Contents Our project has achieved the following three objectives

• To solve the energy waste problem in the battery charging and discharging

process, we design A High Effectiveness-Optimized System For Mass

Batteries Charging and Discharging , making the energy efficiency increased

by 20% .

• Establishing the wireless sensor nodes, online monitoring the process. RFID

Battery Monitor Unit follows the battery units, and be used to record the

whole battery life processes information.

• Wireless node data transmitted over the Internet to achieve the various

parts of data sharing. Established the IoT controlling System for battery

performance monitoring and security-alarm of electric vehicle .

3. Establish the IoT controlling System

The picture above shows the proposed IoT controlling system. Each cell from the battery factory on the data acquisition module coupled with wireless , after Initialization and quality check, assembled into electric vehicle.Sink node get data ,then send them to a dedicated network server.Battery manufacturers access the server, get the data, to further studied the battery performance;Electric vehicle manufacturers get the data, which help them achieve after-sales maintenance;Charging station get the data to choose a suitable charging method for vehicle;Owners get the data to estimate accurately the battery life cycle, warning them when to replace aging batteries.
