Zaha Hadid’s international body of work is largely defined by graceful curves inspired by nature. She brings this sensibility to 520 West 28th, marking a dramatic shift away from the hard angles that dominate standard residential architecture.

In this project, Zaha Hadid was also in charge of the interiors, contributing his lengthy experience and his ability to innovate and astound not just in the urban landscape, but also in the domestic world.This accomplishment would not have been complete without the contribution of Teuco, who has always been a partner for projects by the most famous architects across the globe. For its bathrooms at 520 West 28th Street, Zaha Hadid picked out the bathtubs from Teuco’s “I Bordi” collection, designed by Carlo Colombo. Bathtubs and wash basins in Duralight®, a material patented by Teuco which, thanks to its ability to be processed by casting it in moulds and owing to its ductility, can be plied to the creative will of any designer unlike any other material.

L’opera internazionale di Zaha Hadid è fortemente caratterizzata da curve armoniose ispirate alla natura. La stessa sensibilità si ritrova anche nel progetto residenziale al 520 West 28th, che si allontana decisamente dalla rigida angolosità che domina la comune architettura in questo settore.

Nel progetto, Zaha Hadid si è occupata anche degli interni, portando la sua lunga esperienza e la sua capacità di innovare e sorprendere non solo nel paesaggio urbano, ma anche in quello domestico.E in questo percorso non poteva non intercettare Teuco, da sempre interlocutrice dei progetti dei più famosi architetti del mondo. Per i suoi bagni al 520 West della 28th, Zaha Hadid ha scelto le vasche della collezione “I Bordi” di Teuco, disegnata da Carlo Colombo. Central Saint Giles: a building converted into a multi-functional complex, featuring offices, shops, restaurants and dwellings. The design is based on the finest standards, with glass, steel and ceramics being used for the exterior finishes of this enormous architectural sculpture, with its spectacularly bright façades. The interior of the building is intended for tertiary use, and here Teuco worked jointly with the RPBW studio to create a totally customised project: a unique range of wash basins in Duralight®, the acrylic-basedsolid surface composite material patented, produced and processed entirely by Teuco. The perfect combination of superior performance and styling appeal, Duralight® gives the settings an extra-special charm.

The Trentino region boasts the first urban redevelopment project designed by Renzo Piano. The former Michelin area has been transformed into a multi-functional district - set in five hectares of greenery - with housing, offices, cultural venues and shops. Designed like a miniature smart city, Le Albere represents a microcosm where environmental awareness and the well-being of citizens are the focus in every minute detail. In this context, Teuco was called upon to furnish the 286 bathrooms in the residential project, as the reliable partner to accommodate every requirement in terms of design and technology. The stars of this major supply were the bathtubs, wash basins and wall-mounted sanitary fixtures from the Wilmotte collection, the Perspective acrylic shower trays and customised plywood vanity tops. The strikingly simple and clean-cut style is totally in keeping with the entire project, which marks a significant milestone in the history of contemporary architecture.

È il Trentino a vantare il primo progettodi riqualificazione urbana firmato da Renzo Piano. L’ex area Michelin è stata trasformata in un quartiere polifunzionale - immerso in cinque ettari di parco - con abitazioni, uffici, spazi per la cultura e negozi. Il duoMo, aperto nel 2006, segna l’ingresso di Ron Arad nel campo dell’hotellerie. L’utilizzo di materiali alternativi, colori accesi e forme insolite, creano un’atmosfera futuristicae coinvolgente. L’unicità del duoMo appare chiara non appena si entra dalla grande porta ‘flipper’: da qui si vede già il banco reception, uno spettacolare anello in acciaio affusolato a una colonna che è il punto focale dell’hotel. Anche le stanze regalano sensazioni uniche grazie all’approccio rivoluzionario con cui sono gestite luci, forme e materiali.

The duoMo, which opened in 2006, represents Ron Arad’s debut in the hotel arena.The use of alternative materials, vibrant colours and unusual shapes gives the hotel a futuristic and exciting feel. The uniqueness of the duoMo becomes clear as soon as you enter through the grand ‘pinball flipper’ door that frames the view of the reception desk (which itself is a spectacular steel ring tapering up to the top of a pillar), making it the focal point of the hotel. The rooms make their own contribution to affording new sensations, thanks to the revolutionary approach to light, shapes and materials.

Fraser Suite is a luxury 50-storey residential skyscraper in Doha, the capital of Qatar. Owned by one of the most prestigious families in the Arab Emirates, the impressive Tower dominates the Persian Gulf and hostsa total of 388 apartments. La Trump Organization, di cui è amministratore delegato il celebre tycoon americano Donald Trump, ha affidato all’architetto Matteo Nunziati la progettazione chiavi in manodi tutti gli interni dei 46 appartamenti da 400 mq ciascuno. Trump Towers Residence comprises two elegant and ultra-modern 25-storey towers which redefine the skyline of the city of Pune, India. The Trump Organization, of which the famous American tycoon Donald Trump is CEO, commissioned the architect Matteo Nunziati with the turnkey design of all the interiors of the 46 apartments, spanning 400 m2 each. The impressive project sees Teuco as the exclusive furniture supplier for all the ultra-sophisticated bathrooms using the Suit collection designed by the same architect, Nunziati, and with custom-made furnishings and Duralight® bathtubs.

927 postazioni lavabo per un totale di 814 metri di superficie in Duralight®:sono questi i numeri della straordinaria realizzazione di Teuco, che ha firmato con la propria tecnologia tutti i lavabi di Expo Milano 2015.

In particolare, l’intervento ha visto la fornitura e posa in opera dei piani lavabo delle 11 aree di servizio presenti all’interno di Expo. Le postazioni lavabo – caratterizzate da un design minimal e linee geometriche - sono state suddivise in 388 blocchi da 1,2,3 e 4 vaschette (per un totale di 12 combinazioni differenti). Il blocco più grande vede addirittura 20 postazioni lavabo in un unico piano continuo, piena testimonianza

927 wash basin facilities for a total surface of 814 metres in Duralight®: these are the figures for the extraordinary project completed by Teuco, who proudly provided its technology for all the wash basins at Expo Milano 2015.

Specifically, this project entailed the supply and installation of the wash basin vanity tops in all 11 toilet facilities situated within Expo. The wash basin facilities – which stand out for their minimal design and geometric silhouettes - have been distributed into 388 blocks featuring 1, 2, 3 and 4 basins (for a total of 12 different configurations). Indeed, the largest block features 20 wash basins in

The loft of the Ritz Carlton Residence, designed by Abdullah Burnaz, has received an award for being one of the most beautiful homes in Turkey. Darlings Danama is hull number 130 of this yard and it was commissioned from the CRN by a European shipowner. It is the sixth 60-metre pleasure craft built from 2005 to date. The megayacht can comfortably accommodate 12 people in 5 guest cabins, plus the shipowner’s suite along with 14 crew members. The same outstanding level of comfort can be found in the yacht’s bathrooms, from those in the guest rooms to the captain’s bathroom, including the one in the lounge area. They have all been tailor-made and customised with different elements, including the View bathtub, wash basins, storage units and showers made of Duralight®, a new and exclusive material bearing the Teuco brand. Duralight® was also used for the sundeck bar unit as well as to tile the bathrooms.

Darlings Danama è lo scafo numero 130del cantiere ed è stato commissionato a CRN da un armatore europeo. È la sesta naveda diporto da 60 metri realizzata dal 2005a oggi. Il megayacht può ospitare comodamente 12 persone in 5 cabine ospiti più la suite dell’armatore e 14 membri dell’equipaggio. Un comfort che si ritrova anche nelle stanze da bagno dell’imbarcazione, da quelle delle camere degli ospiti e del capitano fino a quelle della zona giorno. Tutte disegnate ad hoc, sono state personalizzate con elementi diversi tra cui vasca View, lavabi, mobiletti e doccein Duralight®, nuovo ed esclusivo materialea marchio Teuco. Sempre in Duralight®, sono stati realizzati anche il mobile bar del sundeck e i rivestimenti dei bagni.
