媒體服務費 (Marketing Services) 990歐元
內容包含參展廠商紙本名冊登錄、10項產品別登錄於紙本名冊登錄、無限額產品別登錄官
網及行動應用程式(APP)、買主追蹤分析系統、線上媒體室(刊登公司Logo、6篇新聞稿、10
張公司形象或產品圖片)、產品加強曝光、商機媒合…等服務。
預備金(Down Payment) 425歐元
用以扣抵廠商向大會訂購服務, 例如: 停車證、額外廣告費、加購參展證…等費用，展後三
至六個月憑據核銷，多退少補。
總計 6,395歐元
※以上標攤費用不含： 進退場期間大型廢棄物處理費以及個別展品所需使用電費等
相關條例
1. 選位順序依據標準：(1) 攤位面積大小 (2)攤位費用匯款時間 (3)完整報名表回傳時間
2. 報名先後順序以收到完整中文報名表+1.13, 1.30 英文報名表等+攤位費匯款水單為準。
3. 因攤位整體考量因素，大會對廠商申請之攤位面積若有刪減或增加，攤位費用將依主辦大會所分配之
實際面積計算，並於開展前完成攤位費用的補繳或退還手續。攤位費用將不會因柱子/電箱或大會硬體
結構等而有任何面積退費或減免。
4. 官方撤展時間為 2019 年 2 月 27 日 17:00，參展廠商不得提早撤展，經查證提早撤展的廠商，大會將
依參展規則，開立 EUR2,500 罰單，同時，取消下屆參展資格。

5. 根據大會參展規則(Condition of
Participation)，參展廠商不得在未得到主辦單位同意的情況下，在攤位
中提供非參展廠商進行產品行銷或者任何形式宣傳活動; 或者, 私自分割或販售攤位給第三方, 如若
違法規定，主辦單位將依參展規則收取 EUR5,000 的罰金，同時，主辦單位有權關閉違反規定之參展
廠商攤位，禁止其展出。
6. 已報名廠商若取消參展，必須以書面或 Email 方式正式通知德國科隆國際展覽公司台灣辦事處；一經
遞交報名表格取消參展將依不同情況收取 EUR 600 或參展費用 25%或 100%之違約金(詳見參展規則)
7. 其他相關參展事宜，請遵循 Koelnmesse 主辦單位條例之規定：”Essential
Information”。
8. 請確認報名登記之中英文公司名稱及參展攤位公司招牌上的英文公司名稱，需與貴司在貿易局進出口
廠商網站所登記之名稱完全相符。若參展攤位招牌之英文公司名稱與貿易局網站登錄之英文公司名稱
不符合，造成喪失補助資格，請貴司自行負責。請貴司務必自行至國貿局出進口商管理查詢系統再次
