• 通常包括基于 3D 对象的建筑模型 , 及其组建 , 包括大量组件的属性 .

• Typically includes 3D object based models of a building and its components including a wide range of properties of the components.

基于对象的建筑模型• 当前主要 CAD 系统都采用基于对象的模型 ,

并且与 IFC( 工业基类 ) 数据模型兼容• Major CAD systems today use object based

models compatible with the IFC data model (Industry foundation Classes).

• 这类模型是建筑行业的参与者之间进行有效协作和数据交换的基础 .

• This type of models are the foundation for an efficient collaboration and data exchange between stakeholders of the construction industry
