!When choosing a size, there are a few questions to ask yourself- !• How often will I use it • How many people will I cook for • What space have I got available • How quick am I !These may seem like obvious questions but it is surprising how often customers don’t ask themselves the basics, especially space available. I often get asked to supply an oven that will cook 5 pizzas at a time but on further questioning, there is only a small space to fit the oven. On average, if you double the internal diameter then minus 200mm you will have the rough footprint of a finished rendered oven but this does depend on the decoration. If in a masonry enclosure, the footprint may be nearly double the internal diameter. !Domestic ovens - !The smallest oven we do is the ‘Integrable’, or ‘integrated’ oven that has a facade that sits flush with the enclosing wall and a brick-lined dome that fits behind. It’s small, W660mm x D400mm xH250mm internally with a 155mm diameter flue connector, not unlike the old bread ovens in 17thC inglenook fireplaces.
!!!!!!!!!!!!
700mm internal diameter- Plein Air + Menager The F700A ‘Plein Air’ is the smallest and most basic dome oven we do, made entirely of refractory ‘chamotte’ ( a heat resistant concrete). Will cook 1 pizza or use like a BBQ for grills either on the hearth or with a grill stand over hot coals. It has less mass than the Menager with a 40mm dome thickness and 60mm hearth. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The F700 ‘Menager’ is available in chamotte C or brick finish B and in the standard dome height or raised H+ option. Being only 700mm in diameter, you can fit 1-2 pizzas plus a live fire. Dome & hearth 80mm thick !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
F700 H+ Menager raised oven, 75mm higher than standard !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The F800 ‘Campagnard’ oven is a small family oven that will cook 2 pizzas comfortably and can handle all other baking like grills and bread with or without a live fire. Cook roasts or casseroles overnight low and slow for extra tenderness. !!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
