  ทําไมผู้ป่วยจึงขอ admit ไม่ยอมกลับบ้าน ทั้งๆที่ไม่อยากกินยา ไม่ร่วมมือในการรักษา

  มีหน้าที่ต่อ “บุคคล” มากกว่า “องค์ความรู้” “กลุ่มโรค” หรือ “เทคนิคพิเศษ”

  ต้องเข้าใจบริบทของ “ความเจ็บป่วย”

  ดูแลด้านเวชศาสตร์ป้องกัน (Preventive Medicine) ไปพร้อมกับการดูแลด้านอื่นๆ

  คํานึงถึง “ประชากรกลุ่มเสี่ยง” (Population at risk) ไปพร้อมกับการรักษา
