimi l nguyn t tng i hot ng. Trong khng kh m, Cd bn nhit thng nh c mng oxit bo v. Nhng nhit cao, n chy
mnh lit vi ngn la mu sm:
Cd + O2 = CdO

Khi nhit cao, chng phn ng c vi cc phi kim nh Lu
hunh, Halogen (X2)...
Pb + X2 = PbX2
Cd + S = CdS
Cd tc dng d dng vi axit khng phi l cht oxi ho, gii phng kh
Hiro.
Cd + HCl = CdCl2 + H2
Vi dung dch: Cd + 2H3O+ + H2O = [Cd(H2O)2]2+ + H2
Ch ch tng tc trn b mt vi dung dch H 2SO4 di 80% v HCl
long do b bao ph bi lp mui kh tan (PbCl2, PbSO4). Nhng n tan c
trong dung dch c hn ca cc axit (do lp mui bao bc tan ra) v trong
axit HNO3 ti mi nng .
PbCl2 + 2HCl = H2[PbCl4]
PbSO4 + H2SO4(n) = Pb(HSO4)2
3Pb + 8HNO3 = 3Pb(NO3)2 + 2NO+ 4H2O
Ch cn c kh nng phn ng vi dung dch kim (KOH, NaOH) c,
nng gii phng Hidro.

1.2.2. Cc hp cht chnh ca Cadimi v Ch
1.2.2.1. Cc oxit
Oxit quan trng ca Cadimi l CdO, n c mu t vng n nu gn
nh en tu thuc vo qu trnh ch ho nhit, nng chy 18130C, c th
thng hoa khng phn hu khi un nng.
CdO khng tan trong nc, tan trong axit v kim nng chy:
CdO + 2KOH(nc) = K2CdO2 + H2O

CdO c th iu ch bng cch t chy kim loi trong khng kh hoc
nhit phn hiroxit hay cc mui cacbonat, nitrat:
2Cd + O2 = 2CdO
Cd(OH)2 = CdO + H2O
Ch c hai oxit l PbO v PbO2, tng ng vi cc s oxi ha +2, +4.
PbO tan t trong nc, khi nung nng trong khng kh b oxi ha thnh
Pb3O4.
PbO2 mu nu en, khi nung nng mt dn oxi chuyn thnh cc oxit
khc, ng thi chuyn mu dn sang vng. PbO2 l oxit lng tnh, khngtan trong nc, tan trong kim d hn trong axit.
PbO2 + 2KOH + 2H2O = K2[Pb(OH)6]
PbO2 l mt trong nhng cht oxi ha mnh, n c th oxi ha Mn(II)
thnh Mn(VII) trong mi trng axit, oxi ha Cr(III) ln Cr(VI) trong mi
trng kim, do vy n c dng lm cquy Ch.
1.2.2.2. Cc hydroxit
Hydroxit ca Cadimi Cd(OH)2 l kt ta nhy t tan trong nc v c
mu trng, tnh lng tnh th hin khng r rng, tan trong dung dch axit,
khng tan trong dung dch kim m ch tan trong kim nng chy.
Tan trong dung dch NH3 to thnh hp cht phc
Cd(OH)2 + 4NH3 = [Cd(NH3)4](OH)2
Pb(OH)2 th hin tnh lng tnh, tan c trong c axit v kim.
C hai hydroxit trn u khng tan trong nc, chng d mt nc khi
nung nng tr thnh oxit.

Ch(IV) hydroxit kt ta nhy, mu xm nu, khng tn ti dng
Pb(OH)4 m dng PbO2.xH2O vi thnh phn bin i. N l hydroxit lng
tnh nhng tnh axit mnh hn tnh baz.
1.2.2.3. Cc mui c trng
Cc mui Halogenua (tr Florua), nitrat, sunfat, peclorat v axetat ca
Cd(II) u d tan trong nc cn cc mui sunfua, cacbonat, hay
orthophotphat v mui baz u t tan.
Trong dung dch nc cc mui Cd 2+ b thu phn:
Cd2+ + 2H2O = Cd(OH)2 + 2H+
Cd2+ c kh nng to nhiu hp cht phc, cc phc thng gp l:
[CdX4]2+ (X = Cl-, Br-,I- v CN-); [Cd(NH3)4]2+ ; [Cd(NH3)6]2+...
Cc ihalogenua ca Cd l cht dng tinh th mu trng, c nhit
nng chy v nhit si kh cao.
Cc mui Pb(II) thng l tinh th c cu trc phc tp, khng tan
trong nc, tr Pb(NO3)2, Pb(CH3COO)2, PbSiF6.
Cc mui ca Pb(II) nh Pb(NO3)2, PbCl2 u bn v c vi con
ngi v ng vt.
1.2.2.4 c tnh ca Cd v Pb [19]
Cadimi l mt nguyn t rt c i vi mi trng sng cng nh i
vi con ngi. i vi cc ng, thc vt sng di nc, tnh c hi caCadimi ngang vi c tnh ca Ni v Cr(III)...v c phn km c hn so vi
Hg(CH3)2 v Cu. Tt nhin iu ny cn ph thuc vo tng loi, tng iu
kin ca s nh hng ca Cd. hm lng 0,02-1 mg/l Cd s km hm qu
trnh quang hp v pht trin ca thc vt. Hm lng cho php ca Cd trong
nc l 1 g/l.

Cd...Cd thng c tch lu dn trong thn, gy triu chng c mn tnh.
Nu lu c th gy mt chc nng thn v s mt cn bng cc thnh phn
khong trong xng, ph hu xng, gy thiu mu, gy ung th. Liu lng
30 mg cng dn n t vong. Cng c nhiu gi thit cho rng Cd c th
thay th Zn trong c th lm gim kh nng sn sinh t bo.
Cc hp cht ca Ch u c i vi ng vt. Mc d, Ch khng gy
hi nhiu cho thc vt nhng lng Ch tch t trong cy trng s chuyn qua
ng vt qua ng tiu ha. Do vy, Ch khng c s dng lm thuc tr
su. Ch kim loi v mui sunphua ca n c coi nh khng gy c do
chng khng b c th hp th. Tuy nhin, cc mui Ch tan trong nc nh
PbCl2, Pb(NO3)2, Pb(CH3COO)2 rt c. Khi xm nhp vo c th ng vt,
Ch gy ri lon tng hp hemoglobin, gim thi gian sng ca hng cu,
thay i hnh dng t bo, x va ng mch, lm con ngui b ngu n, mt

1.3.1. Cc phng php ho hc[1]
1.3.1.1. Phng php phn tch khi lng
Phng php phn tch khi lng l phng php c in, chnh
xc c th t ti 0,1%. C s ca phng php l s kt ta nh lng ca
cht phn tch vi mt thuc th thch hp.
Cadimi thng c kt ta di cc dng CdS, CdSO4, CdNH4PO4,
sau kt ta c lc, ra, sy (hoc nung) em cn.
Ch thng c kt ta di dng PbSO4, sau c sy 700oC
a kt ta v dng cn (PbSO4) ri em cn xc nh khi lng.
Phng php ny khng i dng c t tin nhng qu trnh phn tch
lu, nhiu giai on phc tp c bit khi phn tch lng vt cc cht. V
vy, phng php ny khng c dng ph bin trong thc t xc nh
lng vt cc cht m ch dng trong phn tch hm lng ln.
1.3.1.2. Phng php phn tch th tch
Phn tch th tch l phng php phn tch nh lng da trn th tch
dung dch chun ( bit chnh xc nng ) cn dng phn ng va
vi cht cn xc nh c trong dung dch phn tch. y l phng php ha
hc dng xc nh nhanh, n gin tuy nhin khng cho php xc nh
lng vt cc nguyn t.
Vi Cadimi v Ch, ta c th dng cc php chun nh chun phc cht, chun xi ho- kh, vi cc ch th khc nhau.
Ta c th xc nh Cadimi bng EDTA mi trng pH=9-10 vi ch
th ETOO hoc mi trng pH=6 vi ch th xylendacam. Khi ch th
chuyn t mu sang vng:

1.3.2.1. Cc phng php in ho [16]
1.3.2.1.1. Phng php cc ph
Nguyn tc: Ngi ta thay i lin tc v tuyn tnh in p vo 2 cc
kh cc ion kim loi, do mi kim loi c th kh khc nhau. Trong
ngi ta dng in cc Hg l in cc lm vic v mt in cc c th khng

v c v hu c vi nng 10-5 - 10-6 M tu thuc vo cng v lp
li ca dng d. Sai s ca phng php thng l 2-3% vi nng 10-3 -
10-4 M, l 5% vi nng 10-5 M ( iu kin nhit khng i).
Tuy nhin, phng php ny cng c nhng hn ch nh nh hng
ca dng t in, dng cc i, ca xi ha tan, b mt in cc...
loi tr cc nh hng v lm tng nhy th hin nay c cc
phng php cc ph hin i: cc ph xung vi phn (DDP), cc ph sng
vung (SQWP)... chng cho php xc nh nhiu lng vt cc nguyn t.
Cc tc gi T Vn Mc, Trn Th Su s dng phng php cc ph
xung vi phn xoay chiu xc nh lng vt cc kim loi Cd, Cu, Pb trong bia
khu vc H Ni cho nhy cao ti 1ppb[14].

1.3.2.1.2. Phng php Von-Ampe ho tan
V bn cht, phng php Von-Ampe ho tan cng ging nh phngphp cc ph l u da trn ln ca cng dng xc nh nng
cc cht trong dung dch. Nguyn tc gm 2 bc:
- in phn lm giu cht cn phn tch ln trn b mt in cc lm
vic trong mt khong thi gian v th in cc xc nh.
- Ho tan kt ta c lm giu bng cch phn cc ngc, o v
ghi dng ho tan t in cc ch th.

Phng php ny xc nh nng cht khong 10-7 M n 10-5 M v
l phng php s dng kh ph bin.
V d: Xc nh Cd v Pb bng cch chuyn n v dng Cadimi-
dithizonat v Ch-dithizonat trong mi trng pH 5-6:
Cd2+ + 2H2Dz (xanh) = Cd(HDz)2 () + 2H+
Pb2+ + 2H2Dz (xanh) = Pb(HDz)2 () + 2H+
Sau , chit phc ny vo dung mi hu c CCl4 hoc CHCl3 ri em
o hp th quang ca n ti = 515 nm i phc ca Cd v 510 nm i phc
ca Pb. Gii hn ca phng php ny i vi Pb l 0,05 ppm, vi Cd l0,01ppm.
Phng php trc quang n gin, tin li, nhy tng i cao nn

1.3.2.2.2. Phng php ph pht x nguyn t (AES) [10]
Khi iu kin thng, nguyn t khng thu v pht nng lng

trng thi c nng lng cao hn. Trng thi ny khng bn, chng c xu

Hin nay, ngi ta dng mt s ngun nng lng kch thch ph
AES: ngn la n kh, h quang in, tia la in...c bit ngun kch thch
plasma cao tn cm ng (ICP), tia laze c nhy cao c ng/ml.

Lun, Trn T Hiu p dng thnh cng phng php ph ICP-AES
xc nh chnh xc cc nguyn t t him trong mu a cht Vit Nam.[13]
Nhn chung phng php AES c nhy kh cao, li tn t mu, cth phn tch ng thi nhiu nguyn t trong cng mt mu. V vy y l
phng php dng kim tra nh gi ho cht, nguyn liu tinh khit, phn
tch lng vt ion kim loi c hi trong lng thc, thc phm. Tuy nhin
phng php ny ch cho bit hm lng tng kim loi, cn khng cho bit
trng thi lin kt ca n trong mu, mt khc chnh xc ph thuc rt
nhiu vo chnh xc dy chun nn sai s l khng nh.
1.3.2.2.3. Phng php ph hp th nguyn t (AAS) [10]
* S xut hin ca ph AAS:
iu kin thng, nguyn t khng thu hay pht nng lng v gi l
trng thi c bn (ngho nng lng, bn vng). Nhng khi trng thi hi t
do, nu ta kch thch chng bng mt nng lng di dng chm tia sng c
bc sng xc nh th cc nguyn t s hp th bc x c bc sng ng
ng vi tia bc x m chng c th pht ra trong qu trnh pht x. Khi

- Qu trnh ho hi v nguyn t ho mu: chn cc iu kin v loi

Cng vch ph c th c nh gi thng qua chiu cao pic, din
tch pic hay hp th..Trong khong nng nh, b=1. Khi , s ph
thuc ca cng vch ph vo nng nguyn t phn tch c dng tuyn
tnh, v thng qua ta c th nh lng cht phn tch mt cch d dng.
Trong php o ph AAS c hai k thut chnh l: k thut nguyn t
ho bng ngn la (F-AAS) v k thut khng ngn la (ETA-AAS). K
thut ETA-AAS cho nhy rt cao, ng thi gii hn pht hin ca cc
nguyn t khi s dng phng php ny rt nh. Tuy nhin thc hin th
i hi trang thit b t tin, gi thnh cao nn trong nghin cu ny chng
ti la chn k thut F-AAS.

Vi k thut F-AAS tc gi [38] xy dng mt quy trnh hon chnh
xc nh cc kim loi nng: Cu, Fe, Pb, Cd, Co, Nitrong cc mu sa v
soda vi hiu sut 95%. Cn tc gi [37] li xc nh lng vt cc kim loi
nng trong nc sau khi sau khi lm giu vi lch chun tng i nm
trong khong 0,8 2,9%, gii hn pht hin t 0,006 0,277 ppm.
Cng nh phng php AES, phng php AAS cho nhy v
chn lc cao ( gn 60 nguyn t ho hc c th xc nh vi nhy 10 -4-10-5
%, nu s dng k thut ETA-AAS th c th t n.10 -7%). Hn na, php o
tn t nguyn liu, t thi gian, li khng cn s dng ho cht tinh khit cao,
c th xc nh ng thi hay lin tip nhiu nguyn t trong mt mu. Kt
qu phn tch n nh, sai s nh nn c s dng ph bin xc nh cc
nguyn t trong mu qung, t, , nc khong, mu y hc, sinh hc. Ngoi
ra nhiu nc trn th gii, phng php AAS tr thnh phng php tiu
chun nh lng nhiu kim loi. Tuy nhin phng php phn tch ny
cng ch cho ta bit thnh phn nguyn t ca cht trong mu phn tch m
khng ch ra trng thi lin kt ca nguyn t trong mu.
Vi nhng u im ni bt v ng dng rng ri ca php o AAS (c
th l F-AAS), chng ti quyt nh s dng php o ph F-AAS xc nh
lng vt mt s ion kim loi nng Pb2+, Cd2+ trong nghin cu ny.
1.3.2.2.4 Phng php khi ph plasma cao tn cm ng ICP- MS
Khi dn mu phn tch vo ngn la plasma (ICP), trong iu kinnhit cao ca plasma, cc cht c trong mu khi s b ho hi, nguyn
t ho v ion ho to thnh ion dng c in tch +1 v cc electron t do.
Thu v dn dng ion vo thit b phn gii ph phn chia chng theo s
khi (m/z) s to ra ph khi ca nguyn t cht cn phn tch. Sau , nh
gi nh tnh v nh lng ph thu c.

K thut phn tch ICP-MS l mt trong nhng k thut phn tch hin
i. K thut ny c nghin cu v pht trin rt mnh trong nhng nm
gn y. Vi nhiu u im vt tri ca n, k thut ny c ng dng rt
rng ri trong phn tch rt nhiu i tng khc nhau c bit l trong cc
lnh vc phn tch vt v siu vt phc v nghin cu sn xut vt liu bn

1.4. Mt s phng php tch v lm giu lng vt ion kim loi nng
Trong thc t phn tch, hm lng cc cht trong mu, c bit l hm
lng cc ion kim loi nng thng rt nh, nm di gii hn pht hin cacc cng c phn tch. V vy, trc khi xc nh chng cn phi tch v lm
giu.

1.4.1 Phng php cng kt [1]
Cng kt l phng php kt ta cht cn phn tch bng cch a
thm nhng cht kt ta ng hnh, thng gi l cht gp, vo i tng
phn tch cng kt cc nguyn t khi hm lng ca chng rt nh. Nh
vy m cht phn tch s c thu gp li. Khi hm lng ca n tng
ln rt nhiu. Ngi ta c th chn mt s hyroxyt kh tan nh: Fe(OH)3;
Al(OH)3hoc mt s sunfua hay mt s cht hu c lm cht gp.
Khi s dng cht hu c cng kt, c th kt ta c nhng lng
vt ti 10-3- 10-5%. Vic dng cht hu c kt ta c u im hn so vi cht
v c v kt ta d lc ra. Bng cch thay i pH ca dung dch c th tin
hnh kt ta ln lt v tch c nhiu cation kim loi khc nhau vi cng
mt cht kt ta hu c. Hn na, phn t hu c d dng b phn hu khi

Phng php cng kt c u im: n gin, hiu qu cao, nn mu
phn tch c chuyn t phc tp sang n gin hn. Tuy nhin nhc im
chnh ca phng php l mt nhiu thi gian, nn phng php ny t c
s dng.
1.4.2. Phng php chit lng- lng [1,27]
* Nguyn tc:
Phng php da trn s phn b cht tan khi c to thnh dng
phc lin hp hay ion phc vng cng khng mang in tch gia hai pha
khng trn ln, thng l cc dung mi hu c v nc.
Tch v lm giu cht bng phng php chit lng- lng c nhiu u
im hn so vi mt s phng php lm giu khc v s kt hp gia
phng php chit vi cc phng php xc nh tip theo (trc quang, cc
ph..) c ngha rt ln trong phn tch.
* Mt s h chit thng dng trong tch, lm giu Pb, Cd:
- H chit Pb, Cd- dithizonat trong CCl4 hoc CHCl3, sau xc nh
chng bng phng php ph hp th phn t (UV-VIS).
- C th chit phc halogenua hoc thioxianat Cadimi bng cc dung
mi hu c: xiclohexano, metyl isobutyl xeton (MIBK), dietyl ete

- To phc chelat vi NaDDC (natridietyldithiocacbamat) t dung dch
m amoni xitrat pH= 9,5 dung mi chit l MIBK.
1.4.3. Phng php chit pha rn (SPE)1.4.3.1. nh ngha v chit pha rn
Chit pha rn (SPE) (Solid- Phase Extraction) l qu trnh phn b cht
tan gia hai pha lng- rn. Pha rn c th l cc ht silicagen xp, cc polime
hu c hoc cc loi nha trao i trao i ion hay than hot tnh. Qu trnh
chit c th thc hin iu kin tnh hay ng. Cc cht b gi li trn pha
rn c th c tch ra bng cch ra gii vi dung mi thch hp. Thngthng th tch cn thit ra gii hon ton cht phn tch lun nh hn rt
nhiu so vi th tch ca dung dch mu ban u, v th c h s lm giu cao.
1.4.3.2. Cc c ch chit pha rn [21]
V c bn, c ch chit SPE ging vi c ch tch trong phng php
sc k lng hiu nng cao (HPLC) bao gm 3 c ch chnh, l: c ch hp
ph pha thng, c ch hp ph pha o v c ch trao i ion. Tuy nhin
SPE khc vi HPLC l: trong HPLC s tch cht phn tch ra khi nhau trong
h dng chy lin tc ca pha ng, cn SPE gi cht phn tch li trn pha
rn sau ra gii cht phn tch ra khi pha rn vi dung mi ph hp. Cc
cht phn tch s c tch khi dung dch ban u vi nng m c hn
v tinh khit hn.
* C ch hp th pha thng ( normal phase) [21]
L s hp thu cc cht phn tch t dung mi khng phn cc ln b
mt phn cc ca pha rn. C ch ca qu trnh tch da trn lc tng tc
phn cc nh: cc lin kt hydro, cc tng tc phn cc - , tng tc
lng cc hay tng tc lng cc- lng cc cm ng. C ch ny lin quan
n s hp thu cc nhm chc ca cht tan ln cc v tr phn cc ca pha
tnh chng li tan ca cc cht tan trong pha ng.

Trong SPE pha thng, thng s dng cc loi pha tnh khng lin kt
nh: silica, alumina v mage silica, nhng ph bin nht vn l silica. Ngoi
ra cn c mt s vt liu pha lin kt cng c s dng trong SPE pha
thng nh nhm aminopropyl, cyanopropyl, propydiol.

* C ch trao i ion:
Da vo s trao i ion ca cht tan (mang in tch) trong cc dung
mi phn cc hay khng phn cc vi cht hp thu trao i ion. C ch tng
tc ion ny c nng lng cao. V vy, cc cht tan phn cc c th hp thu
hiu qu t dung mi phn cc cng nh t dung mi khng phn cc. Trong
qu trnh hp thu s xut hin s cnh tranh trao i ion. Qu trnh ny phthuc vo chn lc ca ion hay s lng ion cnh tranh cc v tr.
Pha tnh thng l silica lin kt vi nhm chc anion hay cation. Nu
l cc cht trao i cation mnh th dng silica lin tip vi nhm sunfonic
axit, cn l cht trao i yu thng lin kt vi nhm COOH.

* K thut SPE iu kin ng
Vt liu pha rn (pha tnh) c np vo cc ct (c c nh hai u)
hoc vt liu c c nh trong cc mng li ri p thnh cc a mng
mng v c c nh trong cc ng nh, ct nh. Dung dch phn tch chy
qua ct lin tc v trong qu trnh cht phn tch b hp thu ln pha tnh.

nc, tu thuc vo bn cht vt liu polyme, vo iu kin tng hp m cht

3.1.1. Kho st cc iu kin o ph:

Khe o nh hng trc tip n tn hiu hp th ca nguyn t phn
tch. Vi cc nguyn t Pb, Cd chn khe o l 0,5 nm. Vi khe o ny tnhiu pic nhy, n nh cao, 100% din tch pic ca vch ph s nm
trong khe o.
3.1.1.3. Cng n catot rng (n HCL)

nguyn t phn tch. Cng dng in lm vic ca n HCL c lin quan

* Xc nh th tch ra gii: Sau khi xc nh c nng axit HNO3
trong dung mi thch hp chng ti tin hnh kho st th tch dung dch ra gii:
- Pha 100 ml dung dch mu phn tch cha 5 g Cd 2+ v 10g Pb2+,
thm 3 ml thuc th APDC 0,1% v 5 ml m pH=6
- Cho cc dung dch mu phn tch chy qua ct chit vi tc 1,5
ml/pht. Sau ra ct bng 5ml dung dch m pH=6
- Ra gii bng dung dch HNO3 1M/Axeton vi cc th tch khc nhau
tc 0,6 0,8 ml/pht. C cn lm bay hi Axeton trong dung dch, thm
HNO3 1M c mt ca NH4Ac 10% n th tch 5 ml. Xc nh Pb, Cd thu hi
c bng phng php F-AAS kt qu thu c nh sau:

Da vo kt qu thc nghim, chng ti nhn thy rng, ch cn dng 10
ml dung dch HNO31M/Axeton c th gii hp c Pb, Cd hp thu trn ct vi
hiu sut cao. Nn chng ti chn th tch dung dch ra gii l 10 ml cho cc
nghin cu sau.
3.2.6Kho st nh hng ca tc ra gii
- Cho cc dung dch cht phn tch trn qua ct chit pha rn vi tc
1,5 ml/pht, sau khi cht phn tch qua ht ct ra ct bng 5 ml dung dnh
m pH=6.
- Ra gii lng Pb, Cd c lm giu trn ct bng 10 mlHNO31M/Axeton cc tc khc nhau. Kt qu thu c nh sau:

Mn2+, Cr3+, Fe3+ v mt s anion nh Cl-, NO3-. Di y l cc kt qu thu
c:
3.2.8.1 nh hng ca nhm kim loi kim v kim loi kim th
- Chun b cc mu (vi th tch 100 ml) cha hn hp 5 g Cd2+ v 10 g
Pb2+.
- Thm vo mu 3 ml APDC 0,1%, v cc cation kim loi kim v kim
loi kim th vi nng thay i theo bng di y. iu chnh pH ca
dung dch hn hp cc ion kim loi l 6.
- Cho cc dung dch i qua ct chit pha rn (cha 70 mg XAD-7) vi
tc c nh 1,5 ml/pht. Sau khi dung dch i qua ht ct ra ct bng 5 ml
dung dch m pH=6.
- Ra gii bng 10 ml dung dch HNO3 1M trong Axeton. Dung dch
thu c em c cn c ho tan bng HNO3 1M c mt ca NH4Ac 10%
