The gas spring takes high pressure inert gas as motive power and

its supporting power is constant during the whole working stoke. It

自锁气弹簧是支撑气弹簧的一种，在原有的支撑气弹簧的基础上增加了锁定装置。当气弹簧的行程被压缩到

最短的时候可以被锁住，使得气弹簧可以保持压缩状态。解锁则只需向下按动，便可解除压缩，回复到自然伸开的

状态。可锁气弹簧使用方便，不占用太多内部空间，适合各种需要锁定的场合。

The self-lock gas spring is one of the gas strut springs, which increases the locking device on the

basis of the standard gas strut spring. When the gas spring is compressed to the shortest, it can be

无须维护。可调气弹簧分为刚性可调和弹性可调。弹性可调气弹簧有一定的支撑和锁定功能。刚性可调气弹簧，锁

定功能更佳。

拉力气弹簧Gas traction spring


拉力气弹簧以高压惰性气体为动力，在整个工作过程中拉力基本恒定，需外来动力拉出

后自动返回，长时间处于拉力状态时无疲劳现象，无噪音，无需保养，安装方便，节能环

保。广泛应用与航空、汽车、印刷机械、食品机械、医疗器材、木工机械等现代的机械设

备以及纺织电脑家具。

The pulling force gas spring takes high pressure inert gas as motive power

and its pulling force is basically constant during the whole working stroke. It

can automatically return after being pulled out by outside motive power, is free

from fatigue phenomenon, noise and maintenance under the long-term pulling

state, has the advantages of convenient installation, energy conservation and

气弹簧安装说明及注意事项

Installation instryction and precautions of gas spring.

◆气弹簧活塞杆必须向下位置安装，不得倒装，这样可以减低磨擦和确保最好的阻尼质量及

缓冲性能。

◆决定支点位置是气弹簧能否正确进行工作的保证，当关闭时气弹簧的轴线必须移过构件的

中心。

◆气弹簧不得横向受力。不得作扶手用。

◆为确保密封的可靠性，不得破坏活塞杆表面，严禁将油漆和化学物质等涂在活塞杆上。严

禁将气弹簧先安装在所需位置后再喷涂漆。

◆气弹簧为高压制品，严禁随意剖析、火烤、砸碰。

◆气弹簧活塞杆严禁向左旋转。如需调整接头方位，只能向右转动。

◆使用环境温度： -20-+60 ℃ （特定制造 80 ℃ ）

◆安装联接点应转动灵活，不能有卡阻现象。

◆选择尺寸要合理，力的大小要合适，活塞杆行程尺寸要留有 10 毫米余量。

be damaged and coated with paints, chemical matters and the like. The gas spring

must be painted before being mounted.

◆Do not dissect, bake and collide the gas spring due to high pressure product.

◆Do not rotate the gas spring piston rod leftwards. Rotate rightwards in case of

adjusting the direction of the connector.

◆Ambient temperature：·35·＋60℃（80℃ under the special manufacture).

◆The mounting connection point shall be rotated flexibly without blocking

phenomena.

◆Reasonably select the dimension, properly apply the force, and ensure that the

stroke dimension of the piston rod has an allowance of 10mm.

一般为实际使用行程＋10mm

当 B－B1＜150mm 时，f＞40mm

当 B－B1 在 150mm～200mm 之间时，f＞50mm

当 B－B1 在 200mm～300mm 时，f＞60mm
