BASELINE AND POST-PROCEDURAL TROPONIN T ELEVATIONS FOR PATIENTS WITH CORONARY ARTERY DISEASE AFTER PERCUTANEOUS CORONARY INTERVENTIONS

Periprocedural elevation of TnT level, compared with patients with abnormal pre-PCI TnT level, correlates to higher rate of non-fatal mIs only during in-hospital period . A trend of diminished survival associated with elevated pre-PCI TnT level for short-term and long-term follow-up periods in correlation with TnT elevation in 3x, 5x and more the upper reference level is established .

Key words: percutaneous coronary intervention, preprocedural troponin T elevation, postprocedural troponin T elevation.

THE FREqUENCY AND THE NATURE OF CARDIAC RHYTHm AND CARDIAC CONDUCTION DISTURBANCE IN PATIENTS WITH ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION AND THE OBSTRUCTIVE SLEEP APNEA SYNDROmE BY 24-mONITORING OF ECG

In this article is resulted the estimation of the parameters of the 24-hour ECG monitoring in patients with arterial hypertension (AH) and the obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) . According to the results of the 24-hour ECG monitoring we noted that obstructive sleep apnea in patients with AH is a significant induction factor of cardiac rhythm disturbance in the form of supraventricular and ventricular arrhythmia, including high gradation .

Key words: arterial hypertension, obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, 24-hour ECG monitoring.

THE ANALYSIS OF TERmS OF mETASTASES OCCURRENCE AND SURVIVAL OF PATIENTS WITH mETASTATIC CERVICAL CANCER DEPENDING ON VARIOUS FACTORS

The rate of metastasizing is 12 . 5 %, average term of metastases occurrence and survival depend on stage, depth of tumour invasion and performed treatment . Inclusion of chemotherapy into treatment scheme at st . II and III of malignant disease considerably increases the patients life expectancy .

Application acarbose in a doze of 300 mg / day within 3 months at patients with prediabetes in combination with reduction of the diet accompanied the reduction, concentrations marker inflammations (CRP, IL-6) and atherogenic lipid fraction in postprandial period, not reducing BmI .

Key words: acarbose, prediabetes, markers of inflammation.

CARDIOVASCULAR mANIFESTATIONS OF ATHEROSCLEROSIS IN PATIENTS WITH RHEUmATOID ARTHRITIS

Among RA patients with cardiovascular complication were observed in 3% . In their development play a role body mass index, hypertension, dyslipidemia, disease activity and severity index . Predictors of these complications are atherosclerotic changes in carotid arteries . The degree of severity of atherosclerotic lesions occurs in older people, with high activity and severity of the process .

Key words: rheumatoid arthritis, atherosclerosis of the carotid arteries, cardiovascular pathology.

CORRECTION mETABOLIC PARAmETERS AND ENDOTHELIUm FUNCTION DYNAmIC IN OBESE PATIENTS, LIVING OF THE NORTH

Omega-3 PUFA 1 g/day intake during 3 months causes reduction of lipid profile atherogenity, 30% leptin concentration decrease (compared to baseline), and reduction of insulin resistance rate . These effects are accompanied by endothelium-dependent dilation increase in brachial artery, while inflammatory markers plasma levels rates and intima-media complex stay stable .

Key words: omega-3 PUFA, obesity, endothelium-dependent dilation, complex intima-media.

FEATURES LIPID, CARBOHYDRATE AND PURINE mETABOLISm IN ADOLESCENTS WITH ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION AND ABDOmINAL OBESITY

Features lipid, carbohydrate and purine metabolism an exchange at teenagers with an arterial hypertensia and abdominal obesity are studied . It is shown that hypertension in boys and adolescent girls with early development and progression of obesity in adolescence is formed against the background of a high concentration of metabolic risk factors for cardiovascular disease: atherogenic dyslipidemia, and hyperuricemia options, which are based on hyperinsulinemia and insulin resistance .

Key words: teenagers, arterial hypertensia, abdominal obesity, dyslipidemia, hyperuricemia, insulin resistance.

THE VALUE OF INFECTIOUS AND NON-INFECTIOUS FACTORS IN THE PROCESS OF ATHEROSCLEROSIS DEVELOPmENT

The intima-media complex thickness is tightly associated with infectious, metabolic and immune parameters at all the stages of atherosclerotic process development . The relationship of viruses (CmV, HCV-1) with vascular wall is obligate in all groups, and l . pneumoniae only in persons with subclinical atherosclerosis and in patients with myocardial infarction .

FEATURES IN THE mETABOLISm OF BRAIN mILD TO mODERATE (DODEmENTNYH) COGNITIVE DISORDERS OF VARIOUS ORIGINS

The present article analyses characteristics of brain metabolism against the background of mild cognitive impairments of different genesis and compares data obtained from various high-technology survey techniques . Test results presented in the article provide better understanding of the pathology pathogenesis and make it possible to observe stages of its development as well as to evaluate efficiency of treatment .

Key words: the study, morphological changes of the brain neyrometabolizm.
