2. 비만에 의한 대사성 염증
• 염증성 물질 분비 : 렙틴 (leptin) ⥣
• 항염증성 물질 분비 : 아디포넥틴 (adiponectin) ⥥
지방세포 다음의 물질을 분비함
비만의 폐해 : 대사성 염증
(식욕억제 작용)

Leptin 결핍
Leptin 수용체의 둔감화
Leptin의 수용체가 줄어들거나 둔감하면, leptin이 많아도 식욕을 억제시키지 못함
당뇨병 환자의 상당수가 인슐린 수용체의 이상 소견을 보임

• 비만 상태가 되면 염증성 물질의 분비가 늘고,항염증성 물질의 분비가 줄어 몸 전체가 염증반응을 보이는 것
• 원인 : 복부 비만의 원인인 내장지방
