high-risk hypertensive patients in Japan
Cơ sở nghiên cứu
Ở Nhật bản: THA là nguyên nhân chính gây đột quỵ,
bệnh mạch vành và suy tim.
Hiệu quả của nhóm thuốc ức chế thụ thể Angiotensin
đã đƣợc chứng minh qua nhiều nghiên cứu ở các nƣớc
phƣơng Tây, nhƣng rất ít nghiên cứu trên vùng Đông Á
và Nhật bản.
N/C KYOTO HEART kiểm chứng hiệu quả của nhóm
thuốc RAAS ở các nƣớc phƣơng Tây có hiệu quả nhƣ
nào trên ngƣời Nhật ?

Mục tiêu
Đánh giá tác dụng điều trị phối hợp của valsartan với
điều trị thông thƣờng so với điều trị thông thƣờng
(bằng các thuốc khác không phải nhóm ức chế thụ thể)

Víi cïng møc kiÓm so¸t huyÕt ¸p so víi ®iÒu trÞ
th«ng thêng, ®iÒu trÞ b»ng Valsartan kÕt hîp
víi ®iÒu trÞ b»ng c¸c thuèc kh¸c (non-ARB) dù
phßng ®îc c¸c biÕn cè tim m¹ch: ®ét quþ, ®au
th¾t ngùc ë ngêi NhËt THA kh«ng kiÓm so¸t
®îc vµ nguy c¬ cao.
KÕt qu¶ nµy ®· chøng tá lîi Ých b¶o vÖ tim m¹ch
cña Valsartan ngoµi t¸c dông h¹ huyÕt ¸p
