    1. VAI TR CA MY TI SINH AXIT

    Trong dy chuyn cng ngh m anot xng anot, mt yu cu cng nghquan trng i vi b 12/13 ( b anot ) l phi lun m bo nng axit H2SO4nm trong khong 170-180g/l, v nng ion Al3+ t 4-17.5g/l. Sau y l cc

    3. THUYT MINH QU TRNH LM VIC CA MY TI SINHAXIT

    Qu trnh lm vic ca my chia lm 3 giai on:

    Bath water fill:

    o L qu trnh bm axit vo tank 1 v bm nc sch vo tank 3.

    o Vi tank 3, van 3.1 m, a nc sch t ngun Fresh water vo

    tank 3, ng thi van 3.4 m a khng kh thi vn c trongtank 3 ra ngoi theo ng Waste water system. n khi y tank3 th n green ca LS3 s sng, lc ny van 3.1 v 3.4 ng li

    ch giai on lm vic tip theo.o Vi tank 1, van 1.1 m, bm P1 lm vic a hn hp axit v ion

    Al3+ (gi tt l axit bn) t b qu trnh qua filter 1 ( c tc dnglc bn s b ) v van 1.1 vo tank 1. ng thi van 1.3 cng mra thot kh thi sn c trong tank 1 ra ngoi theo ng wastewater system.     2. MCH LC CA B CHNH LU

    Cc thng s b chnh lu:

    QF3 l aptomat ng ct in cp cho mch bo v th t pha FV.

    3. MCH IU KHIN CA B CHNH LU

    Bn v sheet 2/4 type N l s khi ng pha, so snh, trn xung v pht xungvo cc van thyristor, tt c c nh cung cp thit b tch hp vo trong ccIC, c th nh sau:

    Cc dy U3,V3,W3 c ni vo mch bo v th t pha FV qua 3 input

    l L1,L2,L3. Sau output FV c 5 u c ni vi mch logic iukhin, vi 21-24 bo FV c ang lm vic, 12,11,14 bo th t phaWRONG hay RIGHT.

    Bin p TC1 380/110V cp in p 110V cho cc thit b trong mchlogic.

    Cc dy 7,8,9 cp cho TC2 gi tr tng ng ca dng in li,U1,V1,W1 cung cp gi tr v pha tng ng ca in p U2 trc chnh

    lu, TC2 c vai tr ging nh mt b ADC, chuyn tn hiu tng t cnthit thnh tn hiu s c m ha, cp cho card E239 MA2.

    Card E239 MA2 (A1) c vai tr ca khu ng pha, khu so snh, khutrn xung. Trong , in p iu khin c thay i nh vo vic xoay

    Xem ct 61, sheet 4/4, khi cng tc SA1(cng tc chn iu khin theop hoc theo dng) v tr 0, cun dy KA1 khng c in nn tip imKA1 ( 46) m, tip im KA1 ( 50) ng. Tn hiu t card A5.1 s ivo card A1, ni vi card A5.1 l dy 6-5 mang tn hiu Ud, nn khi SA1 v tr 0, ngha l iu khin u ra chnh lu theo p. Tng t khi SA1 v tr 1, ta c iu khin u ra chnh lu theo dng. Cc chn 1-3 lchn ngun cho card.

    4. THUYT MINH NGUYN L LM VIC CA B CHNH LU

    4.1. Cc k hiu trn bng iu khin

    Cc k hiu trn s sheet 4/4 v trn bng iu khin ca b chnh lu:

    HL2: n bo ht chu trnh m ph bng.

    E22: Ampe k v Vn k cho bit Id v Ud.

    KT1: R le thi gian dng ci t thi gian m ph bng.

    RP5: Bin tr iu chnh gi tr t cho Ud hoc Id.

    A48: Ci bo m ph bng xong.
