Özel Kimya ve İlaç Sanayii Uygulamaları için Yüksek Verimli Santrifüjler Dekantör santrifüjler katı-sıvı karışımları ayrıştırmak için kullanılan yüksek verimli makinelerdir. GEA, kimya ve ilaç endüstrilerindeki özel uygulamalar için gaz sızdır-mayan ve güvenli bir şekilde patlama ve korozyonu ön-leyen C 276 hasteloy kullanılarak imal edilen dekantör-ler sunmaktadır.

Patlamaya Dayanıklı Dekantörler Gaz sızdırmaz özellikteki patlamaya dayanıklı dekantör-lerin temizleme ve ekstraksiyon dekantörü olmak üze-re iki farklı versiyonu bulunmaktadır. Bazı büyük dekan-törler 200 m3/saat’lik kapasitelere kadar ürün işleyebil-mektedir. Sürekli iyileştirmeler sayesinde bu dekantörle-rin performansları arttırılarak enerji tüketimlerinde yüz-de 30’a kadar tasarruf elde edilebilmektedir.

Düz-konik şekle sahip ecoforce serisi gaz sızdırmaz de-kantörler katı/sıvı proseslerinde kullanılan tipik temizle-me santrifüjleridir. Ağırlıklı olarak alkol veya organik sol-ventlerden bitki ekstraksiyonu, ksantan gam geridönü-şümü, yağ katkıları üretimi veya biyodizel uygulamala-rı gibi patlama riski olan ortamlardan katı maddeleri çı-kartmak için kullanılır. Buradaki amaç düz konik açı ve geniş kurutma alanından faydalanarak maksimum kuru madde elde etmektir.

Öte yandan, örneğin solvent ilaveli fermentasyon sıvıla-rı gibi 3-faz karışımlı ekstraksiyon uygulamalarında, ağır faz olan su ve katıları, değerli ürün olan hafif solvent fazdan ayrıştırmak için kullanılmaktadır. Koninin dik açı-sı bu tip sıvı/sıvı/katı ekstraksiyon prosesleri için ideal-

Efficient Centrifuges for Special Chemical and Phar-maceutical ApplicationsDecanter centrifuges are effective means of separat-ing solid-liquid mixtures. For special applications in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, GEA offers a series of gas-tight decanters and decanters made of hastelloy C 276 which reliably prevent explosion and corrosion.

Explosion-proof DecantersThe explosion-proof decanters are gas-tight and avail-able in two versions: as a clarifying decanter and as extraction decanter. Some of the largest machines can process 200 m3/h. Constant improvements have in-creased the performance of these decanters while at the same time the energy consumption on these ma-chines could be reduced by up to 30 percent.

As a flat-cone machine the ecoforce series of gas-tight decanters are used as typical clarifying centrifuges for solid/liquid processes. They are primarily used for re-moving solids from media which are exposed to the risk of explosion, such as plant extraction from alcohol or organic solvents, xanthan gum recovery, the production of oil additives or in the biodiesel segment. The aim is to achieve maximum dry matter utilizing a flat cone angle and a relatively wide drying zone.

On the other hand, it is used for extraction applications in conjunction with a 3-phase mixture, for instance an aqueous fermentation broth plus solvents, for separat-ing water and solids as the heavy phase from the light solvent phase, the valuable product. The steep angle

Korozyonu Önlemek için Hasteloy C 276’dan İmal Edilen Dekantörler GEA dekantörleri, kimyasal ve maden endüstrilerinde birçok alanda kullanılmaktadır: GEA’nın kimya uygula-maları için özel ürettiği ecoforce serisi dekantörler inor-ganik ürünlerin, tuzların ve petrol katkılarının yüksek ve-rim ile klarifikasyonunu sağlar. Yüksek oranda aşındırı-cı ortamlarda bile çalışabilmek için dizayn edilmiş tasa-rımı sayesinde dekantörler, katalizör geri dönüşümü ve pigmentlerin susuzlaştırılması ve sınıflandırılması uygu-lamaları için mükemmel çözümler sunmaktadır.

GEA ecoforce serisi dekantörler birçok farklı uygulama alanında yüksek verimli ve güvenilir proses yönetimi-ne olanak sağlayan avantajlar sunmaktadır: Dekantör-ler durmaksızın sürekli çalışmak ve maksimum verim elde etmek için tasarlanmıştır. Bu nedenle, dişli kutusu ürün haznesinden çıkarılıp dışarıya taşınmıştır. Bu yüz-den ürün ve sürücü haznesi arasında net bir ayrım bulu-nur ve bu sayede sürücü kısmı ürün sıcaklığından daha az etkilenmektedir. Makinenin hızlı bir şekilde yeniden çalışır hale gelmesi için dekantörün düzenli bakım ge-rektiren tüm kısımlarında bu şekilde bir uygulama gö-rülmektedir.

Ürüne Özgü Aşınma Koruması Kullanılabilirliği maksimize edebilmek için prosese özel tasarlanan aşınma koruma paketleri geliştirilmiştir. Bu sayede dekantörün kullanım ömrü uzamakta ve müş-terilerimiz bakım maliyetlerini planlaya-bilmektedir. Tüm aşınma koruma par-çaları sahip oldukları tasarım itiba-riyle yerinde değiştirilebilmekte-dir ve böylelikle bakım süreleri mümkün olduğunca kısa tu-tulabilmektedir.

The decanter itself operates in accordance with the direct extraction principle, which combines the processes of mixing and separating in a single machine, a development of GEA.

Decanters in Hastelloy C 276 to Prevent CorrosionIn the chemical and mineral industry, GEA decanters are used in a wide range of areas: the new chemical de-canters from the GEA ecoforce series ensure efficient clarification of inorganic products, salts and petro-ad-ditives. Because of their design, which is optimized for production even in highly corrosive media, the decant-ers are also excellently suited to recovering catalysts and to dewatering and classifying pigments.

All decanters in the GEA ecoforce series offer an array of advantages across applications, which allow highly efficient and reliable process management:

The decanters have been designed consistently for con-tinuous operation and maximum availability. As such, the gearbox has been taken out of the product chamber and relocated outside. There is therefore a clear separa-tion between product and drive chamber, which is thus less affected by the product temperature. This applies for all areas of the decanter that require regular mainte-nance so that the machine is operational again quickly.

Product-specific Wear ProtectionTo maximize availability, customized wear protection packages have been developed. These prolong the service life of the decanter and enable our customers to plan the maintenance costs. All wear protection parts are designed such that they can be changed on site, so that the duration of the maintenance is kept as short as possible.

By using the GEA ecoforce decanter series, processing efficiency, increased process reliability and the removal of manual production processes are a matter of course.
