What is a basic Ad Mediation Platform?
Ad Mediation is a technology that sends ad requests to multiple ad networks. AdLib enables the publisher to find the best available network to fill their ad requests. Publishers typically rank ad networks in order of preference. Our mediation platform tries the top ad network first, if the top doesn’t fill based off of specific parameters, then it will go try to fill with the 2nd ad network and work it’s way down until it has been filled. Reserve ads are cached, so no request goes unfilled.

Why use Ad Mediation in general?Most mobile publishers have more ad spots than they can fill through one ad network or their direct sales team. To maximize fill rates and sell more of their inventory, most publishers work with multiple ad networks at the same time. Ad Networks performance can also vary for a given publisher, with some offering better fill rates in a particular geographic area or demographic than another. This means some ad networks will produce more revenue for a publisher than others. With ad mediation, the publisher can match the right ad networks to the right inventory and monetize more of their impressions. Mediation increases fill rates, maximizes eCPMs, and helps the publisher generate the most revenue possible from every impression. This is an essential monetization solution for the publisher.

President and CEO
Mr. Haller is currently the General Manager of the HammerCat mobile game studio in Hollywood. Haller is the former Chairman of the Board of Kapitall, Inc., the newest online stock brokerage, where he was responsible for building out the platform and, in effect, gamifying Wall Street.
Haller entered the video game industry, after ten years representing Japan’s Kodansha Ltd.’s animation division. After licensing anime properties, such as AKIRA, to THQ, he joined the company as a Board Member and Senior VP. Haller’s contribution was crucial in THQ’s growth from a Nintendo-based handheld publisher to full 3D games for the new PlayStation.
After eight years, Haller left to join Electronic Arts, where, as VP, GM and executive producer, he oversaw both Dreamworks Interactive and EA Japan. At Dreamworks, he managed the two best-selling MEDAL OF HONOR games, ALLIED ASSAULT and FRONTLINE

Mr. Brenes is an expert in the field of mobile advertising ecosystems, with an emphasis on iOS/Android/Mobile Web platforms. He has been heavily involved in mobile publisher acquisitions for the purpose of growing a mobile publisher base from the ground up.
He is a key player in knowing the mobile developer/publisher landscape with an enormous developer network. Frank co-founded two mobile ad companies, and has over 300 mobile apps/widgets on both Android & iOS.
At his most recent venture he obtained Annual revenues of $23 Million as the Director of Publisher Acquisitions at LeadBolt Mobile Ad Network (SEPT 2010 to FEB 2013), and help build a network publisher base of over 65,000 Publishers with over 140K Ad Network Apps.

Mr. Kreiker is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of the latest online investment platform, Kapitall, the recipient of many awards for design and innovation.
At Kapitall, he managed all product development from specification to design and implementation. Prior to Kapitall, Mr. Kreiker worked at Bloomberg LLP as a Project Manager and Technical Lead in the Research & Development group in New York City.
He also served as a research assistant in the Artificial Intelligence Department of the French National; Research Lab (CRNS), and as Application Developer/Programmer Analyst in the e-Business Department at Computer Science Corporation.

Mrs. Hathaway has been providing financial consulting and business strategic planning, as well as licensing for the digital entertainment industry for over 15 years. Along with Michael Haller, as part of the development team of start up HammerCat Studios, she supports the operations of the company, as well as assisting in business development efforts, and targeting mobile game advertisers as part of the app optimization strategy.
Prior to joining HammerCat Studios, Hathaway headed the business development efforts for one of the first in-game advertising companies, IGA Worldwide, Inc. She also was head of licensing efforts for the global game publisher, Sammy/SEGA Corporation. Previously, she served as Head of Finance for Electronic Arts’, Los Angeles Studio, and the Walt Disney Company.
