ABSTRACT: Soft soil usually processed by many different methods. In which, plug PVD's method in conjunction with preloaded is quite popular at many current projects in Vietnam. However, the evaluation of the stability of the loading process as well as evaluating the consolidation to unloading and construction the next stage lacks general documents. This paper introduces the evaluation methods of stability and consolidation for embankment on soft soil with PVD. Application of current specialized software for geotechnical analysis (FEM-Plasix program[6.], Finite differential method - SETTLE 3D) for back analysis to evaluate the consolidation, as well as modules developed by the group for the purpose of automation in the evaluation results of geotechnical monitoring. Applications evaluate results of geotechnical monitoring the beltway south of Da Nang City - Package C57.
