The work includes dragging, shifting upto 40 mtrs. Raising and erecting the two legs with runner in proper alignment, and level and plumb .Both plinths of the isolator structure shall be properly finished with smoothening of edges. provided by the contractor as per tender specification. 8. Any loss and damage to the man or material shall be recovered from the contractor

provided by the contractor as per tender specification. 8. Any loss and damage to the man or material shall be recovered from the contractor

pending bills. 9. No T & P shall be supplied by the department at any cost. The transportation arrangement

1. The Tenderer should be registered as “A” Class Contractor with the Director, Electrical safety, Lucknow (UP).

2. The work shall be completed within three month from the date of agreement/ issue of LOI subject to Issue of material from store center whichever is earlier.

3. Part-II of those tenderers shall be opened who will qualify the part-I conditions. 4. The Tenderer should have turnover of at least 03 Crore in last three successive years

duly authenticated and issued by C.A./competent authority with balance sheet. 5. The work may be vary upto ± 10% in respect of physical and financial.6. The work shall be carried out in accordance with Indian Electricity Act and Rules & per

construction manual of U.P. Power Corporation Ltd. and RESSPO Schedule. 7. All the decentralised material of standard quality associated with the work shall be

provided by the contractor as per tender specification. 8. Any loss and damage to the man or material shall be recovered from the contractor

pending bills. 9. No T & P shall be supplied by the department at any cost. The transportation arrangement

for safe carriage of materials shall be made by the Contractor at his own risk. 10. The Tenderer should be registered in Trade Tax & Income Tax. Details of Tin No. & Pan

No. mandatory and should be attached with the tender in part-I.. 11. The Tenderer should be registered in Service Tax department. 12. All general conditions of contract for execution of work will be governed as per form ‘A’

(General condition for the supply of plant and the execution of work in U.P. Power Corporation Ltd.)

13. The Tenderer must have three years experience of similar type of work with performance report and copy of work orders and its completion must be attached in part-II.

14. The work shall be carried out under the direct supervision of junior engineer and Sub divisional Officer concerned.

15. Department will not be responsible for any accident, casualties and loss occurred at the time of execution of work. The contractor shall be fully responsible for the same.

16. The necessary permit for shutdown etc. will be given to the contractor by the representative of the department as and when required for completion of work in a planned way.

17. The security @ 10% of the tender value shall be deducted from the contractor’s bill which shall be released after 6 month from the date of completion of work.

18. The income tax and other taxes will be deducted from the bill, if and as applicable. 19. Penalty @ ½% per week subject to maximum of 10% of the total value of contract will be

levied and deducted if the work is not completed within the stipulated period. 20. The Tenderer have to supply the Decentralized item along with the work. 21. 1. The Tenderer should be registered as “A” Class Contractor with the Director, Electrical safety, Lucknow (UP).

2. The work shall be completed within three month from the date of agreement/ issue of LOI subject to Issue of material from store center whichever is earlier.

3. Part-II of those tenderers shall be opened who will qualify the part-I conditions. 4. The Tenderer should have turnover of at least 03 Crore in last three successive years

duly authenticated and issued by C.A./competent authority with balance sheet. 5. The work may be vary upto ± 10% in respect of physical and financial.6. The work shall be carried out in accordance with Indian Electricity Act and Rules & per

construction manual of U.P. Power Corporation Ltd. and RESSPO Schedule. 7. All the decentralised material of standard quality associated with the work shall be

provided by the contractor as per tender specification. 8. Any loss and damage to the man or material shall be recovered from the contractor

pending bills. 9. No T & P shall be supplied by the department at any cost. The transportation arrangement

for safe carriage of materials shall be made by the Contractor at his own risk. 10. The Tenderer should be registered in Trade Tax & Income Tax. Details of Tin No. & Pan

No. mandatory and should be attached with the tender in part-I.. 11. The Tenderer should be registered in Service Tax department. 12. All general conditions of contract for execution of work will be governed as per form ‘A’

13. The Tenderer must have three years experience of similar type of work with performance report and copy of work orders and its completion must be attached in part-II.

14. The work shall be carried out under the direct supervision of junior engineer and Sub divisional Officer concerned.

15. Department will not be responsible for any accident, casualties and loss occurred at the time of execution of work. The contractor shall be fully responsible for the same.

16. The necessary permit for shutdown etc. will be given to the contractor by the representative of the department as and when required for completion of work in a planned way.

17. The security @ 10% of the tender value shall be deducted from the contractor’s bill which shall be released after 6 month from the date of completion of work.

18. The income tax and other taxes will be deducted from the bill, if and as applicable. 19. Penalty @ ½% per week subject to maximum of 10% of the total value of contract will be

duly authenticated and issued by C.A./competent authority with balance sheet. 5. The work may be vary upto ± 10% in respect of physical and financial.6. The work shall be carried out in accordance with Indian Electricity Act and Rules & per

construction manual of U.P. Power Corporation Ltd. and RESSPO Schedule. 7. All the decentralised material of standard quality associated with the work shall be

provided by the contractor as per tender specification. 8. Any loss and damage to the man or material shall be recovered from the contractor

pending bills. 9. No T & P shall be supplied by the department at any cost. The transportation arrangement

for safe carriage of materials shall be made by the Contractor at his own risk. 10. The Tenderer should be registered in Trade Tax & Income Tax. Details of Tin No. & Pan

No. mandatory and should be attached with the tender in part-I.. 11. The Tenderer should be registered in Service Tax department. 12. All general conditions of contract for execution of work will be governed as per form ‘A’

(General condition for the supply of plant and the execution of work in U.P. Power Corporation Ltd.)

13. The Tenderer must have three years experience of similar type of work with performance report and copy of work orders and its completion must be attached in part-II.

14. The work shall be carried out under the direct supervision of junior engineer and Sub divisional Officer concerned.

15. Department will not be responsible for any accident, casualties and loss occurred at the time of execution of work. The contractor shall be fully responsible for the same.

16. The necessary permit for shutdown etc. will be given to the contractor by the representative of the department as and when required for completion of work in a planned way.

17. The security @ 10% of the tender value shall be deducted from the contractor’s bill which shall be released after 6 month from the date of completion of work.

18. The income tax and other taxes will be deducted from the bill, if and as applicable. 19. Penalty @ ½% per week subject to maximum of 10% of the total value of contract will be

levied and deducted if the work is not completed within the stipulated period. 20. The Tenderer have to supply the Decentralized item along with the work. 21. Department shall provide only centralized items. 22. Firm Shall follow all the labor law and seek appropriate permission or shutdown from the

department or any other govt. agency. 23. All clearances such as from public works department, irrigation, forest etc. shall be taken

by the tenderer himself however any government fee etc. for clearance shall be deposited by the department

24. The work and material supplied by the contractor may be inspected by the department or its representative and all costs regarding inspection of work etc. shall be born by contractor himself.
