    Interpretation: This pie-chart shows that although the Mutual Funds market, insurance plan

    is on the rise, yet, the most favored investment continues to be in the bank deposits because

    of higher return, real estate because of returns and assured earnings and also shares now a

    times, as investment in shares is also being preference of the investor.

    ready to invest in stock market being it their interest in doing trading, for earning returns etc.

    so there are approximately 29.9 % people who are not ready to invest in stock market.

    Interpretation: In the above it is pretty much clear that maximum respondents will go for

    India Infoline then HDFC and kotak and so on. Respondents prefer IIFL as their intermediary

    company because of safety, security, higher returns , proper online trading terminal facility.

    respondents have chosen investment , 32.83 % have gone for security and rest prefer for

    benefits and other criterias

    for the sake of growth and income and also the short term growth , thus around 29.8 %

    respondents have chosen this option.

    Interpretation : During the survey every respondents have responded that they would be

    preferring to invest at average rate because of higher risk is involved and where there is

    higher return there is higher risk involved in it. The above chart shows that only 10.4 %respondents will go steadily.

    Interpretation: The response to this particular question was 50.7% as When it comes to

    inflation, the question on many investors' minds is: "How will it affect my investments?"

    This is an especially important issue for people living on a fixed income, such as

    retirees. The impact of inflation on portfolio depends on the type of securities, thus people

    who invest only in stocks, worrying about inflation shouldn't keep them up at night. Over

    the long run, a company's revenue and earnings should increase at the same pace as inflation.

    And around 49.2 % respondents answer no for this question.

    FINDINGS

    At the survey conducted upon 67 people, out of which 33 are not interested in shares andrest 34 are ready for equity investment. So there is enough scope for the advisors to

    convert those participants into investors through their convincing power and great

    communication skills.

    Now, when those 33 people were asked about the reason of not investing in equity orstock market, then most of the people answered that they found higher risk and less

    secured. They lacked knowledge and information about the equity & stocks. Whereas 10

    people enjoyed investing in other option. For 11 people, the benefits arousing from these

    investments were not enough to drive them for investment in Equities and 11 people

    expressed no trust over the fund managers decision. Again the financial advisors can tap

    upon these people by educating them about mutual funds.

    Overall % of respondents who already have invested in equity or stock market areinterested to invest are as follows only 14.9% have sound knowledge of Equity/Stocks,

    29.8 % people are aware of only the schemes in which they have invested like real estate

    and insurance plan. When asked about the most alluring feature of Equity or Stock, most

    of them opted for diversification, followed by reduction in risk, helps in achieving long

    term goals and helps in achieving long term goals respectively.

    Most of the investor preferred to invest at a young unmarried stage. Even 24% personswere ready to invest at a stage of young married with children but person with older

    children avoid investing due to increased expenses. But again the number rose to 19% at

    pre-retirement stage.

    40 were already availing the services of financial advisors whereas 37 didnt. Whenasked about the expertise of financial advisors which they liked most? 40 of them

    favored portfolio review and investment recommendation, followed by planning to

    achieve long term goals, managing assets in retirement and access to specialists in area

    such as tax planning.

    RECOMMENDATIONS:

    Induction Programs must be held for the sales teams before letting them go into the field.In these induction classes the experienced sales staff employees should share their

    valuable live experiences and knowledge, which they have experienced while in field.

    Weekly magazines must be published and distributed to the investors that can help themfor making better investments.

    Sales team must be fully equipped with latest technology such as using Laptop that canbe used for making presentation to the customers especially to the corporate clients about

    their product and services provided by them.

    Make your site user friendly so that more and more people know about trading and do thesame also.

    Advertisement through Canopy, help to generate leads.

    Company should advertise with a concern that has a brand name in the market.

    The company should be more aggressive toward its existing clients feedback and fortheir services after giving them products because it can increase the companys loyalty as

    well its brand name.

    The company should offer demonstration for online share trading and other seminars forthe cultivation of knowledge to the customers.

    The Company should increase Exposure. It is the good tool to capture the market. Need to create awareness about the brand and Can attract more clients by providing free

    tips to them. Need to create awareness among investors and More efforts towards

    personalized services.

    Financial results of the company should be provided to investors. Their should be somedecentralization.

    CONCUSIONS :

    India Infoline Provided me the opportunity for doing training program in the organizationas management trainee. While doing my sip in the reputed broking firm India infoline,had got a chance for knowing and analyzing the share market and also come to know that

    why financial advisors are important for the one who want to invest their money in

    equity. We come to know about the business environment and business ethics of the

    business world. Also came to know about what does a firm or an organization require or

    wants from a employee or a trainee. From the survey, found that India infoline is in the

    top three position in the share market.

    From the above survey and observation it was found that most of the people who aretrading in share market belongs to the business group, next comes the employees and

    other class of income people. As the share market value goes on increasing day by day

    the investor who wants to invest in shares also increasing. But investing in shares is as

    risky as earning yield

    The young people should start investing earlier so that they can reap the benefits ofinvesting in future. People should keep their eye open and keep updating themselves

    about various investment avenues so that they can get safe returns.

    From this study we have also understand the point of view of the investors to invest theirmoney with the right company at the right time.
