    Theindividualswhowererequiredtoleavetheorganisation(duetodecliningmarketconditionsnotduetoperformance)lefttheorganisationwantingtoreturntotheteamandleaderwhenthemarketconditionsimproved(andtheydidrejointheteamlater).

    Loyalty,engagementandteamstrengthwasstrengthened.Morale(andproductivity)increasedduringdecliningmarketconditionsandwidespreadredundancies.Integratedrobustcommunicationprocesseswerecreatedthatwerehighlyvaluedbyteammembers.
