Prepare a final review of all work from project initiation to completion. Finalize project documents for archives. Evaluate project deliverables. Perform customer satisfaction assessment. Release human and other resources. Prepare a final risk assessment. Develop a comprehensive lessons-learned
implementation plan. Turn the product over.
