Guangzhou Baiyun international airport—Poly Hotel, Guangzhou

i. From Airport to Metro Station

Take the elevator or escalator to -1F and you can find the metro station in -1F of the

airport.

ii. Taking metro

Take metro to Baiyundadaobei 白云大道北 station, take Exit C.

!NOTE: The first train from Airport South 机场南 Station to Baiyundadaobei 白云

大道北 is 6:10;

The last train from Airport South 机场南 Station to Baiyundadaobei 白

云大道北 is 23:10.

Take a taxi to our Pre-Meeting venue Poly Hotel 保利山庄酒店 (No.68 Congyun

Road, nearby Guangdong University of Foreign Studies 广东外语外贸大学)

Cost: 7RMB(1EUR) for Metro, 12RMB(1.5EUR) for Taxi

Guangzhou Baiyun international airport—Crowne Plaza , Yangjiang

i. From Airport to Metro Station

Take the elevator or escalator to -1F and you can find the metro station in -1F of the

airport. (Specific instruction for finding the metro station in the airport and how to buy

a ticket, please refer to 1. i. iii.)

ii. Taking metro

Take metro line 3 to Jiahewanggang 嘉禾望岗 station, and then transfer line 2. Take

off at Guangzhou railway station 广州火车站, take Exit H1.

!NOTE: The first train from Airport South Station to Guangzhou Railway Station 广州

火车站 is 6:10;

The last train from Airport South Station to Guangzhou

Railway Station 广州火车站 is 23:10.

iii. Buy bus ticket to Zhapo 闸坡

You will see the ticket office then buy a ticket to Zhapo 闸坡 Terminal.

!NOTE: There are only 1 bus from Guangzhou to Zhapo 闸坡 per day. The

departure time is 13:50 and cost 115RMB (14.5EUR).

Also you can buy a ticket to Yang Jiang Bus Terminal 阳江汽车总站. After you

arrive in Yangjiang 阳江 Bus Terminal, buy a bus ticket to Zhapo 闸坡 Bus

terminal.

iv. To our venue Crowne Plaza Hailing Island

Take off at Zhapo 闸坡 Bus Terminal, then take a taxi to Crowne Plaza Hailing

Island 阳江海陵岛保利皇冠假日酒店

Cost: 7RMB(1EUR) for metro, 115RMB (14.5EUR) for bus, 20RMB(2.5EUR) for taxi.

Guangzhou Baiyun international airport——The Westin hotel

i. From Airport to Metro Station

Take the elevator or escalator to -1F and you can find the metro station in -1F of the

ii. Take a Metro

Take metro line 3 from Airport South 机场南 to Lin He Xi 林和西 station.

Take Exit D.

!NOTE: The first train from Airport South 机场南 to Linhexi 林和西 is 6:10;

The last train from Airport South 机场南 to Linhexi 林和西 is 23:00.

iii. Walk to our venue Westin Guangzhou

Go out of Exit D, facing to the Agriculture Bank of China then

turn right. Walk along the street then turn right when you pass the Bank of

Communication on your opposite side. Walking

along the LINLE ROAD, go across the crossroad in the front. Go across the

crossroad and you will easy to find the Westin Hotel.

Cost：8RMB(1EUR) for metro

Hong Kong international airport——Crowne Plaza ,Yangjiang

Option A:

i. Take airport express line to Yangjiang City

Terminal :Yang Jiang Bus Terminal 阳江汽车总站

!NOTE: There are only 2 bus from Hong Kong international Airport to

Yangjiang per day and the departure time is 7:15 and 13:30.

You could book the bus ticket online on the Hong Kong Airport official website

http://www.Hong Kongairport.com/CBT/Controller?locale=eng , or go by the ticket

from the bus ticket purchasing counter in the airport directly.

ii. To Zhapo 闸坡

Take off at Yang Jiang Bus Terminal 阳江汽车总站, then buy ticket to Zhapo 闸坡

Bus Terminal. (10-15min intervals)

iii. To our venue Crowne Plaza Hailing Island

Take off at Zhapo 闸坡 Bus Terminal, then take a taxi to Crowne Plaza Hailing

Island (阳江海陵岛保利皇冠假日酒店)

Cost: 300RMB(37.5EUR) for bus to Yangjiang, 115RMB (14.5EUR) for bus to Zhapo,

20RMB(2.5EUR) for taxi.

Option B :

i. Take airport express line to Guangzhou

Terminal :China Hotel 中国大酒店, Guangzhou

You could book the bus ticket online on the Hong Kong Airport official website

http://www.Hong Kongairport.com/CBT/Controller?locale=eng , or go by the

ticket from the bus ticket purchasing counter in the airport directly.

ii. Go to metro station

Take off at China Hotel 中国大酒店, Guangzhou. Find the metro station: Yuexiu

Park 越秀公园.

iii. Take a metro

Take metro from Yuexiu Park 越秀公园 Station to Guangzhou Railway station 广

州火车站. (Specific instruction for buying a ticket, please refer to 1. iii.)

!NOTE: The first train from Yuexiu Park 越秀公园 to Guangzhou Railway Station

is 6:20;

The last train from Yuexiu Park 越秀公园 to Guangzhou Railway Station

is 23:15.

iv. Take off at Guangzhou Railway Station 广州火车站 and take Exit H1.

You will see the ticket office then buy a ticket to Zhapo 闸坡 Terminal.

!NOTE: There are only 1 bus from Guangzhou to Zhapo 闸坡 per day. The

departure time is 13:50 and cost 115RMB (14.5EUR).

v. Take off at Zhapo 闸坡 Bus Terminal, then take a taxi to Crowne Plaza Hailing

Island (阳江海陵岛保利皇冠假日酒店)

Cost: 250RMB(31EUR) for bus to Guangzhou, 5RMB (0.8EUR) for metro, 115RMB

(14.5EUR) for bus to Zhapo, 20RMB（2.5EUR）for taxi.

Hong Kong international airport——The Westin hotel

i. From Hong Kong Airport to Guangzhou

Take Airport express Line to Guangzhou, Mainland of China. You could book the

bus ticket online on the Hong Kong Airport official website http://www.Hong

Kongairport.com/CBT/Controller?locale=eng , or go by the ticket from the bus

ticket purchasing counter in the airport directly.

Terminal: South China University 暨南大学

Duration: 3-4 hours.

Cost: 200HKD(20EUR)

ii. To our venue Westin Guangzhou

Take a taxi from South China University 暨南大学 to Westin Hotel 海航威斯汀酒

店

Duration: 10min

Cost: 15RMB(2EUR)

Hong Kong international airport——Poly Hotel, Guangzhou

i. From Hong Kong Airport to Guangzhou

Take Airport express Line to Guangzhou, Mainland of China. You could book the

bus ticket online on the Hong Kong Airport official website http://www.Hong

Kongairport.com/CBT/Controller?locale=eng , or go by the ticket from the bus

ticket purchasing counter in the airport directly.

Terminal: China Hotel 中国大酒店, Guangzhou

Duration: 3-4 hours.

Cost: 200HKD

ii. Go to metro station

Take off at China Hotel 中国大酒店, Guangzhou. Find the metro station: Yuexiu

Park 越秀公园.

iii. Take a metro

Take metro from Yuexiu Park 越秀公园 Station to XiaoGang 萧岗. (Specific

instruction for buying a ticket, please refer to 1. iii.)

!NOTE: The first train from Yuexiu Park 越秀公园 to Guangzhou Railway Station

is 6:20;

The last train from Yuexiu Park 越秀公园 to Guangzhou Railway Station

is 23:15.

iv. Take a taxi

Get off from Exit B and take a taxi to Poly Hotel(保利大酒店)

You could show the following words to the taxi driver

你好，我想去保利山庄酒店，在丛云路，广外北门往前走 50 米左右。

Hello, I want to go to Poly Hotel, on Cong Yun Road, 50 meters from north gate of

Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.

Cost: 5RMB for metro and 12RMB for taxi.

Poly Hotel——The Westin hotel

i. Go to the metro station

Take a taxi to Baiyundadaobei metro station 地铁白云大道北站

ii. Take a metro

Take metro LINE 3 from Baiyundadaobei白云大道北 to Lin He Xi station林和西站.

Take Exit D. (Specific instruction for buying a ticket, please refer to 1. iii)

!NOTE: The first train from Baiyundadaobei 白云大道北 to Linhexi 林和西 is 6:15;

The last train from Baiyundadaobei 白云大道北 to Linhexi 林和西 is 23:15.

Take a taxi to Baiyundadaobei 白云大道北 metro station.

ii. Taking a metro

Take metro LINE 3 to Airport South 机场南 station.(Specific instruction for buying

a ticket, please refer to 1. iii)

!NOTE: The first train from Baiyundadaobei 白云大道北 to Airport South 机场南 is 6:20;

The last train from Baiyundadaobei 白云大道北 to Airport South 机场南 is 23:15.

Cost: 12RMB(1.5EUR)for taxi, 5RMB(0.8EUR) for metro.

Poly Hotel——Hong Kong international airport

i. To metro station

Take a taxi to Xiaogang 萧岗 metro station.

iii. Taking a metro

Take metro from Xiaogang 萧岗 station to Yuexiu Park 越秀公园 station. Take

exit D1. (Specific instruction for buying a ticket, please refer to 1. iii)

!NOTE: The first train from Xiaogang 萧岗 to Yuexiu Park 越秀公园 is 6:07;

The last train from Xiaogang 萧岗 to Yuexiu Park 越秀公园 is 23:20.

iv. To the Hong Kong Express Ticket Purchasing Counter

You will see the Mc Donald is on your left. Walk into the road which is a slope and

go straight until the end then turn right. You will see the Ticket office of Airport

express line is there. Buy ticket to Hong Kong international airport.

Cost: 12 RMB(1.5EUR) for taxi, 5RMB for metro, 250RMB(33.5EUR) for bus.

Crowne Plaza ,Yangjiang——Guangzhou Baiyun international airport

i. From Crowne Plaza to Zhapo 闸坡

Take a taxi to Zhapo 闸坡 Bus Terminal.

ii. From Zhapo 闸坡 To Guangzhou

To Guangzhou Buy ticket to Inter-City bus station, Guangzhou.

Duration 3-4 hours.

iii. Take metro to Guangzhou Airport

Arrive Inter-City bus station, Guangzhou, You can find the metro LINE 2, Entrance H1.

Take metro LINE 2 to Jiahewanggang 嘉禾望岗, and then transfer to LINE 3, take off

at the Airport south station 机场南. (Specific instruction for buying a ticket, please

refer to 1. ii)

!NOTE: The first train from Guangzhou Railway Station广州火车站 to Airport South

机场南 is 6:20;

The last train from Guangzhou Railway Station 广州火车站 to Airport

South 机场南 is 23:00.

iv. Arrive at the airport

Take exit then you are in Guangzhou international airport.

Cost: 20RMB(2.5EUR)for taxi, 200RMB(25EUR) for bus, 8RMB(1EUR) for metro.

Crowne Plaza ,Yangjiang——Hong Kong international airport

i. From Crowne Plaza to Zhapo 闸坡

Take a taxi to Zhapo 闸坡 Bus Terminal.

ii. From Zhapo 闸坡 to Yangjiang 阳江

Buy a bus ticket from Zhapo 闸坡 Bus Station to Yangjiang 阳江 Bus Station.

iii. From Yangjiang Bus Station to Hong Kong International Airport.

Buy an airport express line ticket to HK international airport.

!NOTE: There are only 2 bus from Yangjiang to Hong Kong International Airport

per day and the departure time is 8:00 and 14:00, cost 260RMB (32EUR) 5-6

hours.

Cost: 20RMB(2.5EUR)for taxi, 200RMB(25EUR) for bus to Yangjiang, 260RMB (32EUR) for

bus to HK.
