The Australian Embassy invites applications from suitably qualied individuals for a position of Senior Program Manager for the Australian aid program, which is available now. A competitive salary package is offered, including participation in a performance management and bonus scheme. The basic monthly salary for the position starts at USD2,158.

The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for managing aid programs related to private sector development, infrastructure and agriculture.Selection Criteria

Very strong English and Khmer communication skills including negotiation, 1. presentation, brieng and representation. This should include strong experience in writing and editing English language documents.Program/project management skills2. Strong research and analytical skills, including data collection and presentation 3. Sound judgement, initiative and problem solving skills4. Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to develop good relationships with 5. internal and external stakeholders and networksTertiary qualications in a relevant eld6.

Human Resources AssistantThe U.S. Embassy in Phnom Penh is seeking an individual for theHuman Resources Assistant position in the Human Resources Ofce.

The Human Resources Assistant performs full range of duties related to the administration of Personal Services Agreement program, performance management and benets contained on the Local Compensation Plan. The incumbent is also responsible for administering posts training program and reports directly to the Supervisory Human Resources Assistant.

Grade/Salary: The annual salary range for this position is USD 9,21614,286.

Required Qualications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or 1. Human Resources Managementis required.Two years of progressively responsible experience 2. in human resources administration is required.Level IV (Fluent) Speaking/Reading/Writing 3. English and Khmer are required. Language prociency will be tested.Must have sound knowledge of ofce 4. procedures, HR policies and procedural requirements pertaining to training and Locally Employed (LE) Staff program functions.Excellent computer skills--ability to prepare 5. complex tables and graphs and ability to type in Khmer.
