In my opinion, I agree with the statement. The government by its action or its failures to act does influence both the economic and non economic conditions for entrepreneurship. Any interested government in economic development can help, through clearly expressed industrial policy, promote entrepreneurship in one way or other. By creating basic facilities, utilities and services and by providing incentives and concessions, the government can provide the prospective entrepreneur a facilitative socio economic setting.

All countries would like to achieve higher productivity growth. Thiscan be achieving through the technology advancement. Example it was predicted that technology with the world in education, in business, in the government, and in households. Technological advancement indicates a high urbanized organization consequently, the society. Technology connotes globalization and growth. To be globally competitive, a country should keep up with new trends in information technology, e-mail, and e-commerce have benefited the corporate world, labor incentive industries, and most homes. The use oftechnology means faster and larger production. Computerized machine which speed up facilitate work, production, and manufacturing are needed to be globally competitive.

Besides, business incentives. Example one sector of the economy is the business component. As we know, businesses create employment and bring in money to the government in the form of taxes that they pay and providing jobs to workers. Creating more business incentives inconsonance with attractinginvestor. Next is improved quality of education. Asidefromfood,clothingandshelter,educationisanotherbasicnecessity. Parents send their children to school for them toattain prosperity inthe future once they got job.A high standard of education means that government is able to put in adequate resources to provide the necessary technology and instructional materials.

Moreover, continue reallocation of resources .Example, resources may deplete in the long run if the government is notable to replace what has been lost. Since these resources are scarce or limited, the government must have the ability to allocate its distribution to the community members. A balance allocation of resources is attained if people. Whether rich or poor, are able to enjoy the use of such resources. Last is political stability. It has been pointed out that the world is one sector of economy. Solid and good governance creates good policy measures that can help improve aneconomy. A government withtoo much political unrest creates fear on investor.

In conclusion, I agree with the statement about because nowadays, we can find out the growth of SMEs (medium and small-sized enterprises) in Malaysia was developing vigorously. And, this manifestation will continue growing with the supported by government is because, there is some people that who wish to have their own business but end up with lack of recourses, so in my opinion, I think with the support given by government will help these group of people to establish their business flawless.
