    Phn 1: GII THIU PHN MM CREO PARAMETRIC 2.0 1. Hng sn xut, phm vi ng dng v cc module

    Creo 2.0 l phn mm ca hng Prametric Technology Corp. c nng cp ln t

    phin bn Pro/E vi giao din c thay i gn nh hon ton ngi dng c th thao

    tc d dng hn.

    y l phn mm thit k theo tham s, c nhiu tnh nng mnh trong lnh vc

    CAD/CAM/CAE. Ch vi Creo 2.0 ngi dng c th thit k, to khun, lp trnh gia cng

    CNC v lp m hnh m phng c tt c cc chi tit hay vt th.

    Mt s module ni bt ca Creo 2.0:

    a. Thit k sn phm

    Hnh 1: Thit k m hinh 3D trong Creo

    Ngi dng c th thit k c tt c cc sn phm t n gin bng cc cng c:

    Extrude, Revolve, Sweep n phc tp bng cc lnh: Blend, Warp, Section Sweep,

    Sweep Blend,Hn na, Creo 2.0 cn h tr thit k sn phm theo tham s to

    m hnh cc chi tit my tiu chun mt cch nhanh chng. Ngoi ra cng nh cc

    phn mm 3D khc, Creo 2.0 cho php chnh sa li thng s thit k trong tng

    bc v cp nht t ng cho cc bc tip theo.

    b. Thit k khun

    Hnh 2: Tch khun trong Creo

    Creo 2.0 m phng cc qu trnh lp khun v tch khun to sn phm. Sau khi thit

    k xong chi tit mu, Creo 2.0 cho php chng ta tnh ton co rt ca vt liu, t

    ng thit k hnh dng lng khun cho chi tit mu v m phng qu trnh tch

    khun vi chc nng Mold Cavity.

    c. Lp trnh gia cng CNC

    Hnh 3: M phng ng chy dao trong Creo

    Vi s h tr ca phn mm Creo 2.0, vic lp trnh gia cng CNC tht s linh hot

    hn v d dng hn, ngi dng c th la chn nhiu kiu Phay khc nhau gia

    cng ra chi tit: Profile, Pocketing, Face, Roughing, Reroughing, Finishing v khc

    ch bng Engraving. Ngi dng cng c th Tin mt ngoi, mt u, tin l, rnh,

    ren,trn cc b mt trn xoay mt cch d dng.

    Hnh 4: M phng ng trong Creo

    Vi chc nng m phng ng, Creo 2.0 gip ngi dng lp rp cc chi tit thnh 1

    sn phm hon chnh, sau to cc khp ni gia cc chi tit gip cho m hnh c

    th chuyn ng. Ngoi ra, Creo 2.0 cn c kh nng kim nghim ng sut, chuyn

    e. Thit lp v xut bng v 2D

    Hnh 6: Xut bng v 2D trong Creo

    Cng nh cc phn mm v khc, Creo cung cp module to cc hnh chiu ng,

    bng hay cnh, t m hnh 3D ca chi tit. Ngoi ra phn mm cn cung cp cc

    k hiu c sn nh nhm, cc k hiu dung sai hnh hc v v tr, iu khng

    nhng gp phn lm bn v tr nn p hn, sng sa hn m cn gii phng sc lao

    ng con ngi.

    3. Li c n

    n tm hiu cng ngh lp trnh gia cng trong Creo Parametric 2.0 c bt u

    hng dn Nguyn Vn Sn, chng em hc c rt nhiu iu, t cch trnh by

    Phn 2: NI DUNG N 1. Cc khi nim

    a. Qu trnh gia cng (Machining Process)

    L qu trnh trc tip bin i phi (Workpiece) thnh chi tit my (Part). Trong

    ti liu ny qu trnh gia cng l qu trnh ct gt.

    b. Nguyn cng (Operation)

    L mt phn c bn ca qu trnh gia cng. Nguyn cng c thc hin trn mt

    my (Work center) v mt phi .

    c. Bc (NC sequence)

    Mt phn ca nguyn cng, thc hin ct gt trn mt b mt hay mt t hp cc

    b mt vi mt dao v mt ch ct nht nh.

    d. ng chuyn dao (Tool Path)

    L ng hnh hc m t qu o ca dao trn m hnh gia cng. Nh ng

    chuyn dao, c th kim tra bng hnh hc qu trnh ct. cng l c s hnh

    thnh CL Data File.

    e. M hnh thit k (Design model)

    L chi tit thit k, sn phm nhn c sau gia cng. Cc Feature, mt cnh ca

    m hnh thit k c chn sinh ra ng chy dao. Gia Design model v

    phi c mt lin kt. Cc thay i t chi tit c th cp nht vo nguyn cng.

    File Part, Assembly hay Sheermetal Part u c th lm Design model phc vu

    ch gia cng.

    f. M hnh gia cng (Manufacturing Model)

    M hnh gia cng gm chi tit (cn c gi l Reference Part) v mt phi lp

    ghp vi nhau. M hnh gia cng cho php th hin lng d gia cng v m

    phng gia cng. Thng th sau khi gia cng phi s trng kht vi chi tit.

    2. To m hnh gia cng

    Nhng iu cn l rc khi l p trnh gia cng:

    M hnh chi tit v g phi c t trong cng 1 th mc.

    Thc hin Set Working Directory cho th mc ni trn, m bo

    file gia cng cng c lu vo y, tun th iu ny, vic sp xp cc

    file trong my vi tnh s c h thng, thun tin cho vic tm kim li sau

    trng gia cng hay thit k u c cp nht ln bn v gc. Khi lu th

    khng pht sinh tn file mi.

    Ti model tree, click chn biu tng ca m hnh gia cng.

    Sau biu tng ny chnh l cc lnh dng thit k ra chi tit.

    Inherited Reference model:

    Chi tit c sao chp vo mi trng gia cng, cc lnh thit k ca chi tit gc c lit k 1 nhm ring nh hnh bn cnh.

    Vi tnh nng ny c th thay i c cc lnh to hnh ca chi tit gc

    mi trng ny. Tuy nhin, nhng cp nht ny s khng n ng n chi

    tit gc. Nhng cc cp nht ca chi tit gc cng s c t ng cp nht ti

    chi tit gia cng.

    Merge reference model:

    Chi tit c sao chp vo mi trng gia cng, khng th sa c cc lnh thit k trong bn v gc, nu mun chnh sa th phi lm trn file gc. C th thy iu c th hin di y, ti th External Merge id 1788, khng h c bt k 1 lnh thit k m hnh no hin ra.

    Tuy nhin, nhng cp nht ca chi tit trong mi trng thit k s c cp

    nht trong mi trng gia cng.

    b. To phi

    Click chut ti biu tng Workpiece nh hnh v. Khi cc chc nng hin ra nh sau.

    Sau y l phn i vo ngha ca tng lnh:

    Automatic Workpiece (To phi t ng):

    Vi tnh nng ny, Creo t ng nhn dng chi tit v to ra phi c hnh dng tng thch vi chi tit

    Click trc tip vo cc kch thc n khi hin ln hp thoi nhp s.

    Creo cn cho php chn loi phi gia cng (gm phi tr v phi hnh

    hp), bng cc la chn di y:

    Tip theo l tnh nng Envelope

    Tnh nng ny tt i cc kch thc thng (gm c chiu di, chiu rng v chiu cao) v ch li cc kch thc gc (cho php xoay phi theo cc trc ta mt gc ty ).

    Tip theo Creo cung cp cc lnh to phi t tit din phng. Ty thuc vo hnh dng m hnh gia cng m c s la chn khc nhau. Sau khi la chn hy nhn Done. Sau , Creo a chng trnh v mi trng thit k, mi thao tc cc bc tip theo xin tham kho ti liu v thit k .

    Khi bm save chng trnh, c 2 file c lu l file gia cng .asm v file phi va

    mi thit k .prt (c 2 file ny u c lu trong th mc Set working directory

    lc u.

    3. Thit l p nguyn cng

    a. To chun gia cng

    i vi lp trnh trn my CNC, chun gia cng rt quan trng, v y l c s

    xc nh ta cc im trn phi, ng thi l c s to ra cc lnh gia cng.

    Chun trn phn mm phi trng vi chun c thit lp trn my CNC, nu khng

    cc bc lp trnh sau s thnh v ngha.

    i vi phay, chun gia cng c th nm gc phi, hoc nm ngay tm ca phi,

    vic ty thuc vo cng ngh ch to.

    to chun gia cng trong Creo, click vo biu tng hnh bn cnh

    Sau y l trnh by chi tit cch s dng Coordinate System:

    To chun ti gc ca chi tit:

    Cch 1:

    Chn 1 mt phng. Ko th 2 vung mu xanh vo 2 cnh bt k trn phi hay chi tit, thm ch c th th vo cc Datum plane.

    Sau khi ko th xong, vic tip theo l xc lp cc kch thc, cng vic ny hon ton tng t phn to phi gia cng. Ngoi ra y, Creo cn cho php chnh sa cc kch thc trong hp thoi Coordinate System.

    Cch 2:

    Tng t cch 1, click chn mt phng v ko th 2 mu xanh, nhng y khng cn nh p trc ti k c. Ti hp thoi Coordinate system, click chn Align, iu ngha l 1 trc trong h trc ta thuc v cnh c chn. Nu chn Align cho c 2 cnh ca phi, khi 2 trc ta ca h ta trng vi 2 cnh ca phi, v v vy gc ta trng vi giao im 2 cnh ca phi.

    Trn c s chun lp trnh tin hnh suy lun ngc li im ny l giao im ca nhng cnh no. Click vo nt Coordinate system v chn 2 cnh xc nh trn (khi chn cnh th hai nh nhn gi phm Ctrl).

    Tuy nhin, trong hu ht trng hp, h ta mc nh ca phn mm khng tha mn ng nhu cu, do cn tin hnh iu chnh. V d nh hnh bn cnh, cn o chiu trc Ox.

    iu chnh, click chn th Orientation, cc lnh trong th Orientation hin ra nh hnh di y. Trong : Use: l cnh c chn xc nh chun lp trnh. To determine: l cnh c chn s trng vi trc no trong h trc ta Oxyz.

    Kt thc 1 nguyn cng, dao nhc ln v mi dao s nm ngang mt li

    dao

    Khi bt u gia cng, dao chy t trn xung vi tc G0, nhng khi

    mi dao nm ngang mt li dao, ng c gim tc v dao di chuyn chm

    Mt li dao c nhiu hnh dng khc nhau, c th l mt phng (plane),

    mt cong (surface), mt tr (cylinder), mt cu (sphere)

    Trong gia cng phay CNC, mt phng l loi mt li dao thng dng nht

    4. Gii thiu Mill Window, Mill Volume v Mill Surface

    Click chut vo biu tng hnh bn cnh.

    Giao din ca Mill window hin ra nh hnh bn cnh

    Tip sau y xin gii thiu chi tit hn.

    Th lnh Silhouette type (tnh nng mc nh ca Creo)

    Nhp chn vo mt phng trn b mt phi hay chi tit gia cng (ty theo ngi dng). Lc ny b mt s chuyn mu.

    V ng thi ti th Placement, tn ca mt phng c chn hin ln trong Window Plane

    Tuy nhin nu b chn Keep Inside Loops, Mill window tr thnh hnh bn cnh

    Vic g b ng bin ca cc l c mt ngha quan trng, v n quyt nh

    ng chy dao trong gia cng.

    Th lnh Sketch window type

    Vi tnh nng ny, Creo cho php t thit k vng gia cng.

    Cc bc thc hin nh sau: Bc 1: Click nt Sketch window type. Bc 2: Chn mt phng m cn xy dng Mill window. Bc 3: Kt thc cc th tc v bt u i vo mi trng v.

    Ngoi ra Mill window cn c vi tnh nng khc:

    Click chut vo th Option v quan st cc tnh nng di dng Machine With Tool.

    Trong :

    Inside window contour: dng c ct ch chuyn ng bn trong vng gia cng chn

    On window contour: bin

    gii ti a cho dng c ct l nhng ch m ng tm dao trng vi bin dng chi tit gia cng

    Outside window contour:

    dng c ct di chuyn hon ton t do, c th ra ngoi c vng gia cng

    Click chut vo Th Depth: Nu click chn ti Specify the depth, Creo cho php ch nh su gia cng cho cc lnh gia cng (v d lnh Volume Rough)

    Cn nu khng Click chn, Creo s t quyt nh su gia cng ty thuc tng lnh (V d i vi lnh Volume Rough, Creo s gia cng n su nht c th t c ty thuc vo kch thc dng c ct v ch c chn trong th Options)

    b. Mill Volume

    Cng ging nh Mill window, Mill volume dng gii hn khng gian gia

    cng. Trong nhiu trng hp, vic dng Mill Volume tr nn thun tin hn

    nhiu so vi mill window.

    Click chut vo biu tng lnh Extrude (Bn cnh vn c th to ra bng lnh Revolve).

    Ging nh trong phn thit k, Creo yu cu la chn mt phng v phc. Click chn vo b mt hnh bn cnh.

    S dng lnh Project dng bin dng 2D nh hnh di y:

    Kt thc lnh bng cch click chut gia. Chn lnh Extrude to Surface. Chn b mt cn Extrude n.

    n y, 1 khi hp ch nht c to ra, tuy nhin y cha phi l vng gia

    cng v 1 vi phn ca khi hp ny vn cn nm trong chi tit.

    x l ccphn , Click chut vo lnh Trim.
