The GC-14B gas chromatograph permits measurement into the ppm
range, a level of sensitivity not possible with a conventional TCD, by
using a pulsed discharge detector (PDD). Permits highly sensitive

This new microscope offers simple, high-
magnification imaging of a samples surface in
atmospheric air and accurate sample height
measurements. Permits the observation of metals
and semiconductors as well as non-conductors
such as ceramics, organic matter, and polymers
without the need for coating or other pretreatment.

properties of the sample at the probe tip, and can
