Balkesir solid waste management project

Çevre ve Şehircilik Bakanlığı Avrupa Birliği Yatırımları Dairesi

Başkanlığınca yürütülen “Balıkesir Katı Atık Yönetimi Projesi” inşaatının

temel atma töreni, 12.12.2012 tarihinde gerçekleştirilmiştir.

Projenin inşaat sözleşmesi 4 Ekim 2012 tarihinde imzalanmış olup, 24

Ekim 2012 tarihinde işe başlanmıştır. Sözleşme bedeli 10,3 milyon

Avro, işin süresi ise 570 gündür. Sözleşme kapsamında aşağıdaki

çalışmalar gerçekleşecektir.

- Yeni düzenli depolama tesisi inşaatı,

- Yeni düzenli depolama tesisinde sızıntı suyu arıtma tesisi inşaatı,

- Mevcut yedi (7) adet çöplüğün kapatılması ve rehabilitasyonu,

- Susurluk ve Bigadiç’te iki(2) adet transfer istasyonu inşaatı,

- Atık geri dönüşüm/yeniden kullanımı için kompost tesisi inşaatı,

- Atık geri kazanım tesisi inşaatı,

- Tıbbi atık sterilizasyon tesisi inşaatı

Proje kapsamında ayrıca, Balıkesir İli Sürdürülebilir Çevre Yönetimi

Belediyeler Birliği’nin (BAÇEYÖB), finansal ve teknik konularda

kapasitesinin geliştirilmesi ve atık yönetim sisteminin etkin bir şekilde

işletilmesi ve modernizasyonu hedeflenmektedir.

The contractor shall on basis of given process specifications and conceptual designs carry out the

detailed design of general, process, architectural, mechanical, electrical and structural drawings for:

• Transfer stations

• Rehabilitation of existing dump sites

• Medical Waste Sterilization Unit

• Material Recovery Facility

Further the Contractor shall prepare:

• detailed design for all concrete structures comprising retaining walls ramps, inspection pump shafts,

light pole foundations etc.

• layouts, structural, electrical and mechanical drawings in accordance with the requirements given in

these Particular Technical Specifications for all buildings.

All detailed designs shall be performed by the Contractor and submitted to Engineer and Contracting

Authority for approval.

All necessary surveying and mapping studies, geological and geotechnical investigations shall be made by

Contractor in the beginning.

The Contractor shall further obtain all relevant approvals and permits from local authorities, owners, etc.

Power supply overhead lines will be brought to the Landfill sites by the local electric distribution company

and located in accordance with instructions of the municipality. The Contractor has to prepare drawings for

correct location of electrical overhead line poles.

All detailed designs shall comply with relevant Turkish legislation and regulations and shall be made

according to the specifications and requirements given in this document.

The Contractor shall perform the works at:
