request, as modified by your letter dated February 13,2007.The
Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense, Public Affairs, has
provided theenclosed documents as responsive to your equest. Of the

Executive Secretary of the Department of Defense, anInitial Denial
Authority (IDA), has determined that some of the redacted
information isexempt from release because 'it to internal matters
of a relatively trivial nature(hat do not shed significant light on
an agency personnel rule or practice. In this instance,the redacted
information consists of non-roblic DoD teleohone and room
numbers.Additionally, portions of the withheld information
are&cifically exempted by 10U.S.C. 5 130b, which applies to
personally identifiable information of personnel inoverseas.

(including special activities), intelligencesourcesormethods or
