Hierarki • Jeg er en dansk ingeniør. Det meste af tiden arbejder jeg i

et 3-mands team. De andre to er kinesiske. En er ingeniør og den anden er chef for ingeniøren. Jeg er udenforstående, da min chef sidder i Danmark.

• Ingeniøren taler frit til mig, når der kun er os to i rummet, men når manageren kommer ind, så tier han.

• Jeg ved, at ingeniøren gerne vil have flere opgaver og mere ansvar, men han nævner det ikke for manageren og manageren spørger tilsyneladende aldrig.

• Jeg har ikke noget problem med at kommunikere med manageren, som er meget åben overfor mig, men reserveret overfor ingeniøren.

• Jeg forstår ikke helt, hvad der foregår, da de begge normalt er ret udadvendte.
