    Thin Vng b tm an l bi thuc qu c nhiu thy thuc

    nin, ngi cao tui.

    1.1. PHNG THUC THIN VNG B TM

    1.1.1. Cng thc

    1. an sm: 15g

    - Cng nng: T m thanh nhit, dng tm an thn.

    - Ch tr: m h ni nhit, tm thn bt yn, h phin mt ng, nhp tim

    nhanh, hay m mng, hay qun, i tin to, l mm ming, li , ru t

    - Bo ch: lm bt, luyn mt lm hon, bao o bng chu sa.

    - Liu dng: 9g/ 1 ln, 3 ln/ngy, khi dng vi nc sc ngc trc tng

    tnh hn, b m.

    1.1.2. Phn tch

    Thin vng b tm c thit k iu tr chng bnh tm thn bt tc,

    m h huyt thiu, tm tht s dng. Tm ch huyt mch m tng thn,

    thn ch ct sinh tu li tng tinh. Tinh huyt sung tc, thu ho h t (nng

    ta vo nhau, kim ch ln nhau) th thn ch mi an ninh. Nhiu u t, suy

    ngh qu , tm thn bt tc, m h huyt thiu s dn n h ho d ng,

    1.2. TM TT C IM V CC V THUC

    1.2.1. ng quy

    V thuc l r phi hay sy kh ca cy ng quy Angelica sinensis

    (Oliv) Diels. H Hoa tn Apiaceae [3], [4].

    a) Thnh phn ha hc [13].

    + Tinh du: Cc terpen, hp cht phenolic; Cc dn cht phtalic:

    ligustilid, n-buthylphtalid, n-butyliden phtalid.

    + Coumarin: Umbeliferon, bergaten

    + Acid hu c: acid vanilic, acid linoleic, acid nicotinic, acid succinic,

    acid palmitic, acid ferulic

    + Polysaccharide, acid amin

    + Vitamin: vitamin B1,vitamin E, vitamin B12.

    + Sterol: -sitosterol, sigmasterol,

    + Nguyn t vi lng: Mg, Ca, Al, Cr, Zn,

    + Thnh phn khc: Brefeldin.

    b) Tc dng dc l

    + C hai thnh phn: Mt thnh phn c ch t cung (ch yu l tinh

    du) v mt thnh phn kch thch t cung (khng phi tinh du v tan trong

    nc hoc cn) [3], [9], [13].

    + Tng sc khng ca c th, tng cht lng ca hng cu, hn ch

    s gim t l huyt sc t; c ch qu trnh ng mu, c bit ng mu ni

    sinh, lm gim tc dng ca thrombin [13].

    + c ch tng sinh t bo ung th ngi thng qua vic gy ngng

    chu k ca t bo v ging ho t bo; chng u trn no c tnh invitro v

    invivo [42].

    + Chng oxy ho invitro; chng lon nhp tim; h huyt p vi ch

    Theo Y hc c truyn

    - Tnh v: v ngt, hi ng, tnh m. Quy kinh: tm, can, t.

    - Cng nng ch tr:

    + B huyt, b ng tng: dng trong cc trng hp thiu mu dn n

    hoa mt, chng mt, da d xanh xao, ngi gy yu.

    + Hot huyt, gii ut kt: dng cho trng hp thiu mu, km theo c

    tch ca ph n c b kinh, v sinh.

    + Hot trng thng tin: dng thch hp vi chng huyt h huyt to

    gy to bn.

    + Gii c: dng trong cc trng hp mn nht.

    - Liu dng: 6-20g

    - King k: nhng ngi c t v thp nhit, i tin lng [3].

    1.2.2. Ct cnh

    V thuc l r phi hay sy kh ca cy Ct cnh Platycodon

    grandiflorum (Jacd) A.DC. H Hoa chung Campanulaceae [3], [6], [13].

    a) Thnh phn ha hc

    + Hot cht chnh l saponin triterpenoid nhm olean (platycodin

    A,C,D, D2; cc polygalacin D, D2). Cc sapogenin l platycodigenin,

    acid polygalacic [6], [13].

    + Ngoi ra cn c phytosterol, tanin [13], inulin [6].

    b) Tc dng dc l

    + Trn lm sng, saponin ca Ct cnh c tc dng tiu m r rt. Khi

    ung, saponin gy kch thch nim mc hng v d dy, a n phn ng

    tng tit dch ng h hp lm cho m long v d b tng ra ngoi.

    + Saponin ca Ct cnh c tc dng ph huyt mnh. Ngoi ra, c tc

    dng gim au, lm trn tnh, h nhit, gim ho, chng lot, chng vim [6],

    [13].

    + Tc dng khng khun: c ch Staphylococcus aureus, B. mycoides,

    D. pneumoniae [3].

    Theo Y hc c truyn

    - Tnh v: V hi ngt, sau ng, hi cay, tnh bnh [13], tnh m [3].

    Quy kinh: Ph [3].

    - Cng nng ch tr: Thng kh ph, tiu m, lm cho m c v ra

    ngoi. Cha ho c m hi tanh, vim au hng, khn ting, hen suyn, tc

    ngc, kh th [3], [13]; kh ph b tc, hu hng sng au nh vim hng,

    vim amidan, ngc sn au nh dao m, p xe phi [3].

    - Liu dng: 4 12g [3].

    - King k: ngi m h ha vng, ho lu ngy, ho ra mu khng nn

    dng [3]. Thn trng vi ph n c thai [13].

    1.2.3. Huyn sm

    V thuc l r phi hay sy kh ca cy Huyn sm Scrophularia

    buergeriana Miq. H Hoa mm si Scrophulariaceae [3], [13].

    a) Thnh phn ha hc [13]

    + Cc Saponin: Scrophularin, harpagid, harpagosid, ningpogenin, O

    Me catalpol, angorosid C.

    + Ngoi ra c alcaloid, ng, steroid, acid amin, acid bo, tinh du

    (vt), carotene, 17 nguyn t vi lng.

    b) Tc dng dc l

    + Tc dng khng khun, an thn.

    + Huyn sm c tc dng iu tr tt i vi vim hng mn tnh [13].

    + Tng huyt p v cng tim nh th. Nu dng liu cao th c tc

    dng ngc li tc l h huyt p.

    + Tc dng h ng huyt [3].

    Theo Y hc c truyn

    - Tnh v: V ng, ngt, hi mn, tnh hn. Qui kinh: Ph, v, thn [3],

    [13].

    - Cng nng ch tr: T m, ging ha, sinh tn dch, chng kh kht,

    lng huyt, gii c, nhun to, hot trng [3], [13]; chng vim, tn kt,

    nhuyn kin, b thn [3]. Lm thuc gim st, chng vim trong cc chng

    st nng, kht nc, pht ban, ming li l lot, vim hng, vim amidan,

    vim thanh qun, vim ming, vim li, vim kt mc, ho khan, to bn, mn

    nga, mn nht [3], [13].

    - Liu dng: 4 12g, dng thuc sc hoc cm ngm [13].

    - King k: Ngi c thp t v, t v h hn, i tin lng [3], huyt

    p thp [13] khng nn dng. Khng nn s dng cc dng c bng ng

    bo ch, k l l [3]. King thc n ng, lnh [13].

    1.2.4. Mch mn

    V thuc l r c phi hay sy kh ca cy Mch mn Ophiopogon

    japonicas (L.f.) Ker. Gawl. H Hong tinh Convallariaceae [6], [14].

    a) Thnh phn ha hc

    + Saponin steroid: Ophiopogonin A, B, C, D.

    + Carbohydrat: glucofructan v mt s monosaccharide (glucose,

    fructose, saccharose) [6], [14].

    + Cht nhy [4].

    + Ngoi ra c -sitosterol, stigmasterol, -sitosterol -D-glucosid[6],

    [14].

    b) Tc dng dc l

    Tc dng chng vim r rt i vi c 2 giai on cp tnh v mn tnh

    ca phn ng vim thc nghim. Tc dng c ch tng i kh trn ph cu,

    yu hn trn cc chng: t cu vng, Shigella dysenteriae, Bacillus subtilis

    [3], [14].

    Theo Y hc c truyn

    - Tnh v: V ngt, hi ng, tnh mt.

    - Cng nng ch tr: Nhun ph, gim ho, cm mu, thanh nhit.Cha

    ho khan, vim hng, lao phi nng m v chiu, st cao, tm phin kht

    nc, th huyt, khi huyt, chy mu cam, hen ph qun, kh ng.

    - Liu dng: 6-20g, dng thuc sc [14].

    1.2.5. Thin mn

    V thuc l c ca cy Thin mn ng Asparagus cochinchinensis

    (Lour.) Merr. H Thin mn ng Asparagaceae [3], [6], [14].

    a) Thnh phn ha hc

    + Hot cht chnh l saponin steroid [6], [14].

    + Ngoi ra c cc amino acid t do: aspargin, citrulin, serin, threonin,

    prolin, glycin, alanin, valin, methionin, leucin, phenylalanine, thyroxin,

    acid aspartic, acid glutamic, arginin, histidin, lysine [6].

    + Carbohydrat: 7 cht oligosaccharide c phn lp v xc nh:

    neokestose v 6 oligosaccharid khc c cu to bi cc n v

    fructofuranose [6].

    b) Tc dng dc l

    + Tc dng khng khun: c ch s pht trin ca cc chng vi khun

    Bacillus anthracis, Streptococus hemolyticus A v B, B. diphtheria,

    Diplococcus pneumonia, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus citreus, B.

    subtilis [4].

    + Ngoi ra, c tc dng li tiu, li m, gim ho, h nhit, b [14].

    Theo Y hc c truyn

    - Tnh v: V ngt, ng, tnh hn. Quy kinh: Ph, thn [3], [14].

    - Cng nng ch tr: T m, nhun to, thanh ph, ha m, sinh tn

    [3], [14]. Cha ph ung, h lao, ho, ho g, th huyt, nhit bnh, tiu kht, tn

    dch hao tn, to bn, lm thuc b, cha st [14], cha ho lu ngy, ho khan,

    ho c m, vim phi, ho g [3].

    - Liu dng: 4-12g [3].

    - King k: Ngi t v h hn, a chy khng nn dng [3], [14].

    1.2.6. Sinh a

    V thuc l r c dng ti hoc phi, sy kh ca cy a hong

    Rehmannia glutinosa Gaertin. H Hoa mm si Scrophulariaceae [3], [13].

    a) Thnh phn ha hc [13]

    + Iridoid glycosid: Catalpol, rehmaniosid A, B, C, D, ajugol, aucubin,

    melitosid, rehmaglutin A, B, C, D.

    + Ionon glucosid: rehmaionosid A, B, C. Ngoi ra c monoterpen

    glucosid l rehmapicrosid.

    + Cc thnh phn khc: acid amin (t nht 15 acid amin t do), ester

    ca acid bo, -sitosterol, daucosterol, acid palmitic, acid sucinic

    b) Tc dng dc l

    + Tc dng an thn, li tiu, chng oxy ha [13].

    + Tc dng cm mu, h ng huyt.

    + Tc dng cng tim.

    + Tc dng khng khun: c ch nm ngoi da [3].

    Theo Y hc c truyn

    - Tnh v: V ngt, ng, tnh lnh. Quy kinh: Tm, can, thn, tiu

    trng [3], [13].

    - Cng nng ch tr: B m, thanh nhit, sinh huyt dch, lm mt mu,

    cm mu. Cha m h, pht nng v chiu, kht nc nhiu, i tho ng,

    thiu mu, suy nhc c th, tng chy mu, th huyt, chy mu cam, vim

    hng au, tn dch kh [3], [13].

    - Liu dng: 12-40g [3].

    - King k: Nhng ngi t h, bng y, i tin lng v dng h,

    nhiu m thp nhit khng nn dng [3].

    1.2.7. Vin ch

    V thuc l r b li g phi hay sy kh ca cy vin ch Siberi

    (vin ch l trng) Polygala sibirica L. hoc vin ch l nh Polygala

    tenuifolia Willd. H Vin ch Polygalaceae [3], [4].

    a) Thnh phn ha hc

    + Saponin triterpenoid nhm olean. Phn aglycon thng c 5 vng v

    thng l dn cht ca 3-- hydroxy olean12-en tc l -amyrin [6],

    [10], [11], [12], [14], [15], [25].

    + T r ca loi Polygala tenuifolia: Phn lp c 7 saponin:

    Onjisaponin A, B, C, D, E, F, G. Trong vin ch l nh cn c cht

    kim hu c l tenuidin v 1 ng kh Polygalitol [6], [10], [11],

    [12], [14], [15], [25], [26], [30]. T dch chit ether ngi ta tch thm

    c cc cht xanthon: 1, 2, 3, 6, 7-Pentanmethoxyxanthon; 1, 2, 3, 7

    v dn cht 3, 4, 5trimethoxycinnamic acid.

    + Ngoi ra cn mt s cht khc nh Tenuigenin A, B, onsicin,

    tenuifolin, preseneginin, prosenegenin, resin [6], [11], [14], [15]; c

    tinh du (ch yu l methyl salicylat v valerianat), c acid salicylic,

    polygalid, cht nha [12], [25] .

    b) Tc dng dc l

    + Tc dng gim au: vin ch vi liu 0,8g/kg c tc dng gim au r

    rt trn chut nht trng khi tim acid acetic vo mng bng [15].

    + Tc dng trn thi gian ng: tc dng hip ng, ko di gic ng do

    thuc ng barbituric chut nht trng [15].

    + Tc dng trn thn kinh trung ng: c ch c mc h thn kinh

    trung ng nhng khng thy c tc dng i khng vi liu gy co git do

    cafein gy nn chut nht trng [6], [15].

    + Tc dng gim ho, tr m [6], [7], [15]; co bp t cung c con vt

    (th, mo, chut cng trng) c thai v khng c thai [10], [15]; c ch s

    pht trin ca vi khun Staphylococus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Streptococus

    hemolycocus, Diplococcus pneumonia [15].

    Theo Y hc c truyn

    - Tnh v: V ng, cay, tnh m. Quy kinh: tm, thn.

    - Cng nng ch tr:

    + An thn ch tr: tm thn bt an, mt ng hay qun, thng biu hin

    chng mt, tinh thn bt thng.

    + Khai khiu, lm sng tai, mt tng cng tr lc, dng trong bnh tai

    b , mt m.

    + Ho m, ch ho, to ut: ho m nhiu m, m c, kh th.

    + Gii c: dng khi c nht c

    - Liu dng: 8-12g

    - King k: khi kinh tm c thc ho khng nn dng, khng dng cho

    ph n c thai [3].

    1.2.8. Nhn sm

    V thuc l r ch bin ca cy nhn sm Panax ginseng C.A.Mey.

    H Nhn sm Araliaceae [3], [4].

    a) Thnh phn ho hc [6], [9], [14], [44]

    + Thnh phn chnh l cc saponin triterpenoid tetracyclic nhm

    dammaran gi chung l ginsenosid. Cc saponin triterpennoid nh

    ginsenosid Rb1,2,3, Rc, Rd, Re, Rf, Rg1,2,3, Rh, Rs, Ro. Bng phng

    php thu phn bng enzyme hoc ho ging c bit ct ng m

    khng lm nh hng phn aglycon ngi ta thu c cc aglycon tht

    l protopanaxadiol v protopanaxatriol. Ngoi ra trong nhn sm cn

    c saponin vi aglycon l acid oleanolic: ginsenosid Ro.

    ether du ha. Chit vi n-buthanol 3 ln, mi ln 10ml. Gp cc dch chit n-

    buthanol li, bc hi dung mi n cn, ha tan cn trong 10 ml cn 96o thu

    Ly 1ml dch chit cho vo ng nghim nh, c cch thy ti cn, ha

    + Phn ng Salkowski:

    Cho vo ng nghim nh 1 ml dch chit, c cch thy n cn, ha tan

    cn trong 1ml chloroform, thm 1 git acid sulfuric c. Phn ng dng tnh

    nu c mu vng chuyn sang thm hay xanh tm

    Kt qu: dung dch c mu thm. Phn ng dng tnh

    Nhn xt: Cao lng c saponin.

    - nh tnh iridoid

    K thut bo ch:

    - Loi tp khng tan trong nc: Pha long cao lng thin vng b

    tm vi 390ml nc ct, lc ht chn khng 3 ln. Ra giy lc vi nc ct.

    C cch thu thu c cao lng 1:1.

    - Ho tan trn bp cch thu vo cao thuc ln lt natri benzoate, natri

    citrate dihydrat, acid citric monohydrate. ngui

    - Thm nc ct va 400ml.

    Chng ti tin hnh kim nghim cc v dc liu c trong bi

    thuc c mua ti ph Ln ng- H Ni. Cc v dc liu u t tiu

    chun DVN IV v c im hnh thi v c im vi hc nn chng ti s

    Chng ti tin hnh kho st thnh phn ho hc ca cao lng thin

    vng b tm. Da trn kt qu ca cc phn ng ho hc thng quy, chng

    ti nhn thy cao lng thin vng b tm c cc thnh phn: saponin,

    iridoid, coumarin, acid hu c, acid amin, ng kh, polysaccharid, cht

    Trong nhm hot cht trn, thnh phn saponin, ng kh l thnh

    phn chnh. Theo kt qu nh lng, hm lng cn tan trong buthanol

    (5,44%), hm lng ng kh (13,33%) c trong cao thuc u chim t l

    cao. iu ny ph hp vi cc thnh phn hot cht c trong cc v thuc.

    SKLM c s dng ph bin trong kim nghim cc ch phm ng

    dc, c th s dng SKLM thm nh s b s c mt ca cc v thuc c

    trong ch phm ng dc. Chng ti tin hnh nghin cu SKLM, i

    chiu sc k ca dch chit cc v thuc nhn sm, sinh a, ng v t, hc

    c ho tan nn hp thu nhanh hn, sinh kh dng cao hn, d s dng i

    vi ngi cao tui, quy trnh bo ch n gin, d ng chai, d vn chuyn.

    Chng ti tin hnh nghin cu mt s ch tiu khc ca dung dch

    thuc thin vng b tm nh pH, t trng, mt khi lng do lm kh. Gp

    phn xy dng tiu chun cho ch phm.
